You are right Montanore, newbies should not rely on anyone on this board..
They should do their own DD.
Montanore, you say that Stockholders in Titan hold 70 million shares, show where you come up with that number!
BTW, the post you just provided by me was made in May of 06 when the PPS was .01 how low is it now?
Can you compute that and post it along with where you came up with specifically who owns the the 70 million shares on the Yahoo Long board.
Provide verifable DD about what you say like I do....K?
I told it like it was in July 05, and I have told it like it is ever since then.
I do not wish to change your opinion or anyone else about Titan.
I Also do not wish to smear Maupin or anyone within the management of Titan.
I have only provide the verifiable DD of the facts, and provide the verifiable links so that you or anyone else can verify.
I also do not care if you sleep well or not, you made your decision like I did.
Again, I sleep well every night and will continue to do so.
Nutek & Clipper puts it to Titan!
Check this out, per the TRRC, Nutek Oil Inc. produced 983 barrels of oil for the month and year of Jan 2005 just before Maupin Sold the lease to Kent Jacobson (Titan) for $28.000 .
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album04&id=Titan6
Look at the actual production per the TRRC for months after that sell!
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album02&id=Ttian_Tejones
This is where Maupin as part of Clipper Operating sells the wells to Titan in March of 2004
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album04&id=Titan5
I have not talked to the land owner who was part of the K1 well lease in Kosciusko since July 05 last year. What he told me then is what has happened many times before, he told me about all the previous companies that Maupin had been part of before that time..(Black Gold, Clipper, Nutek, Titan Consalidated,etc..
He did tell me that he would not allow Maupin to set foot on his land, he is also the guy that took me to the K1 well and I took pictures and posted last year for all to see;
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php?set_albumName=album02
Now the Stanley well is across the road from the K1 well is a different lease. I did not get to talk to the owner of that lease. I was informed who to go see that day at a store near the church but I did not have time to that same day.
So, no I have not talked to the Stanley well lease land owner. But it is in the same area within a 1/4 mile of the K1 well and so the results will be the same as it has been in the past. Do your DD with the TRRC and you will see that the same ole same ole is still to come..My guess is that Kent & Warren found out too and they took off and passed the company to the present owners; click on officers & Directors within the link below;
http://ecpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/servlet/cpa.app.coa.CoaGetTp?Pg=tpid&Search_Nm=titan%20oil%20&am....
Hope I helped.
Knowing the facts is the reason I stick around, so I can provide DD for newbies to make a decision on what they want to do.............
I still live and use to work in the South Texas Oilfields and know alot about the local oilfields.(my brother-in-law is a PE with Marathon Oil in Houston too) That is why I adopted this stock and have been posting verifiable DD for over a year and a half now that is specific to TNOG..
Some comprehended my consistent verifiable DD and some did not. The ones that did not are very upset now...AT me or TNOG?
I sleep well every night.
3 barrels for Sept. 2006!
TRRC reports the Stanley well (RRC Identifier: 07485) production as follows;
05/2006.........2 barrels
06/2006.........1 barrel
07/2006........11 barrels
08/2006........25 barrels
09/2006.........3 barrels
Also remember Tejones is the operator of the well now, not Titan.
Unknown what percent of any royalties Titan will get of any oil sold with the Wilson County wells! (Bastrop wells, Titan get 16.9%)
Good question, keep them coming I love to help!
TNOG_Mel,
Do you have a problem with my verifiable DD that I have provided over a year and a half or With Titan not producing enough oil & gas to raise the PPS?
Do not feel so bad, a lot of people are really stuck here because they were touted into buying more.
That is sad.
But yet everyone has to be accountable for their own decisions..right?
Just imagine if Maupin did strike good money makin productive oil & gas!
What are the odds of that? He has been part of 4 previous companies before Titan and ......................maybe the 6th will be the lucky one!
Heres a useful link to use to report Scam Companies:
The federal securities laws prohibit the manipulation of securities. Specifically, manipulation is intentional conduct designed to deceive investors by controlling or artificially affecting the market for a security. Manipulation can involve a number of techniques to affect the supply of, or demand for, a stock. They include: spreading false or misleading information about a company; improperly limiting the number of publicly-available shares; or rigging quotes, prices or trades to create a
false or deceptive picture of the demand for a security.

What are your thought's about the Klotzman deal being allowed to expire? Why did they not inform investors by a PR?

Going to the TRRC and searching for operator.

I found only PRODUCTION RESOURCES, INC. as an operator here in Texas. The others 2 mention in a PR I could not locate any info with TRRC.
American Energy Production Inc
Bend Arch Petroleum Inc.
Go to TRRC main page
and click on Interactive Data and use the bottom form, Production by Operator of Record (as shown on RRC Form P4)
The operator # for Production Resources is 680845 which is found in the operator directory.

Any thing is possible, but what are the odds with Titans previous track record?
Maupin the PE is the one that has the leases and has given out royalties for the leases. I'm sure you read my previous verifiable DD and know what percent Titan gets per the official County records.
Maupin also has a track record with 4 previous companies that show the same direction every time.( Do you do know the name of his previous companies)?
You did your DD right? You made your decision too, right? Good luck, wish you well.
TNOG Mel, what makes me happy is to have been providing verifiable DD about Titan for over a year and a half now and the end results proves the info provided by me right all along!
Does it make me happy that people lose money, NO!
But it is sad that some just could not comprehend or just plain ignored it.
TITAN has had a long previous track record with constant results that has been heading to where it is today.
Young Company?? yea right!
Do your DD and then review the results..
Sad news for TNOGers
Doc, can you help out "littledutchdenny" on the longs board?
He has some serious questions that you can help with, right?
Doc, why is TNOG down -77.08% sinse May 2nd?
No recent TNOG fillings with the SEC?
Could this be why?

Who has that many shares to dump?
Did that tanker from Alice, Texas show up? LOL
We have a north wind this morning, I thought i heard a Burp from the Bastrop direction!
Doc
You should have visited me when you were here on vacation in Texas, You drove by my house when you went from Dallas to Sargeant Beach along the Gulf Coast.
I would have given you more DD than what I post here.
We could have visited the Wilson & Bastrop wells too!
But yet you might have gotten a virus from me if you did. ROFLMAO
Your right Doc, it sure is funny they hit gas this go around.
The reason I call the Bastrop well a re re re drill is because of the past drills of this specific well. Here is the specific well number by the TRRC her in Texas 021-30581 make a note for specific reference to this well.
Here are the specific permits that were issued for the Bastrop Well beginning 08/17/1983 The first drill it was a wildcat.
http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/DP/drillDownQueryAction.do?fromPublicQuery=Y&name=EBERLE&univ....
Then it was reentered 07/12/1990 and then determined a Dry Hole!
http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/DP/drillDownQueryAction.do?fromPublicQuery=Y&name=EBERLE&univ....
The most recent time the well was entered was with this permit and you know the results.
http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/DP/drillDownQueryAction.do?fromPublicQuery=Y&name=EBERLE%252C%2BE....
Make note of the different operators each time.
Anyone need more specific DD? just ask!
I understand the permit process and have taught you over the year how to search for info Specific about Titan with the TRRC or the Texas County Clerks, right Doc?
Here is the specific permit that was issued to Tejones for the re re re drill of the EBERLE, ET AL lease in the J Holderman Survey in Bastrop County..
Thanks Doc for keeping me on my toes!

Here is the status of the J Holderman Survey per the TRRC;

here is the legend to the above map!
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?set_albumName=album07&id=TRRCLegend
You are right Doc,my bad.
It is the J Holderman "Survey" , not "lease" that is not producing any oil or gas per the TRRC after 12 wells have been drilled in the past years
If Titan could produce oil and gas where they would get 100% of the royalties instead of just 16.9 % they would be riding high right now! (if they can find producible amounts here in South Texas)
All they need is Pete Maupin to produce just 10% of what he said was in the Wilson County or the Bastrop Report that he wrote for Titan Oil & Gas last year, he has been labeled as the expert around here, so someone needs to state where he has ever produced what he has said!
BTW Wilson County produced the K1 dry well last November, and the Bastrop Well (the most recent project is waiting on the frac of the well per the last Pr) after the re re re drill of that well that has the potential to produce 30MCF of gas per day per the latest Pr, if they get a line run from that well to the gathering line a mile up the road.. Also this well is waiting on the frac job to stimulate the well to produce more than the 30MCF per the last PR.
That will be great if they do, if it happens it will be the first producing well in the J Holderman lease per the TRRC in Bastrop County here in Texas who regulates the oil industry here in Texas.
Here is the Maupin report for Wilson & Bastrop County that he wrote last year before the K1 dry hole an the Bastrop 30MCF gas well this year that Tejones drilled and Titan only will get 16.9% of if they sell any Oil & Gas.
http://www.titanoilandgas.com/wilsondetail.htm
http://www.titanoilandgas.com/future.htm
Any one want to know the other companies Maupin has been part of where he ""has drilled over 100 wells, including 6 horizontal wells"".
just ask for the answer and I will be glad to post the other companies!
The "Pump And Dump" Scam
It's common to see messages posted online that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or tell you to sell before the price goes down. Often the writers will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is pumped up by gullible investors. Once these fraudsters sell their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls and investors lose their money. Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly-traded companies because it's easier to manipulate a stock when there's little or no information available about the company.
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/cyberfraud.htm
Pump and Dump Classic
For those who are unaware of the classic Pump and Dump scam, we thought a quick primer is in order. Don't be surprised if the following scam rings true with some experience that you might have had with a penny stock.
Phase 1: Preconditions. For purposes of this scam, you need a worthless stock, with a tight float and which is thinly traded. Small or microcap companies are needed as a precondition to this scam. Tight float means that most of the stocks are held by insiders and promoters and not by the general public. The reason for this is that it is much easier to manipulate the price of the stock when there are fewer stocks held by the general public since fewer buying of stock is needed to increase the price.
Phase 2: The Front Load. The manipulator buys stock of an otherwise worthless stock at low prices. This sets the stage for the manipulator to make money when the stock price elevates.
Phase 3: Behind the Scenes Promotion. The manipulator will now start a promotional campaign to create interest in the stock. This is done in a number of ways. Promoters use advertising campaigns, cold calls, newsletters, newsgroups, message boards, chat rooms, emails and any other method to promote the stock. The information that they use is usually rumour and not fact. They try to entice the average investor with visions of making the big score, quickly and without much risk. The promoters will tour investor roads shows to drum up excitement. Essentially, the promoter is playing on the investors' strings of greed to try to make the investors feel that he can't miss the next great investment play. With the advent of internet, today's promoter has a larger array of tools at his or her side to mislead the public than years of past.
Phase 4: The Pump. Promoters now will attempt to inflate the price of a stock. This is acheived in one of two ways or a combination of both. Because the stock is thinly traded, promoters and insiders can quietly raise the price by buying up the stock. In other words, instead of putting bid offers at lower prices, they take the ask bids out and go up the price ladder. Since there is little public float, it doesn't take a lot of buying to get the price up.
The second method is to get the price up on promotion. With little public float, a little bit of buying will result in the price elevating.
Phase 5: The Dump. Once the price is at a sufficient level, the promoters sell their own stock during the promotion campaign to unsuspecting buyers.
Phase 6: The Loss. Once the promoters have sold their entire position, the promotional campaign stops. With no new buying coming in, the price of the stock plummets. With no new news, there is no reason for new buyers to come into the market. At some point existing buyers figure out that the stock is worthless and they sell at whatever price necessary to recover any amount of their original investment. The stock price then spirals down or in most cases drifts down to oblivion with unsuspecting investors losing a great deal of money.
Some investors try to outsmart the promoter by trying to get in early enough to buy the target stock at low prices and make money, like the promoter, when the price rises. It is very difficult to time the market since the investor will not know at what stage the promotion is. Our advice: Don't play with fire.If you are an unsophisticated investor, stick to the more senior, larger cap securities about which there is more credible information.
What to do?
To avoid being the victim of the Pump and Dump, keep in mind the following:
Beware of unsolicited email or telephone calls. Only deal with people you know. If you have any questions about a penny stock, call your broker who can assist you in learning more about a stock.
Don't make hasty decisions after speaking with a promoter or after hearing a tip.
Don't believe any promise of great profits at no risk. No investment can deliver guaranteed profits at no risk.
Don't believe in claims of inside information.
Do your own research. Look at any recent press releases of the company and take the company at face value.
Just say no to risky companies. There are plenty of legitimate companies that offer growth without great risk.
Be true to yourself. Know what your tolerance to risk is and how much you are willing to invest and lose. If you invest in a penny stock be prepared to lose everything.
Be leery of what you see posted in newsgroups, chat rooms, message boards and what you find in your email box. The promoter will try to use any method of communication to sucker you into his scheme.
Don’t believe everything you read in investment newsletters. Writers of many newsletters are paid by the companies about whom they are writing. Check the disclaimers at the end of the newsletters to determine if they are being paid by the company they are recommending. The law requires that writers disclose any compensations that they have received.

I hope the SEC caught those ""illegal market manipulators""
They may also be able to help find some Oil & Gas too! ROFLMAO
July 29, 2005
Dear Shareholders,
You may recall in an earlier letter that I had mentioned a conversation that I’d had with 2 lawyers from the Securities and Exchange Commission, located in the Denver Office.
At the time, they expressed concern that illegal market manipulators were targeting us. These illegal participants were said to be using chat boards in a criminal manner in an attempt to negatively influence the Company’s stock price. Three specific names were given to me at the time, including that of a market maker, which is notorious for abusive short selling activities. I was advised that the SEC were not only aware of these activities, but were actively investigating them. At the end of this letter, I will provide some advice on how you personally can help us combat illegal market manipulation. First of all, a few comments are in order, and these are really a matter of common sense.
An accusation has been made that the Company had not filed all necessary permits with the Texas Railroad Commission in order to legally sell our oil to market from the Kosciusko # 1 well.
This is blatantly false. As this well was a re-entry, the necessary forms were filed years ago. One remaining item, our 24 hr test on form W-10, was filed with an effective date of June 1, 2005. All necessary permits have been filed to legally sell our oil.
Another accusation has been made that suggests we are dealing with some imaginary “environmental disaster.” There has been an attempt to create frenzy over an image of a simple flare pit. As we have recently announced, drilling operations are continuing at the Kosciusko # 1 well. To quote our Petroleum Engineer, Peter Maupin, directly: "At the end of drilling operations, we will empty and backfill all pits on the lease."
Another attempt revolved around the mandated signs that must be posted when there is the possibility of even the most miniscule trace of H2S gas. The implication seemed to be that whole populations may be killed off, instead of honestly presenting the facts – even if only the tiniest trace may be present, we are required to post signs.
Per my earlier reference to “common sense” – does anybody really believe that an oil patch veteran of over 30 years, described by a reporter at the San Antonio Business Journal as one of the top 3 oilmen in the region, would fail to file permits to sell oil legally, or create some environmental disaster?
Illegal market manipulators who attempt to enhance their short positions by lying to honest people on chat boards may have millions upon millions of dollars riding on the outcome. They win when they scare investors into making foolish decisions, are thoroughly unscrupulous, and will tell any lie necessary to accomplish their objectives.
Once again, please use common sense. What honest shareholder takes a position in a company, and then makes relentlessly negative comments to try to drive down the price of his own stock? When you see activity like this, you may rightly expect illegal market manipulation.
As earlier noted, we are asking your assistance to bring these criminals to justice. We are very busy with oil and gas operations and do not physically have the time to read these chat boards and track down all illegal activity. The more people who are on the lookout, the better.
When you note illegal chat board activity, please do not only report it to the operators of the chat board, though that is a good first step. These individuals merely adopt new aliases and continue their illegal activity unabashed. Please go one step further, and copy all details of any illegal posting, including the time, name of board, and URL, if possible, to the SEC at the Denver office. Since they have told me they are taking an interest in this activity against our company, they will undoubtedly take action when you provide them with this information.
Illegal market manipulators hide behind aliases and anonymous websites, you will notice that they will never give their real names or contact information. The SEC has investigative powers that allow them to demand the I.P. addresses of illegal participants from the message board providers in order to track them down and bring them to justice. The SEC Denver office may be reached at (303) 844-1000 or e-mail: denver@sec.gov .
Please assist your Company as we vigorously seek to crack down on these illegal activities. On behalf of the management of Titan Oil and Gas, Inc., I thank you in advance for assisting us in this matter.
Yours Truly,
Kent Jacobson
President and CEO

Doc, May 2nd (4 1/2 months ago) was good example of Investor stimulation, it traded 200,729,885 shares that day and rose 125%.
(5/2/06 0.0055 0.0144 0.0055 0.0124 200,729,885 0.0069 125.45% it reached a high of .0144 that day.)
I used Quotemedia for the info.
Today it is at .0034 which makes it down -76.39% from May 2nd.
May 2nd was the day that created many more bagholders, right Doc?
Again lots a talk and not enough action, would you agree Doc?
What well service company did Kent Jacobson and Warren Wayne accept a position with.
What type experience and success in the oil field do they have?
Are both these guys Canadians and do not live and work here in South Texas ?
Whats wrong with this picture?
Clue me in!
Seems they have stimulated investors instead of the wells!
""We see special potential in utilizing well stimulation techniques in the development of targets in the Bastrop County Project as well as additional targets of interest in the Titan portfolio"
So again what have the stimulated in the last 7 months??
Can some one clarify what was PRd 7 months ago,
March 6, 2006?
Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.-New Management Team Appointed
Business Wire, March 6, 2006
SAN ANTONIO -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:PK) announces that a new management team has been appointed to assist the company in implementing and evaluating joint ventures and new projects. The team will emphasize new business development and will seek to add additional new talent to the Board. These new Board appointments will be filled by individuals with significant oil and gas expertise.
We have had many discussions with an established, successful, and well-managed oil well service provider in the South Texas area. Many of these discussions have centered on ways in which a cooperative relationship could utilize the strengths of the well service provider in helping Titan to develop its projects on a joint venture basis.
Current Secretary Warren Wayne and President & CEO Kent Jacobson have accepted positions with the well service company that will aid in the facilitation of this arrangement. We see special potential in utilizing well stimulation techniques in the development of targets in the Bastrop County Project as well as additional targets of interest in the Titan portfolio. Furthermore, Titan will be examining potential lease opportunities with this new relationship in mind.

great numbers Doc, just imagine if they were to make that much money on the Gas. That would help out a little on the salaries and other expenses. That would be tickled pink to have some income..
Excellent post Doc. Now how much money will Titan get for the 30MCF of gas if they actually do run a pipeline to connect to market? Lets see;
Gas if sold now is $6.84, X 30 = $205.52
Titan will only receive 16.9% or $34.68 per day
That should be enough to pay the light bill and eat out a few times a month and or will that pay for a press release too?
Can anyone please post verifble DD about TNOG? If so please do so!
Welcome back jlev,
Actually Doc and I have been discussing TNOG. That is great for all that come to this board to find info about TNOG.
Everyone needs to jump in and state your opinion and or ask questions about there investment or future investing in TNOG to help make a decision!
As most know around here I have a wealth of Information about TNOG or how to help others find the info they seek!
I will help anyone, just ask the question that pertains to TNOG, Titan Oil & Gas!
