It would appear Zayo uses dark fiber to connect buildings to their metro fiber network. http://www.zayo.com/fiber-network-maps Funny how it's fiber internet access and fiber backhaul, not wireless which has been touted by Val. Of course the wireless portion is the rub, since Val pictured decade old unauthorized equipment that not even another pinksheet CEO fraud would believe in. HA!!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62563381
This is somewhere around the fourth PR outfit? I wonder how many shares Ray coughed up to pay this one. Could be they're getting pretty hard up at KCSA Strategic Communications. LOL
The success of any pump will depend greatly on if anyone still believes in this fraud. The promoters will holler Qualcom and Boise Project and NASA Mars shot. Question is who will fall for it since everything is easily verifiable, and nothing ever verifies! LOL Every pump needs a lot of believers!
Val claims to be a genius in the field of wireless but never has appeared in his 58 years in any publication dealing with that field. No one expects Val to have been lauded the way Gates or Jobs have been, since those two were educationally prepared for success and actually made something of themselves. Val has never made one mark in the field of wireless, unless it was to parrot the work of others. Val, with his efforts to dump out his worthless pinkstink stock, is not exactly what anyone would write home about. HA!!!
Obviously, you did not check: http://twitter.com/#!/ibm/following
This whole Twitter jazz is utter nonsense. Val has never tweeted anything of substance EVER. LOL Too funny.
Ever check out who exactly they follow? Quite a ragtag bunch of nobodies. No wonder Val fits RIGHT in: http://twitter.com/#!/PantechUSA/following
The comedy here is intense!
Speaking of Val's stringing people along, there really is no evidence of any meeting. I have to agree with that now that I've thought it over. Val has no credentials. He has never published in, nor has he been quoted in any IEEE publication, though he claims to be a wireless genius, on par with Al Gore, the ever ridiculed genius inventor of the internet (gag, gag).
How is it he suddenly became a never-once-anything telecom genius only after he was socked with this worthless stock by a couple of sharp operators. Reality sinks in here -- and one realizes the fraud is total, absolute and without plausible defense whatsoever. Fake phone stories, fake battery stories -- Val is chock full of fake stories! Period.
The only fact here is a quarter cent stock speedily on its way to the cellar.
we showed him our new technology on XXXXX and Val would say something or make comments that caught the engineers off guard about exactly how that technology works.
The engineers did not understand how their own technology works? LOL More likely Val gave the same spiel he gives investors, based on the customary jargon gleaned from trade publications and patent applications. After all, Val has had to learn vacuum cleaner jargon to sell vacuum cleaners.
So, someone said he knows wireless. He's a salesman. He gets people to believe stuff, factual or not. Then Val says something dumb that totally negates belief, which would have made any engineer hem and haw for having been made a fool of -- for a few minutes. I'm sure when Val's information was double-checked, it was discovered the source was the work of others gleaned by Val from patent applications. As always!
What is in fact known is Val's crate of decade old junk he tried to pass off as workable was thoroughly debunked; his fake phones, on and on and on. As will each and every new hoax he tries to toss out to see if it sticks. LOL
.
No one is buying Val's baloney any longer! That is quite obvious.
Pinky CEOs are hardly known for telling the unvarnished truth. The odds of having a 'solid' discussion are nil. More hype and dashed hopes are the pinksheet CEO's stock and trade. This pinkstink CEO just happens to have vacuum cleaners and Sisel snake oil tossed in for good measure.
There was a 4 million share t-trade yesterday. Look where she be today.
Today's was 3,575,076 at .0024 -- Low of the day. Guess where she be tomorrow!
Val can read. Val then parrots what he reads, reproducing the same buzzwords in PRs. Other than that, Val sells vacuum cleaners. Nuffsaid!!! HA!!

No award for a vacuum cleaner salesman! HA!!! What else is new?
I'm dying here!! LOL
.
Possible connection?
Nope. Not for a vacuum cleaner salesman like Val!
There are hundreds of millions of shares eligible to be sold among the wads of shares Val handed out last year. Those chickens are coming home to roost. As a stinking pink CEO, I doubt Val will let those shares get sold ahead of his. Pinksheet CEO dilution bloodbath is here. But then, everyone knew that it was coming! Especially the MMs HA!
No need to reinvent the wheel:
A share dilution scam happens when a company, typically traded in unregulated markets such as the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, repeatedly issues a massive amount of shares into the market for no reason, considerably devaluing share prices until they become almost worthless, causing huge losses to shareholders. Then, after share prices are at or near the minimum price a stock can trade and the share float has increased to an unsustainable level, those fraudulent companies tend to reverse split and continue repeating the same scheme.
Hey! We have a recent review of the new phone!

But at least it's not real. Thank goodness:

I know! Fraud seems to be cropping up everywhere these days. MDGC itself, being a China scam stock, as we have ruefully discovered.
Should we just sit here and wait for the pps to hit .0001 Val's thumb twiddling will make sure you haven't long to wait. LOL
LOL for every seller, there is a buyer of those shares. If the seller is a diluting pig CEO, or MMs who know the stock is dead meat, you have a buyer buying a stock swiftly on its way to zero. HA!!!
Today's tape and shorting signature shows heavy selling and/or dilution. Finally!! HA!!!
I'm betting on dilution! Wave to Val & Ray Powers !! HA!!!
Actually, the patents were 'marketed' as were the worthless shares. They were all included in a biz op sold to a vacuum cleaner salesman who was convinced by a couple of sharks that they had value. So, Val the vacuum cleaner salesman became a pinky CEO who has spent two years selling pinksheet stock based on smoke, mirrors and confidence tricks. Only the previous Chinese holders of the shares and worthless patents made money on them, once they formed a fake company and found a chump like Val to unload them on. LOL What does a vacuum cleaner salesman know about wireless tech, or how not to get hosed in the biz op market? We certainly found out: Not much -- if anything.
MDGC -- the China Scam Extraordinaire HA!!
Pointing out that the CEO of a fake tech fraud sells vacuum cleaners is the utmost in disrespect? Agreed!! HA!
I kindly refer you to the third result of this search:
http://www.google.com/search?q=val+westergard+sells+vaccum+cleaners&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
Anyone who has been here more than a few months knows Val is a vacuum cleaner salesman who isn't worth a third of a cent to the market, even if every Electrolux and Dirt Devil on the planet were tossed in for good measure. HA!!!!
FRAUD DEFINED: A tech company conceived by a vacuum cleaner salesman (I should stop right there! LOL) crafted to fleece out pink sheet shares based on fluff, lies, hoaxes, deceit and a ton of intellectuality dishonesty. AKA: Failure.
The mayor's event, where he will give his address, is no longer free. Why should anyone have to pay? Simply call up Val and ask to meet with him in that closet Mediag3/Mesh Global office. HA!!
Now you know Val's secret. Read, memorize, claim to everyone that's what you're doing. Then like XO, don't do it. And in (Can't do it) Val's case, live off the shareholders. LOL Just as Wm. Yuan did, though not as lavishly because vacuum cleaner salesmen just aren't used to that. HA!!
.
The site that lists those companies is run by a sole proprietor web site owner who hoped to make money selling ads. As you can see by the dates appearing on the forum for this site, the concept was a total failure.
http://www.lmdswireless.com/cgi-local/wwwthreads/wwwthreads.pl
Looks to me like the web site owner is a fat man in a trailer park:
http://www.lmdswireless.com/page.php?id=9
Val is familiar with that ilk. Broke web page promoter! Two of a kind. HA!
Oh, and as explained yesterday, XO keeps trotting out that spectrum, nothing comes of it, they write more off, they haven't much left to write off. There is no need to explain failure. It just is. Look at Val! HAA!
Everyone has tried to hang their hat on LMDS. Yesterday we learned XO Communications has almost finished writing off their own huge LMDS mistake that someone in management had internally scammed them on a decade ago. See what happens when management is poor and/or stupid? Here at the tech behemoth, MDGC (gag, gag) it's a ... vacuum cleaner salesman. HA!
Agreed. Nothing but a 100% fraud.
LOL, what service do they claim to provide? I looked at those pics and none of that equipment offers wireless acess points for anything modern. The first pic is a fiber distribution panel in a 19" rack, the 2nd is an empty 19" rack in a co-location cage, the third is a cat5 patch panel in a suspended ceiling and the antenna pics are some haggard ******** (BS), looks like some old land mobile radio directional antenna.
Oh, and some really small microwave antennas. Basically a hodgepodge of various telecom stuff. I'd say he's trying to fool people into believing he has a real operation going.
me:
lol. That's what I was afraid of. Didn't want to poison the well up front. Sorry for the mystery. Thanks for your time.
Val, without proof of your claims, your statements absolutely lack credibility.
The worst enemy a MDGC shareholder has is the CEO. Are Val's lips moving? You know he's lying. But the swiftness and ease one is able to impeach his deceptions -- that is the most amusing aspect of this totally stinking pink fraud. You can't help but LOL every time!!
Val apparently knew no one with brains enough to warn him from being hosed by this China scam presented as a biz op. But as they say, a salesman is the biggest sucker for any convincingly presented snow job.
Well, since MDGC is now the web's own twitter darling (gag, gag), that last month was the photoshop company, I'd say the twitter etiquette of following those who follow you is in operation. Or if a business, only other businesses. Thus, the twitter theory is debunked as meaningless.
Then there is: http://www.buytwitterfollowers.org/index.html
XO will present to the IRS that they are continuing to attempt to use the spectrum that years ago cost them dearly. XO has been writing off that mistake in chunks for years. Every so often they ink some kind of deal in the LMDS business segment that ultimately fails, which allows XO to write-off more losses, since XO can claim they have not abandoned that segment. Once the multi-year series of write-offs is complete, XO will be finished with the fiction of maintaining the LMDS segment. Then XO will continue operating their other business segments hopefully at a profit. But as the stock itself languishes in the penny cesspool, I'd doubt that too!! LOL Mr. Market knows.
No, because once XO has finished writing down the complete and absolute failure of LMDS to the satisfaction of IRS rules, you'll no longer read anything about XO and LMDS. XO is playing the tax loss write-off game, that is all.
As I said, Val reads the trade papers and claims he will do the same using the same buzzwords. Really, Val is stupid funny!! LOL
http://www.glgroup.com/News/Hardball-12-14-09--Backhaul-Opportunity-for-Hybrid-Fiber-Microwave-Limited-45346.html
All Val does is read the trade papers, turns around and claims he's going to do the same. Five year olds do that, kind of cute. But why does anyone believe a 58 year old vacuum cleaner salesman when he does it?
Right here, Gamer:
April 4th, 2011
LMDS Spectrum: If there was any doubt as to the potential for their LMDS spectrum, XO also wrote off another $20M in value it had ascribed to those licenses, leaving just $7.5M of it on their balance sheet.
http://www.telecomramblings.com/2011/04/still-awaiting-word-on-icahns-offer-xo-posts-pretty-good-q4/#more-10772
Well, guess XO won't have to maintain the LMDS fiction for the IRS for much longer! Should be all flushed before 2012 LOL
