Thats correct, you also eliminate a complete trade. I would imagine the way it works is that the 2 men on the boom truck deliver the unit to the home....they level the area with gravel or sand and a little digging.....then the electrician/plumber shows up and does his thing.....I would think the unit are delivered a day or to prior to the other trades showing up...
Lucy, I think we have a real good shot at that according to the previous 2 months Fri action........repost

Here's a real interesting CHDT trading stat- Fridays trading for the past 2 months..with the exception of 6/2 every single fri has closed green and even the 6/2 close was a tape painting on the bid to only close down a mere .0007....jeeze talk about being bored huh!..burRRPPP!
When last reported at the end of April they had just started operations at the new 11,000 square ft warehouse and had currently had a fleet of 18 vehicles. You can bet that the fleet has grown since then, Howard said they had added there own boom trucks to ship and lower/haul the generators into position. Nice to have your own trucks out there with your name on it instead of leasing......I bet from the time they get the county permit for the customer they can install an in stock generator in one day...since they have the patent for the bolt-on light weight pad there is no need to pour a concrete one and wait 3 days for it to cure properly..just drop it down and hook up the electric and plumbing for fuel! Just thinking out loud...almost time for another bloody mary...no beers for me till 10am I dont want my wife to think I got some kinda drinking problem! LMAO! bbuUUUUrrrRRpppPPPPPP!
Agreed, CPS has seperated it's self from any competition with that level of customer service! Thus the reason why I feel we will be hearing about more Home Depot deals sooner rather than later......wink wink! LOL! burrrRRpPP!

Customer service is what separates the Professionals from the fly-by-night companies. The new propane gas division is a brilliant idea and shows both Home Depot and shareholders just how serious Howard is about being Home Depots premier Generator provider/installer.....take a minute and read this PR from last month and remind yourself the quality of the company we own!
COOPER CITY, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/08/06 -- China Direct Trading Corp. (OTC
(China Direct) today announced that its majority-owned subsidiary Complete
Power Solutions, LLC (CPS) has launched a new propane gas sales division
dedicated to CPS power generator customers. The new propane gas division
is being funded by a $750,000 loan from two China Direct directors. CPS
expects the gas division to eventually become a major contributor to CPS
revenue and earnings.
CPS was granted a Propane Gas distribution license in April 2006, and the
first gas delivery truck will be purchased this week. CPS is also seeking
a permanent storage tank location. The average standby power Propane Gas
tank holds 500 gallons and the new truck will begin servicing CPS customers
early next week. CPS currently has hundreds of power generators installed
throughout South Florida.
According to Howard Ullman, CEO/President of China Direct, "The standby
power generator sale is all about alleviating anxiety over potential loss
of power. With the launch of our own gas division, we will further
alleviate customer anxiety about not getting fuel as required from vendors.
With CPS currently adding 150 to 200 new customers every month this year
and 70% of those installations requiring propane tank installation and
fuel, CPS believes that starting a fuel division is a natural extension of
CPS' core business. CPS will only dispense gas to their power generator
customers and we believe that offering this service will not only further
differentiate us from the competition and assist in closing power generator
sales."
CPS recently announced the doubling of its sales and support infrastructure
to meet current market demand for standby power generation in South
Florida. CPS offers a turnkey power solution from sales, permitting,
delivery, installation, maintenance and service of generators, including
their fuel tanks. CPS also sells a pre-engineered proprietary concrete
standby generator installation pad designed to reduce noise and to minimize
vibration (STC Rating of 48) that is 1/3 the weight of normal concrete.
China Direct recently announced revenue growth in Q1 2006 of 2100 percent
versus the corresponding quarter of 2005 that was primarily driven by CPS
sales of power generators. China Direct will be reporting final results for
the first quarter on or before May 15, 2006 and will also conduct an
investor conference call on May 15, 2006 to discuss overall corporate
performance and developments with respect to each of its subsidiaries.
The more the merrier!
Agreed, Bashers will always be part of the formula. I have found most are just angry people who have gotten /get burned over and over again with lack of good DD.
With just a few hrs of DD most see that CHDT is a great investment thus the "STEADY" upward climb. We all know that slow a steady wins the race.....burRRPP!
I'm glad to see how serious CHDT and CPS are about customer service, this is one area that Home Depot is VERY strict about and if you read this previous PR you will understand its just a matter of time before we get expansion news about the Home Depot.......
COOPER CITY, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/27/06 -- China Direct Trading Corp. (OTC
announced today that its majority owned subsidiary, Complete Power
Solutions, LLC (CPS), will be moving next week into a new warehouse and
showroom in order to meet expanding market demand and business growth. The
company has doubled its business infrastructure with a move to a new 11,000
square foot Pompano Beach location at 1288 Southwest 29th Avenue, Pompano
Beach, Florida. CPS will double its staff of customer service
representatives, back office support, and installers. The company has hired
an in house engineer to head up the permitting department as well as a full
time IT professional whose job is to stream line the telecommunications,
customer service systems and on line services in order to deliver to
customers up to the minute information on their installation. Over the past
few months CPS has continued to grow its fleet of 18 sales and service
vehicles and will continue to expand as demand dictates.
"We needed to double our infrastructure to meet ever-increasing market
demand," said Bill Dato, CEO of CPS. "During the past quarter alone we
delivered and installed over 160 standby power generators. The expansion of
our physical plant gives us the room to house our expanding sales and
support personnel and also have the space for our extensive inventory so we
can continue to expeditiously meet our client needs. We have invested
heavily in systems which will aid our customer service professionals with
the timely information that our customers require."
CPS is a Full-Service Authorized Guardian Dealer and South Florid Home
Depot Service provider for automatic standby generators for residential and
commercial use. The company in two years has become one of the top ten
Guardian dealers in sales in the US. The company offers a turnkey solution,
handling every aspect of the process from sale, permitting, delivery,
installation, maintenance and service, including fuel tank installation.
CPS also sells a proprietary Pre-Engineered concrete installation pad that
reduces noise and vibration (STC Rating of 48), is 1/3 the weight of normal
concrete and allows for immediate placement of a delivered generator,
versus pouring a pad, waiting for it to set, and then waiting for code
inspection.

From a recent PR...."We are currently in negotiations with local roofers, developers, and
nationwide retailers and are taking qualified orders based on Dade County
approval."

Wall, I wanted to get that post out there prior to my morning bloody Mary.....I'll be around all day sipping drinks and jumping in and out of the pool again today.....my tan is coming along just fine......grabbed another 18k @ .082 yesterday and will be adding another 44k if we get a big dip ...256k now and hope to max out today at 300k.....no brainer as far as I'm concerned.......burrRRpPP!

In regards to playing the dips. There has to be a risk reward factor that makes this gamble worthwhile.
When flipping any stock you would need price fluctuations over at least 20% to make it worth while unless you have a magic ball and time it perfectly every time. One slip and you may not only end up buying back higher you may miss the train all together.....which brings me to my point.
I dont believe people are successfully flipping this stock except of course a few lucky ones. These health dips are more than likely people just taking some profit on the way up. Most experienced traders have strict trading strategies and adhere to them regardless of how attractive any stock may appear.
The thing is that the technicals are changing on this stock in regards to the chart. One very important indicator is the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) - A technical indicator that combines price and volume in an attempt to show money flow into and out of a given stock.
This has changed drastically for the better over the past month and has recently gone green which indicates solid accumulation. Also as the pps rises it creates more shareholders thus creating more stability in the pps.
Here is a link to the current chart and as you can see the CMF is now going green which indicates that a strong uptrend is underway and as this float continues to tighten up the jumps in pps will become much greater. http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CHDT&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p58743884486
I feel today may be the last day to get in under .09 before this stock really explodes. All chart indicators show we are going up sooner than later and in conjunction with next weeks news we will break the last res level of 10.5 and then its blue skies! ...burRpPP!!!

In anticipation of news Monday morning I would expect any dip today to be met by buyers (me)looking to get in (add) prior to next weeks run. An end of day run is in the cards today...
See ya in the morn!
10q comes out in august but Howard is great on giving us updates....
I believe that if the quality of the work is good we will be getting news about more Home Depots wanting to add CPS to there installation team..and when that happens we take off......
My calculations on the generator sales per month is about 3.3mill. With the size of the work crew growing weekly I figure each of the 14 stores has a full crew of 3 and they handle at least 1 complete install per day at an average of 10k per installed unit x 6 days a week due to demand gives me....14 x 24 x 10,000= 3.36 mill times 12 months =40,000,000
rj, the clown you responded too is just an angry basher, all his stocks have been loser's just look at his profile.....first he doesnt even know the share structure and now claims we are going to tank on a "few" sells...pay no attention to clowns that come here demand answers and then say the stock is over valued and is headed down..typical losers who's to lazy to do any DD of his own and thus never makes a dime.....
thanks dart!

Again here is the link to the RMA purchase..notice how they mention generators in there and how they talk about good quality installation....bottom line is if we are doing the right thing by Home Depot we will know sooner than later because they will ask CPS to cover more stores.....and then we explode! jmho!http://www.buildingonline.com/news/viewnews.pl?id=2705
You will see that CHDT is on the same path, once the foot is in the door and Home Depot is seeing revenues if its going well you get more stores...if you are a pain in the next and they are getting complaints from customers you are GONE GONE! CHDT is now in there 6th month at Home Depots in Fla its just a matter of time before we hear some news about additional area's being added......The company I posted about in my previous post started the same way..RMA started with 10 stores and in a few years Home Depot bought them because the were in every HomeDepot on the east coast and the 3rd largest window and siding company in North America! buRPPPP!P!
Worth a read, Board, With respect to CHDT and Home Depot I would like to share a story about someone I know who is worth about 12,000,000. He worked for a small company called RMA as a salesperson selling windows and siding.
When RMA struck a deal with Home Depot to get salesman and kiosks in there stores the company exploded, they could not hire enough saleman, installers to keep up with demand and salesman were quickly being promoted to branch managers and then regional managers.
Soon RMA was not just adding counties they were adding states, whithin just a few years they had thousands of sales reps and where the 3rd largest siding window and roofing company in the USA.
Well needless to say Home Depot bought the company and and there was ALOT of money to go around. link.. http://www.buildingonline.com/news/viewnews.pl?id=2705
I to did sales for RMA part time and was one of the lucky to become a Home Depot At Home Services rep after the buyout and learned all about the vendor and HD relationships and how quickly they can grow..
Whats nice about being a CHDT shareholder is I know exactly how this partnership with Home Depot works and that home depot loves to make room in the stores for high ticket items.
The only thing that H/D frowns on is customer complaints and poor workmanship so Its good to see CPS is adding some field managment to oversee quality control.
With that said just think of all the NEW exposure CHDT stock is getting everyday..people who drop 10k on a generator install can probably afford 2-3 grand worth of CHDT...and they tell 2 people and they tell 2 people etc. I hate to say it but I think i'm falling in love! buRpP!
