Sorry Tinzzuni, I don't mean to throw cold water though in the conference call Buzzy said, because he has merged into a public shell that cannot be audited this will, unfortunately, prevent up-listing. However, this is why he is making sure that every spin-off entity is fully auditing so each new company is capable of up-listing. In my opinion these spin offs are way more valuable than people know yet. Any one of the dividends we receive in the form of a spin-off company could alone be worth many times more than your original investment.
