...I hope we don’t end up with 300,000,000 shares to fund the other facilities...
Your having a point..you blew my balloon! :(
LOL
Probably because it is not legal at Federal level in US.
They partner with Canadian companies.
Ok not 124 000 pounds/week...sorry..it's per year.
But I think it will be more then 200 pound/week.
Facility A (35,000 SF) in Q4 18 (7,000 - 10,000 lbs cannabis/annum)
Facility B (50,000 SF) (12,000 - 14,000 lbs cannabis/annum)
Facility C (3,250 SF) at a cost of $800k for extraction completed in Q4 18 (2,200 to 3,000 litres oil/annum)
250,000 SF greenhouse facility later in 2019 for completion in 2020 (80,000 to 100,000 lbs cannabis/annum).
Target is 124,000 cannabis pound/year = 2,384 pounds/week at $4.40/gram +/-
Sold out to Supreme and down 30%?? Wow..what a drop!
This mean when a company is sold, it's not always a good deal for investors!
Target is 124,000 pounds every week + products + oil, etc...
Impatient to see numbers after 1 year of full exploitation!

Last news August 22
I like this one: "Multiple rooms will be ready for harvest in September 2019"
In case some miss the latest August news:
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Next Green Wave Holdings Inc. (CSE: NGW) (OTCQX: NXGWF) ("Next Green Wave", “NGW” or the "Company") announces that it has successfully completed its first premium cannabis flower harvest and hit all major milestones to become fully operational this month. All 14 flower rooms have now been stocked with plants, 6 of which are in the flowering stage nearing harvest. This future output will allow the Company to execute on its four revenue segments; nursery, cultivation, extraction and product distribution.
The Company’s first harvest has passed strict California category three compliance testing and received a Certificate of Analysis (COA)* free of any microbial, mycotoxins, pesticides, heavy metals and foreign materials. All the strains tested met premium quality industry standards for sale in California. The lack of licensed premium flower for sale in California opens the door for producers to take advantage of the underserved market.

6 rooms are in the flowering stage (approx. 70 days from flowering to harvest)
Multiple rooms will be ready for harvest in September 2019

All Company operations at Facility A fully licensed**
The Company’s next yield is expected in the coming weeks and will be processed for sale and distribution through the Company’s SDC Branding House (WEARESDC) and partner brands; Loki the Wolf Dog, Carey Hart, King Louie, Sketchy Tank, Junkyard LA, Toy Machine Skateboard, OSS, Thorn St. Brewing and No Jumper.
“This is a significant turning point for the company. The NGW team has worked steadfast to get the facility built, operating and into revenue, and bring our premium products and brands to market as quickly as possible, kickstarting the beginning of our evolution. We are appreciative of our supportive stakeholders and we look forward to a strong future – one in which we are confident will be rewarding.” -stated Mike Jennings, CEO.

Reverse stock split
Definition:
A proportionate decrease in the number of shares, but not the total value of shares of stock held by shareholders. Shareholders maintain the same percentage of equity as before the split. For example, a 1-for-3 split would result in stockholders owning one share for every three shares owned before the split. After the reverse split, the firm's stock price is, in this example, three times the pre-reverse split price. A firm generally institutes a reverse split to boost its stock's market price. Some think this supposedly attracts investors.
It's good or not?
Good luck!
Hope Dorian will not hit too hard!
chuck29 means "gardener" I guess.
Unfortunately, I have to be agree with you!
She should post info about NGW.
There is only pictures on her instagram account.
Any post, any info.
Well.well...
I know I am out of topic, but we can laugh waiting shares goes up right?
So here a few:
"Borrow money from pessimists -- they don't expect it back."
"He who invests in magic beans, only gets the farts."
Good night to all!
LOL...chuck29 will come back for sure!
Really..really sad.
Tell her Cresus give her a big hug!
Sad to read that.
Which kind of cancer HD your wife had?
How much a cannabis pound might be sold?
Is oil have higher value?
I prefer those numbers!!!
Ok, let's talk about possible revenue now.
Let say they produce a total of 124,000 cannabis pound/year
If I use 58k revenue for June month - let’s say they sold 10,000 pound ($5.80 per pound??) , yearly cannabis revenue should be 696,000 for 1 month – 10000 pound
There is a possibility of 124,000 pound yearly, so 124,000/10,000=12.4 x 696,000.=8,630,400. cannabis/year
124,000 pound @ $5.80/pound = 8,630,400 + oil + other products – minus expenses
Is it realistic? Can we expect yearly revenues in that range?
All your insights are really interesting..thank's!
I will copy/paste and with my husband, we will reread slowly all of them.
Great informations!
You should listen to my accent when I speak English.....i'ts like a Japanese accent!
Better for me to write instead of talk! LOL
Ok..back to business!
I think you're right..NGW is not big enough right now to interest a Fortune 500 company.
I am impatient to be at the end of December!
Both are pioneers!
That's correct French/Francais.
The guy from Halifax (I don't remember his board's name) speaks French too..he might be bilingual.
Don't know if there is lots of French/Canadian on the board?
Probably not much.
Anyway, back to NGW..I think shares will move higher at the beginning of January..(just a guess).
It's cool..thank's for your help! :)
Cresus is ok..don't worry :)
Cresus first langage is not English, so sometimes is having trouble to understand correctly.
It would be nice! :)
I know HD...but is it rumor or for real???
Might be only rumor :(
oh..I see...it's clear now!
A potential joint venture with one of the 500 companies listed in Fortune 500.
Thank's! :)
Ok..I see...NGW might be list in that magazine.
The rumor says "Joint Venture"??
I think it's too early to list NGW as a profitable company (for now).
Anyway thank's for the explanation! :)
FORTUNE 500?
"The Fortune 500 is an annual list compiled and published by Fortune magazine that ranks 500 of the largest United States corporations by total revenue for their respective fiscal years."
I don't know why the stock should go higher???
Venture with Fortune 500...it's a magazine.
Can someone explain please...I surely miss something.
Hey..............don’t listen to me either.
I don't! LOL
Nobody influence me anyway (to buy or to sell).
I do what I decide to do myself.
I am a "free spirit".. LOL
