Darth, is this a legal? Is this something the CEO could have protected? If the CEO cannot, I would imagine the CEO would want to inform shareholders at once after the conversions are complete. Can Kodiak be forced to complete? Is there a benefit to the balance sheet for waiting? I believe the conversions must be done and the pr is ready and it's about timing of the pr. What a day I'm tired. 26 more trading days like this before elections and then more after, whew! Well I'm over 1/2 way accumulating here to my target. I would like to see some price appreciation, relief from the selling past six months to entice me to add from here. I think we are going in the right direction it appears. So I will sit on my shares now and see what happens :)

Darth, Prophetable, Arrow Electronics is huge as the backer. They are a proven leader. I have a CPSM and have managed varioud supply chains past 25 years and have witnessed 1st hand how they can leverage small companies advantageously to both advantages early to capture market share. This little company cb old grow 100x over next 5 years imo. This is a ground floor opportunity at its best. Arrow is looking to diversify it's business and MYDX is the perfect fit.
