.07 will be the floor we seek, wont see it lower then there. One of the rules of being a non reporting stock is they can also only dilute so much then they must stop for a period of time. If you look at this latest round, it all started right after the announcment of Patricia Dianne Mills. They are close to the celing and I expect they will stop soon. One of the problems is some of the 500 share holders are going to put all of this together and the fact that this dilution is not going to be harmful in the long run...the word dilution send shareholders running...I guess is that in about a week we will retrun to the .0010 / .0012 level...and to answer your other question...no...sorry.
mixz I am confident in my out look for this stock. I have held a position in WNBD for over a year. In the bigining I was flipping it as it move on the Winning Colours news as well as the Dry Cleaning Solution news...but the flipping soon began to fade and I have been adding to a long position for a while now. I will continue to add to my account as we drift around at these levels and will be very happy when we are a few months into next year...
Hello to all here at the Winning Colours board. I have read you posts and find them to be very good and well informed. If you dont mind I would like to share my views on this stock.
The most important one is that if you are here now and expecting to see some movement or some large spike in the PPS that is not going to happen. Most likly not until Q2 of 08. As has been pointed out in the posts here, there are approx. 500 share holders of this company and 98% of them are longs...some of which are long with out the intention of being long but because of the decline in the PPS they are forced to wait. The continued selling is not coming from us. The company is at the present time diluting shares into the market. But for this company unlike most pinks its for operational reasons that have a long term positive effect on us. There is no real desernable income from the limited sales they currently receive from Winning Colours. The profit they are earning from the Canada opperations is eaten up in administrative and operational costs. Throw in the costs for building a distribution network for the U.S and you are operating at a loss. The dilution has been slow and calculated and in the long run will not have that much of an effect when the stock begins to move. The important thing is they are not selling this company to a debt machine to achieve their goal. The stock should begin to move up after the first of the year when they move into Phase 2 of their operational plan. That is where the new head of marketing comes into play. With her experience in dealing with large dollar accounts she will be invaluable.
Someone mentioned Wal Mart..which is understandable considering Wal Mart is brought up in her bio. But all of this is not being done for Wal Mart but for Home Depot. A little over a year ago when Winning Brands landed Home Depot in Canada everthing they have done is to end up in Home Depot U.S.A. They have put in a national independent distribution network accross the country and when they are able to announce that over 2,300 Home Depot stores will begin to carry Winning Colours your color will turn to GREEN as in GREEN BACKS. Once Home Depot is locked up the donmios will begin to fall. Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, and Wal Mart. 60% of all paint sold in the U.S comes from those 4 company's. It has taken Eric and company over a year to get Phase 1 completed. If you check the web page and see the dollar set up for each phase after you will see that those phases will tumble fast. Phase two is for revenue of 1 to 3 million dollars, then phase 3, 4 and on up. These phases can and will be accomplished much more rapidly then what it took phase one to get completed.
If you are holding this stock for a short term gain, you have a problem, if you are long, and are just adding to your position as the PPS moves down to a settling price then you have a winner. We all have to wait just a few more months in my opinion before this echo tree begins to bear fruit. Thank you for your time and good luck trading this and all of your investments.
TG
Due to the fact that my post at SW received some attention here I would like to post the following message I just posted on SW.
In following up with some of my research today I have become aware of an error in my post from last night....I would like to correct it now if I may. I said the following:
I know that Stillwater Capital,Oxbridge Group and Seaway Valley Corp are tied together in the financing of Hacketts, and that Oxbridge has a client that goes by the name of New York Power Company. New York Power Comapny has a person on their board by the name of Thomas Scov...ya our Tom.
I have been informed that Seaway Valley Capital did NOT use Stillwater or the Oxbridge group for any of the financing of the Hackett deal. Because it would have caused added expence they proceeded in the manner as stated in the PR on Oct 26,
Dear Shareholders:
Now that Seaway Valley has successfully merged with WiseBuys Stores, Inc. (“WiseBuys”), WiseBuys management can now focus on the completion of its acquisition of Patrick Hackett Hardware Company (“Hacketts”), which is crucial to the immediate growth prospects of the company.
To this end, we are pleased to announce that WiseBuys has generated cash flows internally from the sale of non-core assets that would be sufficient to acquire Hacketts.
There was no sale of shares and no dilution took place for this financing to occure.
I apologies for putting out incorrect information in regards to Stillwater and The Oxbridge group, but in my estimation that in itself does not change the them of the post. Which is we have eliminated by my calculation the Cornell debt and that Tom is associated with both SWVC and remains the CEO of GS AGrifuels and they are in turn working with Permolex International in building the bio fuel plant in up state New York. TG
I only have myself to blame, never others, stand and take responsibility.
Wondering if any one see what I see...we seem to be moving in the exact way we did yesterday...MM are trading between themselves..trying to shake shares...but they cant...we went almost 10 min with no trades..they move it up snatch a few then back down...then we sit...I think that for the most part the entire float is in the hands of the longs and we are not letting go at these prices...it could get interesting around here if this keeps up....they want shares they will have to move the Bid and Ask up to our level of expectations...
If you look at Tom's bio and see where he has worked in the past you can see a man with a excellent grasp of how all of this works. I think that way to many investors in this company got to far ahead of themselves. They expected this stock to be an IPO block buster as many miss informed look at a reverse merger as the easy way to go about an IPO. While that is true in a way, an IPO has all of its parts in place when it goes public, we on the other hand are putting ours into the puzzel, and it has to be done one piece at a time. When completed we will have all that any good IPO has to offer, only we will have been fourtunate enough to buy in at basement prices. I feel just as you, there most certianly are other big player who will have a say in how far this company goes.
brisket, to be honest with you if you dont do any better at reading and comprehending a post then you did, then I can see why you put your money in XKEM at no time in my post did I say that SWVC owned any of the companys mentioned. Fact of the matter is we own NONE of them. I said the Tom owns 35% of GS Agrifuels, and that he is the CEO of that company. You see brisket just because Tom is involved with another company does not mean that HE or SWVC own that company. I would suggest that you re read the post and take the time to comprehend what was written.

I THOUGHT SWVC OWNED INTEREST IN OTHER COMPANIES WHY HAVE WE NOT HEARD OF THOSE WHEN YOU GO TO THEIR HOMEPAGE THEY ARE BOASTING OF ALL THESE COMPANIES BUT SEEM TO HAVE NO MONEY THOUGH THIS COULD BE SICKENING FOR SOME OF US WHO HAVE THROWN 5-TO 20 THOUSAND AT THIS COMPANY THIS COMPANY REMINDS ME OF XKEM SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Good Morning everone, let me start out by saying thank you for all of the kind words on my post from SW. I would like to point out a few things if I may. One, none of the information I posted is not something that was not available to any of you. It all came from public sources, and all of you can call or email these companys just as I did. Also, the O/S concern has been discussed here in great depth, I know that in the past I have read poster like SteveO, cdkid, and others tell everone here that the rise in the O/S was not dilution, they to, I would be willing to bet simply asked the same question I did and reported it here. The thing is when negitive ideas get posted, that are just an opinion and no fact to them, they snow ball. Most of you have let others do your thinking for you and have just gone with the flow. This post for example is how many people here and at the other boards look at things. Please ferryman do not take this as a slam on you, as its just the normal question lots of posters ask. You write is it true, or just a pump like we have seen. Well when someone, you or anyone feels that way you should not aske the question on the board. You should look at my post and then follow up on it, check out what I put in it. As I said in the post I got all of the info from public places...I have alway encouraged people to varify what they read, because there are pumpers and bashers out there...and I expect to see some of those bashers question some of the things I said in my post, that is fine, just so they say it with facts and they prove what I said is worng...if they just say..."more pumping for a dead stock" well that took a lot of time and effort on their part didnt it. Have a good day everyone and take the time to check out the stock you have, cuz in my opinion its a winner with a long and healthy future.

Yes good post, but do ya believe it? Is it true or just a pumppost we have seen often here?
some people here should take investment 101 classes...with all of the selling the past 10 days did you not think some was going to add to the O/S..thanks for the call crooked. Look back in July Tom took over GSCR and it had a float of 750,000,000 some shares..he reduced them down to 186,000,000 he knew the in order to clear off the debt it would go back to the original O/S we had when he bought it...crips man he is a CFO with a degree in finance...give him some credit...its done now do the math...you own a debt free company...with the same O/S that many of us had when we first bought into it...I hope a lot of you who do nothing but compalin when is down and wahoooo when its up just sold and lose you back side when you try to get back in...
OT: "X" you are welcome
No it not dilution...god everytime some of you see a sell you scream dilution...its most likly traders with limit sells..and dont say 'you cant put a limit sell on a penny stock cuz you can" I do it all the time, there is a trick to it, but many a penny trader knows how to do it...it has nothing to do with dilution....
CD thank you for the first intelligent post of the day....so much clamoring for a PR...there is no PR coming because there is nothing to report...everything has been said until the Hackett deal is done. The Hackett audit is still on going, so there is nothing new to report there. Only thing that could come out is Cornell and it is impossible to get a handle on where we stand on them. No its just a matter of waiting for a couple of more weeks in this boring setting. Tom has no intentions of putting anything out...if he was concerned he would have done something when we droped below .03, but he has been satisfied to let the PPS slide to where it is. I feel its because he is confident that when the Hackett deal is completed it wont matter where we are cuz we will fly..
I have been told that he will no longer reply to individual email...lawyer advise...which is good for all of us...to many people claiming to receive emails from him and that dilutes the ones that did in fact get replies. Better to just play the stock and work with what we have...Crooked I know you have in the past so would you mind calling the T/A this morning when they open at 11 am.. I am interested to see if the past two days are the results of retail or from conversion...thanks
It is my firm beliefe that when Tom bought the GSCR shell there were 750 million shares outstanding. As a CFO and someone who knows numbers he reduced the O/S down to 186 million because he knew the importance of that number. He had calculated that by the time all of the debt was paid off this stock would end up right back where it started...700+ million shares out standing...which is not that big of a number when you look at other successful OTCBB stocks..its just that getting from point A,(Jule 1st when Tom officially took controll of GSCR) to point C ( End of Cornell debt) had a lot of us going thru some very rocky days as we passed point B, Aug,Sept and Oct.) So if we all hang on util we get to November we will be the better for it.
If you check the chart you will see we went thru the exact same trading pattern back on Sept. 24 thru the 26th. The the T/A was called and the O/S rose above the 500 million mark and then on the 27 we closed above .03 again and stayed there until the 8-k release and we began to fall to the current level. Volume for then and now is also close to the same..figure if the T/A is called tomorrow we will see that the O/S has climbed once again. Also if history repeats its self we will beging our rise tomorrow back towards the .03 level...one more day of this B.S and we should be done...the back to .03 and up as we approach the Hackett audit release...
OT: Xeller yes, I sent it right after I posted it here.
OT: Xeller8 I wrote him the same message, buy yes you can if you want.
cow my opinion was on the stock and the company not on how to trade...I forgot more about trading then most know LOL, the topic was the company..stock trading 101 is a different subject and you can not get into it here as it has little to do with the topic,,,which is SWVC
That is why I am telling you to go back buzz and read from July til now. That is the same quote that was said to folks in July, when the PPS died, then in Aug, when the PPS died and in Sept. when the PPS died, and now again in Oct, yet all we get is a run up to be run back down, longs take it in the wallet for putting faith into what on paper is a outstanding stock, but yet here we sit a few sells away from being worth under 2 cents...why do you suspose that is...
So tell me buzz how long you been here, I got here in June, and if you think this is the same company with the same attitude towards the investors then you need to do a lot of reading backwards.
It seems to me that when you evaluate the history of SWVC from the begining of when Tom purchased the shell til now you come to this conclusion. He no longer needs the pumping of the message boards to achieve his goal. He has retreated to being a typical OTCBB CEO. When this thread was started here and at the other board it was pumped and spoon fed thru out the investing land. We were needed to generate intrest in a stock that had none..GSCR. This message board and the other helped propell this stock from sub penny to over the penny mark. Emails were sent to different posters at strategic times to ensure the PPS held and intrest stayed hot. We were kept informed with regular updates on what was promised to be a transparent company. All of that has faded, with the release of the 8-K came the end of our usefulness ...SWVC became a fully reorting company with the addition of Wise Buys and our need faded. The transparency is gone, as are all of the supporters who came on board in the begining. We are sitting at a PPS of .00225 with no concern from Tom and the company for where we all sit with regards to our portfolios value. Most holders of this stock now are in the red, and all are hanging on waiting for something to pop and trying their best to keep everyone positive. Lets all hope that information comes soon or Tom may find himself with a company that showed all of the potential never seen before in penny land, but with investors who care less about it then he apparently cares about us now. Wonder how he would react if all of the folks at the message boards who put their trust in him bailed and sent his new company back to the sub penny world? Just thinking out loud....
OK it went as low as they wanted it to, now it will rise up again, to the say .025 level and start the same pattern all over again. MM dont want it to get below my guess .0225 as it may start a panic sell and then it dies and so does their commission meal ticket, so back up for a bit then back down again..funny funny stuff..
to be honest I dont think you have any idea how many holders there are out there with an avg. below .02 and how many shares they hold...if they have spent the past 7 trading days, since the 8-k just flipping half of what they own they will have added a large number of shares to their already share count. Hell this board has about 1/3 of the original SWVC posters still posting here, but thru PM and other means I can tell you that they are still holding this stock, just holding and growing, but keeping silent.
this is so predictabel its funny...MM let it run up in the morning to .026. There were still buys on the table at .026 when the ask dropped to .0255, so the flippers say ok now is the time so if you have level II you can just watch the MM trade shares, and then flippers sell their, its easy to spot based on the shares that are trading....MM start to collect, remember they dont care what the PPS right now, they just want to make some commission and acumulate some shares and SWVC traders are quick to give them to them. People are putting in their sells at the ask so the MM just drop the ask...you see they dont care if you buy back in at a lower price...they made money on your sell and your buy back in...yep this will continue this way for the new two to three weeks. Funny to watch.
I heard there was an email from Tom posted here saying we would get a PR after 4 pm could someone give me that post number so I could read it, thank you in advance for the information.
Crooked when we get the Share holder update PR the O/S should be covered in it. I dont know for me its all here, in this order, not saying I'm right, but this is how I see it.
1. Tom take over GSCR O/S is some where in the 750 million range
2. Tom reduces O/S to 186 million range
3. Green Shift filies a notice stating that the we must take some additional debt not covered in the original deal for GSCR. Tom explains that the debt would be cheaper to take then file a law suit and fight it out. Debt for Cornell is now some where close to 2.25 million dollars.
4. Cornell adds shares to the O/S as they convert.
5. Seaway adds some shares to the O/S as payment to Hackett management
6. All the debt to Cornell is completed, O/S goes back up to 680 million something...still smaller then the O/S that we had when we first got the shell, before Tom reduced it.
Now I could be wrong but that is where I see the extra shares coming from..not in the form of dilution to pay for GS Agrifuels as some have stated...there is no more proof that they came from GS dilution then there is proof of what I am saying. Only a PR from Tom can tell us. And as I said that will come tomorrow or Monday...this is not instant soup he is making its a company and there is a mass of paper work to make it happen. Good gravy look a the 8-K, 86 pages...how many 8-K in your investment life have you seen be 86 pages. Its a complicated deal. we have waited for almost 4 months to get to this stage...wait another week and see if you dont feel a lot better by next Friday. Again that is my take on it, right or wrong...dont know.
I am CERTAIN of one thing concerning the awaited PR. Its coming and its coming after the paper work is completed. Many of you have forgotten how all of this was going to play out. We were an empty shell, we remained an empty shell as we awaited the completion of the Wise Buy audited financial statment. Once the financials were completed that would "trigger" an 8-K to be released with the financial and other information concerning the Wise Buy transaction. It would then "trigger" the mover of Wise Buys into the Seaway Valley Corp. shell, creating a fully reporting company.....read the last sentence again..you think that the trigger to put Wise Buys in the shell required any other paper work besides the 8-K. Maybe some paper work being file in Deleware where the company is incorporated. This is not instant soup Tom is making here, its a full fledged reporting public company. Some of this stuff takes time, there is red tape..the longs are patient and that is good...the over induldged are nervouse and that is no ones fault but their own. I suspect we will see the PR sometime tomorrow. All will be cleared up and then you can find something new to be concerned about...spending all your money LOL
Josh, it is your right as a share holder to write to any CEO you choose. You made good points in your letter and I am sure Tom read it. But there is one suggestion I would like to make, when you send a letter to a CEO you want to be sure you proof read it before sending it. There were several mistakes in both spelling and grammer. Your thought process was running faster then your typing ability and your sentences lost content in a few places. Again please take it constructive critisisum, as at this point we need all the people who are believers in this stock to stay strong. No one should critisize you or anyone for standing up for their stock and the money they have invested in it. I am certian you wont get a reply as your letter is most likly the 100th he has received in the past 24 hours. Not one share holder who bought into this stock had the idea in mind that 24 hours after the long awaited 8-K was released would we be sitting in the RED. You did the right thing.
Sincerely
Thomas Graham
TJG
I just posted 5,875,000 at .038 lets see what happens low...I dont think much but since I sit here all day I sould be ok if it starts to charge at my shares LOL
crooked you got to be kidding me...you do way to good of a job with DD to put that out...look it says in your article, Plant Not Done Yet..yea thats cuz it was going to be done by a different company in 05, we took it over and now in 07 construction has begun..GS Agrifuels will get govt funding for this and industry loans...they are not going to fund this plant with shares of SWVC, at .03 cents a share we would have to dilute to 3 billion shares..by then the price would be .0002 come on dont lose focus on this company...today was expected in many ways...far to many people do not understand this 8-K and to many were looking Wal Mart numbers I guess...come next week all of this will be a memory...hang in there.
no as usual you are wrong power, the are done, if you actuall read the 8-k it is pretty obvious that they are done...not enough debt left for the company for it to make any difference now...so they are done...read son, you will find it enlighting.
I see everyone is concerned and confussed about the difference in the O/S. Answer is pretty simple, most of you are assuming that the 8-K was posted yesterday and I assume you think it was completed just minutes before it was posted...here is the time table..according to the email I received from Mr.Fiscoe the 8-K was completed almost 10 days ago. The completed 8-K was sent to Tom for review and it also had to be reviewed by the other parties..The other founders of Wise Buys, and the Hackett management group. That completed document had the O/S at the 450 or so million shares...in the ensuing 10 days we saw a lot of shares being dumped...that was the final conversion of Cornell in my opinion...debt in the 8-K indicates that Cornell is completed, the shares Cornell dumped took the O/S up from the 400+ million range to the current 600+million range we are now in. That is how I read this increase...its not a hidden snake in the bushes just a time laps from when the 8-K was completed until it was filed.
Investor911,that is to me the most important thing about this run compared to the last. This stock has had a chance from the last run till now to have built its base to a base of INVESTORS fr'som a base of speculators, flippers and day traders...MM as evidence yesterday can not shake the tree so its up up and away from here. The investor base has done its DD and we know we have a winner in this company and will stand strong. Have a good day everyone.
there is nothing on yahoo news, and some of you would be better served to leave the number calling, .04, .037 and such on the side line, just let it run and dont let the folks who monitor this and the other boards think they can shake you by going below your calls...dont laugh it happens...
You are right on as ususal investor911, and steveo it right nextg to East Lansing MI LOL
GM from Lansing MI...today is the day...buckel up your belts, and grab for the oxgen mask....were going high, where no man has gone before...
well consider you self lucky as there are a boat load of posts where people have had to wait today for as much as 40 min, but all of that was before 2 pm, they may be, the MM, getting ready to let it run on its own now..lets hope so.
read the post will ya, I put it in at 12:30 the ask was at .032, the point was it took over a half hour.
If you try putting a buy in it wont get filled, they will take your sell, but buy orders are just sitting, they must have a boat load sitting around..I put in a buy at 12:30 10,000 shares (just testing to see if they would take it or not) for .032 at 1:10 it showed on the board...but when I tried to cancel it at 12:35 it gave me the "order being processed" so I could not cancel....now I use e*trade pro the average time it takes to buy/sell an order and have it posted is around 2 min...this took over half an hour...Im telling you we have movement the MM are just holding it back...dont as me why but they are...yea dont ask my why hee hee hee. Look out for around 3:30 that is when the hold on the shares should start to be lossened.
I respect every trader and how they trade, its strickly up to the individual..GLT and make some money....I have a sign above my computer it say..."Make Money, You'll Sleep Better Tonight" I stopped taking sleeping pills back on June 22nd when I bought this stock!
