If someone were to ask which types of stocks outperformed all others for the last 50 years, undoubtedly most people would guess that technology, biotech, or energy stocks would be the biggest winners. But shockingly the best performing sector of the S&P in the last 50 years has been Food, Beverage & Tobacco within the Consumer Staple Sector.
So, while many investors continue to hunt for the next Google, Facebook or some other innovative new technology, software or services company, history reminds us that some of the most lucrative returns are generated by companies that service what people will use every day… staple items such as food and beverages.
This information above is good for us: we're in the right stock, the right place, the right time, and the right price. The CEO is working hard on many projects. He has a number of recent successes under his belt such as a multimillion dollar coffee business and the Fernhill spin-off, the first of many dividend offerings to come I might add according to Buzzy. And, with all that Buzzy is working on right now coupled together with a very thin share structure here, only about 500 million in the float and I own 20% of that, this stock is sure to launch into the stratosphere and soon. This share structure just doesn't leave very many shares to feast on when the whales come back and mark this they will come back. Go $VGID.
Happy Friday!
The Marijuana Megatrend
by Sean Brodrick | June 21, 2017
Cowen and Co. thinks the California market alone could push total U.S. marijuana revenue to $50 billion by 2026.
To me, this is making marijuana a megatrend. A megatrend is a long-lasting trend that takes years to develop and causes big shifts in the world, culture, and economies.
For investors, marijuana may even be better than the proverbial pot of gold.
These were some of the things on my mind when I went to the Southeast Cannabis Conference and Expo in Fort Lauderdale. I wasn’t there for the CBD-infused gummy worms. I was there for the “investment track”. And it was fascinating.
Go $VGID$
Well, it wasn't that long ago, surely you remember the 406,902,250 million shares traded on 3-15-17; what do you think another day like that would do to our share price? And the updates are just getting better and better:)
Absolutely, by my calculations if Buzzy were to buy 100,000,000 shares that could possibly launch VGID into penny land. Go Buzzy!
I’m sorry; did you say that as if no trades are a bad thing? I see no trades in this case as a good sign… We have been through a lot and have come a long ways. We are holding strong, put in a base, found support, and now just waiting for the updates which we all know are coming. We own the float and we know what we own. Those of us who can afford have consistently been buying up the weak shares and the float is now in strong hand. So, all things considered, like Skidoo said, you don’t want to be caught chasing this one.
Yes, IMO it looks good here!!! Soon the alerts will go out again, the whales will return, and this time there could be enough energy to push this to a penny and beyond considering all that Buzzy is working on. It is comforting to know that Buzzy is working for the shareholders and I know this because he is the biggest shareholder of all with over 700,000,000 million shares; it’s kind of like he is working for me:)
The Growler guys Brew kombucha and now are infusing it with CBD; pretty cool! Buzzy said that they are all in a competition to make it mainstream with their product and since Buzzy has been in this industry for many many years, says the beverage industry is who he is, I think he has the advantage. Go $vgid...

Legal Pot Is Making This Industry Paranoid about Lost Profits
Bill Hall | Friday, June 16, 2017 at 7:30 am
All told, Cowen estimates that the recreational pot industry will reach $50 billion in sales by 2026.
“There is real risk to alcohol consumption,” Azer said. “If consumers are going to dual use, I would expect that they would moderate their alcohol consumption to accommodate the addition of a second social lubricant.”
VGID is positioning itself nicely with it's Cannabis Entry to take advantage of this trend. Go $VGID.
There is no arguing that dude, you are master of the obvious! So, if everybody knows that it was a scam then why and who, in their right mind, is buying up hundreds of millions of shares of this company on multiple occasions. There is something going on here and it could get very exciting and very quickly! GLTA
Are you trying to say that pampers are worth more than 100 million shares of this. Lol. Just look at the bid, something is happing here folks and it's starting to get exciting!
Dumpman sold 110,000 of his shares at .0016 in his attempt to walk it down on a low volume Friday: small price to pay if he gets 3,831,500 of your shares at .0016... Hold on people, this is just a final shake of the tree to see if anything drops. I expect news next week, buying this afternoon, and it looks very juicy:)
Happy Friday!
You are absolutely right; something is going on here, why else would someone buy several hundred million shares of this? I agree this is likely a shell play though I don’t understand why they created all the excitement in the process instead of just quietly accumulating shares: they nearly spiked it, unless that was the intent; maybe it was a PnD that failed?
Pstats said they might combine MDIN and MNZO. Here I agree also, they might as well since both companies are in the same sec mess and they were like sister companies; MDIN even had an agreement to market and sell Lacto Freedom; wonder how that is going? However, I don’t know how combining two failed companies would do any more good then when MDIN picked up defunct ANAS a couple years ago including all of their products. In any case, I would sure like to know what is going on in here.
Happy Friday!
Really, please do tell us all about this momentous event; how many shares do you own, does it mean you’re not coming back? Anyway, it all must be really exciting, well; it is for some of us at least! Seriously though, why would you announce such a momentous event to the whole world and risk screwing up a good plan? Then also, why would you sell on a Friday when we all know that you only sell on Friday if you need beer money or if there is news, go $VGID, but then it’s not dumping, as you said, it’s profit taking?
No, I submit that you are just trying to make it look like it is time to jump ship because it’s been awhile since the last update. Well, nice try and so sorry to pull your curtain back again though in reality your momentous plan is obviously not to sell and go away, dang, but to sell just enough shares on a low volume Friday to walk the price down; make it look like a sell off when actually it is nothing more than one last desperate attempt to get some more shares on the cheap. I might add low life attempt to cheat someone out of their shares: good luck with that Dumpman:(
Really, are you really calling this dark? Take one look at a chart like this, especially in OTC land, and the first thing that comes to my mind, with all the many many projects in the works, is that it looks like a springboard to copper! The future is very bright here:)
Hey folks, it is always darkest before dawn and you know there are some here who will take advantage of this darkness and impatience. They are counting on disappointment and our discouragement and will use their many tactics to relieve us of our shares. However, if we hold tight we can and we will beat them at their own game and, honestly, that is not easy to do but we are doing it:) much to their chagrin I am sure. Now, Buzzy has been keeping his word and, remember, he mentioned that there were a number of things coming in June, well, June is half gone already so, all these things that were promised are still coming and all in the next 2 weeks now. So, it is very likely we will receive news, updates, and new product releases early next week and, maybe even the Date of Record release for the Hollywood Haircutters spinoff. And, don’t forget the next Medi Mike Show in June to promote our CBD infused beverage line along with pictures of product and labels. Remember also, Fernhill surprised to the upside big-time; these are exciting times folks!!! Go $VGID:)
Good morning $VGID. I think it looks like a green candle kind of day:) Let's go!
Sorry Tinzzuni, I don't mean to throw cold water though in the conference call Buzzy said, because he has merged into a public shell that cannot be audited this will, unfortunately, prevent up-listing. However, this is why he is making sure that every spin-off entity is fully auditing so each new company is capable of up-listing. In my opinion these spin offs are way more valuable than people know yet. Any one of the dividends we receive in the form of a spin-off company could alone be worth many times more than your original investment. For instance, Hollywood Haircutters or the upcoming CBD, THC, Beverage, and Edibles entity:) Go VGID!!!
Exactly:)
I loved the great down under, especially Coolangatta beach. Sand so white and clean it squeaked when you walked on it. And every morning they groomed the sand with a tractor and big mesh roller that picked up the sand and laid it back down without any garbage or even so much as a footprint:) Beautiful? country; when VGID reaches a penny I will have to go visit again and plan to bring my new friend:)
Well then GreenMack, good morning down under.
Yes, we own the float:)

Have a great weekend!
Take a look at this below: It's looking pretty good for our VGID Cannabis subsidiary:
This Sector Is Set to Cause a World of Pain for Big Pharma
Bill Hall | Friday, June 9, 2017 at 7:30 am
In medical-marijuana states, the average doctor prescribed:
•265 fewer doses of antidepressants each year
•486 fewer doses of seizure medication
•541 fewer anti-nausea doses, and
•562 fewer doses of anti-anxiety medication.
All this good means the US will inevitably legalize medical marijuana in all 50 states and all this bodes well for our VGID Cannabis subsidiary: CBD and THC Beverages and Edibles. Go $VGID.
Have a Great Weekend Everybody!
GreenMack; can I add your 20m to my long and strong list?
Good day VGID! I want to point out that with just 9 strong hands we account already for nearly 200 million shares of the float. I have spoken to another 2 or 3 of you who indicated you own between 10 and 30 million shares each and that puts us over 50% of the float in just a dozen strong hands and with that we have reached the tipping point. That said, I'd like another 100 million shares at this price myself though, as you can clearly see, it just isn't possible. Now, I don't know what's going to happen in here but I have a pretty good idea what another day with 100 to 400 million shares of volume can and will do to the price per share here; it's certainly going to explode upwards and I can't hardly wait:) That day is coming folks and soon, in my opinion, with all the news out there, and you don't want to miss this one!!!
Go $VGID and if you want shares, pay the ask... And if you think bringing someone in like Poppycock, who has been discredited again and again, to help with your walk-down you are sadly mistaken and btw your Scooby shtick is growing old and you sound just like Poppycock and Duffy now.
VGID is looking strong: no selling, couple hundred thousand shares in attempt to walk pps down is nothing and will be met with buying. We have built a strong base over many weeks and it just looks really good here! Now, with a strong base and the float locked up in strong hands, IMO, we have reached a tipping point where the next news story could be the one to launch VGID to the moon and we are due for a good news story!
Happy Friday!

Everyone has already testified they received their dividend shares as promised. Did you own shares at least 3 days before the date of record so your share purchase had time to clear? Then also, some said they didn't even? know they had received their shares because the shares showed up in their account as a CUSIP Number, not a ticker symbol. I hope this helps.
I saw over 500 million on the bid at .0002 at one point yesterday and the fact that so many shares were bought at .0002 does make me wonder why no follow through today.
Have you scheduled a time yet for the next conference call?
Yes, that alone could be the golden ticket:) Looking forward to hearing more about progress on this and everything else Buzzy is working on.
Buzzy indicated yes, CBD, and THC beverages plus an Edibles component, which they are looking to acquire now, will comprise the Cannabis entity. When this all comes together he said he would spin this off as a fully owned subsidiary second quarter of next year. This is just from memory, you might want to check the PR.
Knock it off Duffy. You know Road Kill was produced by Buzzy though is a product of FernHill. VGID share holders received dividend shares from the FernHill spinoff but FernHill is now a separate entity and fully auditing. It is exciting to see this first spinoff flegling company succeed with this product and others and is even more exciting because Buzzy has in mind 7 spinoffs with Hollywood Haircutters next; date of record announcement any day now:)
I agree...
I think you mean the buyers of cheap shares are always counting on investor's impatience. It was Warren Buffett who once said, "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient."
VGID is holding strong and looking good; can't hardly wait for more good things to come our way!
