TNOG keeps producing!
PRs!
and still no oil or gas!
"was" a member of the board of Royale Energy"
Good questions..
The well is plugged because it is not hooked up for production.
Tejones has to make a decision as to if the test results after the frac 2 years ago will be feasible to put in production, ( they know the numbers)
Will they make enough money to pay off Schlumbergers lien on the well then make a profit
Duh this is in a no lake zone per my verifiable DD
Read my previous post years back!
The current status is "Plugged Oil Well" which is reported by the TRRC who regulates the Oil & Gas industry here in Texas!
Ask TNOG why the well is not in production after 2 years of the fracture which they have mentioned with how many PRs now?
AS of today (6-02-08) the status is still;
Plugged Oil Well
Did see you that the TRRC shows it "Plugged Oil Well"?
Here is how to find the status of the well;

I understand TNOGs Verifiable History over the years!
Who can prove TNOG verifiable history over the years other than me?
I see the big picture..and have been right for years now!
So any previous company Prs are not relevant anymore, is that right? Why is that?
From what date is the previous TNOG PRs no longer relevant, please clarify with a very good reason as to why!
Just like they did "not" in Wilson & Bastrop County...over the past 3 years.......right?
Just imagine if TNOG could get some oil out of the Kern County field within some where within the many wells that have been drilled previously over the years that have come up VERIFIABLEY dry holes!
What are the Odds?
Look at where TNOG says the lease is and then see on the map below and see that all previous wells are Dry Holes within that area!
Nuff said??
I agree about putting trust in someone other than a shadowy figure from the Internet!
It's cool that Brandon wants to turn Titan around!
He can do all he wants with PRs ,, but He cant get any oil or gas out of the ground in Bastrop or Kern County per the Verifiable DD I have provided for many years now!
Everyone has hopes right!
Titan has been "PUMPING" the Bastrop well for over 2 years!

Titan Announces Progress on Bastrop County Project
By: Aaron Reed

Digg This!
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/05/06 -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG: PK) announces that progress is being made with the development of the Bastrop County project. At the request of many of our shareholders, we are pleased to provide additional details about the project and our joint venture partners.
As announced last week, the oil and gas working interest assignments were made to the joint venture partners on May 1st and are now being officially recorded.
Oasis Oil and Gas Corporation, a Houston-based company, is headed by J.R. Harrison. Mr. Harrison has been in the petroleum and fuels marketing business for the last 18 years, and has worked with major oil companies such as Exxon Mobil and Shell Oil.
Tejones Operating Corporation is headed by Mr. Thomas Gouger III. Mr. Gouger has been an oil and gas operator for over 25 years in the South Texas area.
The project is commencing with an existing well bore that is a special target of interest. A backhoe is being sent to the site as quickly as possible to commence digging up the existing well casing. After locating and digging around the casing, an additional section of casing will be welded on, at which time we will be prepared for the arrival of the rig.
Next, once the rig arrives, the initial procedure will be a swab test. Based on the results, we will determine the completion techniques to be used. These processes may include acidization and fracturing, as per the recommendations in the In-Depth Bastrop County Report, prepared by Titan's Petroleum Engineer, Peter R. Maupin, and posted at the company's web site. Please visit: http://www.titanoilandgas.com/future.htm to view the full report.
As noted in the report, the initial target well has a test history of 123 and 170 barrels of oil per day, as well as a quantity of gas. This was obtained without any stimulation, which is a very important point. No guarantee can be made that current results will match these levels. We are, however, very hopeful that applying stimulation techniques to this formation will result in very good production.
If well tests meet our expectations, we have plans to immediately go to the second existing well bore in the field in order to develop it, and to confirm the full extent of the producing formation. In addition to these immediate candidates, the joint venture partners have the option to increase the work program by developing an additional 2 surface well locations within the 256-acre field, based on results from the first two wells.
Titan has developed this joint venture in a manner that has not affected the company's share structure. The company will have no direct development expenses other than the lease cost, which has already been paid.
Titan is actively negotiating new projects following this business model, as earlier announced. Titan is amassing new oil and gas leases and packaging joint ventures whereby it retains a carried working interest in the oil and gas income, while not affecting share capital.
About Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. - Titan is an energy company engaged in oil and gas development, drilling and production. Titan follows a conservative business model, redeveloping oil and gas fields with a history of production, while expanding into exploration and development of new properties.
Certain information included in this communication (as well as information included in oral statements or other written statements made or to be made by Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.) contains statements that are forward looking, such as statements relating to the future anticipated direction of the Oil and Gas Industry, plans for expansion, various business development activities, planned capital expenditures, future funding resources, anticipated sales growth and potential contracts. These forward looking statements are subject to a number of known and unknown risks and uncertainties that could cause actual operations or results to differ materially from those anticipated.

Chill out and have some fun this weekend. TNOGs debt will still be around!
BTW, my post are for newbies who seek verifiable DD to make a decision!
SCHLUMBERGER TECHNOLOGY put a lien on the well and they get all the money that ,"IF" made will go to settle the $289,774.03 owed.
So who will pay for the pipeline hook up?
Schlumberger knows the results of the frac job and they decided to not invest and just put a lien on the well!
Tejones is the Operator of the Bastrop Eberle #1 well. They call the shots! (Titan only has 16.9% of any roalties )And will only receive income if the Lien is paid.
They owe SCHLUMBERGER TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION $289,774.03
SCHLUMBERGER filed a lien on the Bastrop Well for non payment of sevices (frac job )!

Call Tejones and ask if the well is good and if they plan on hooking up the well to the gas gathering line or not! Ask if they are getting the rights of Way for hooking up the pipeline, Also mention what Titan has said in PRs and the Blog!
The telephone number below was extracted from the TRRC web site.

How is Titan to pay for laying a gas pipeline to the gas gathering line per the TRRC that is miles away per their map
How much is the easement going to cost "IF" the landowners even agree to run the pipeline thru their property?
They never mentioned the actual test results of the well when it was fracked!
What did Tejones say?
You folks that called Tejones..
care to share what they said about the Bastrop well?
When you see an offer on the Internet, assume it is a scam, until you can prove through your own research that it is legitimate. And remember that the people touting the stock may well be insiders of the company or paid promoters who stand to profit handsomely if you trade.
http://ftp.sec.gov/investor/pubs/pump.htm
For years now you could never find the Midway Pipeline for the K1 well in Wilson County. and now you have no proof for over a year now of the Bastrop Eberle #1 well pipeline in Bastrop County to sell gas!
Good news, Bubby is looking too!
Insiders have had many shares to sell the past few days , who else has this many big numbers of shares at this price to sell?
Read the tape to see! notice the last sell, that is a trick the insiders use to buy on a market order at the end of the day to "paint the tape" to end up a positive day!
Buy on rumor and sell on news.....that is what the insiders have been doing the last few trading sessions
