Lol getting comical now.
Thanks for the post, puts things in perspective.
What was the crime? The company filed but the SEC sanctioned their auditor. The company did what it had to do during tough times and re-audited 3 years of financials.
Revoke a company that has been current for 3 years with audited financials, uh what?
Why would little ol' DBMM cause a disruption in the markets?
Don't you think the company would have discussed the issue with OTCM before undertaking the process of removing CE?
CE's don't magically come off do they? It's a process that has to be initiated by the company, which is what is currently taking place.
The CE was placed because of delinquent filings no? DBMM is currently listed as pink current, so company is working on getting CE removed.
Show me link/evidence that CE has do to with SEC.
The CE has nothing to do with the case, company is working to get rid of it.
I don't see why stock can't get to .50 before merger, smaller r/s.
It isn't trading in the US because of CE, which is coming down shortly.
Stock ha d a massive run in a short time frame and is correcting, not rocket science.
Shares traded:
2016: 2,938,000,000
2017:1,980,000,000
And yet from May 2016 till the May 2017 suspension the share structure did not increase, interesting...
So in laymans terms they need to confirm accuracy of shares outstanding? Is that right?
1 cent trades coming thru, those crazy retail traders...
Hmmm, wasn't Curt Kramer involved here some years ago? Selling unregistered shares, that is something...
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-sec-pennystock-settlement-idUSBRE9AO11420131125
"(Reuters) - A penny stock financier based in Long Island, New York, and his companies agreed to pay $1.46 million to settle U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission charges that they sold more than 3 billion shares in two microcap companies at a profit without first registering the shares."
"The SEC also said Kramer and Mazuma in 2009 and 2010 bought and sold over 1 billion unregistered shares of Bederra Corp that had been misappropriated by that company’s transfer agent."
As it may pertain to DBMM...
The other side is hoping to unload their shares for a gain, if possible!
One side is acting in bad faith the other isn't...
Yep, I hope they call it off.
And how are they going to do it without running the share price into multiple pennies or higher.
Get it to a buck before the rs.
A few million daily in buying pressure would send this, not wise for a NS position right before CE removal.
Again the point is not whether they can trade it or not, to cover a significant short position would send price higher peaking other traders interest. All of that before a possible CE removal would not be wise for them.
Yes the share structure is accurate, but I believe they issued a small amount of shares in 2019.
Since its liquidate only in US, shorts would need accounts in Canada to try and cover a conservative 500 million shares.... yah that wouldn't raise any eyebrows.
They would send the share price to .05-10 if they did, and all before CE removal not wise.
It's interesting before September 28th there were many stocks that traded without CE and had years of no financials.
Basically all of it before the suspension in early 2017, crazy...
Buyer Beware. OTC Markets Group has determined that there is a public interest concern associated with the company, which may include a spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders, regulatory suspensions, or disruptive corporate actions.
This is why I'm interested in the date the CE was placed, but if I were to guess it was due to suspension on May 16, 2017.
"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they had not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act")."
And yet here we are the company has been current with audited financials for years now.
Again anyone know the date CE was placed on dbmm?
Apparently phrases like "no data" or "no records found" means zero shorts to you guys.
The company doesn’t make any money at all to actually sustain a higher PPS for much longer than the initial pop as they are broke as always.
When did the skull and bones originally appear on DBMM?
DBMM was number 1 on most active boards when it went pink current, and stayed in the top 10 for awhile. If this resumes fully normal trading there will be a lot of speculation and interest.
