Been some big spreads between the bid and the ask lately and today as well ,nice set up yesterday for today but the biggest spread I see is the spread between the price of the stock today V.S. the value of the Intellectual Property( C-Space ).No worries here ..Eventually the PPS will catch up with the value of C-Space...I believe the stock is tremendously undervalued at this point to say the least..Hats off to 3dicon management for the great job you all are doing ..You have my 100% support for the work you are doing ,I look forward to great things in the future !!

Great news update today..3Dicon management is making a lot of new contacts with interested parties..Having gotton past the proof of concept stage we are moving forward at a nice pace and i expect patnerships and new affiliations and funding in the near future. We are finally to the place were the interest in our technology is ramping up .With our new PR group backing us to get the word out and help educate potetial investors about 3dicons volumetric 3D technology C-Space is going to make a differance.Most people still dont know what volumetric 3D is vs the other 3D products that have been one the market without really making much of an impact but C-Space is the real soution to the problem that has been sought after for a long time and its finally here and is going to be very successful in its many applications.We are at the right place at the right time with the right 3D technology and something no one else has been able to accomplish....I believe the success of 3dicon and C-Space is going to be huge and take many by suprise..Have a great evening...

Great to see the FLORIDA based IHMC news today. "To the end ,the parties are working to develop a Teaming Agreement to formalize future efforts". Great news about this Florida based institute, IHMC, and 3dicon...Florida and 3dicon finally coming together!!!!!!!!!! Love it!!

In june Doug said at the meeting as far as the fed grants are concerned the company pays for the salaries and for materials and then as you hit milestones they get reembersed for the money they spent...300k spent for 300k reembursed if all the money was eventually used...

All that info is at 3dicons web site.Im sorry you missed the meeting in Tulsa in june,but you can always listen to the presentation and see the slides at 3dicons web-site.I think you will enjoy Hakki Refais presentation .It starts at around the 1 hour and 9 min. mark on page 32 of the slides.Hakki speaks about the 4 projects he is currently working on with the OCAST funding.Hakki said, at the 1 hr and 10 min. mark of the meeting at Oklahoma University in Tulsa," The project we are doing now is funded by the OCAST Agency "He goes on to talk about the 4 projects with slides. 1.) Wide angle projection lens 2.) Line generator optics 3.) 3D animation software 4.) Grants are reembursable as you hit the milestones one must hit..For instance with the fed funds the company pays for salaries and materials and then you get reembursed...Doug explained that in June in his presentation or in the Q and A part of the meeting at the end...Not sure which it was..We recieved so far around 46,000 dollars according to the last 10Q ,ending june 30th if i saw that right ,so far from OCAST $$.But the work goes on and the next 10Q ( ending the 30th of sept.) will be out in the next 45 days so we can see where that stands then.

The new relationship with Fischtank PR. looks exciting to say the least...If you havnt gone to thier web-site to read about thier public relations stradegy you should...These guys are really going to get the word out as things progress through many differant media outlets.Great addition to the 3dicon team...

The 300,000 from OCAST is paying for the 4 projects Hakki is working on now...PAID for is the key word here and those 4 projects that are a must, are pPAID IN FULL...We are accually just getting under way with the C-Space project and things are looking very good!!! The best is yet to come for 3dicon.

The patents are still considered owned by 3dicon even if they have not been approved...OU has no interest in the patents filed for by 3Dicon Corp.PATENTS PENDING HAVE LEGAL OWNERSHIP STATUS...Who OWNS these Patents Pending i listed in a previous post,Oklahoma U or 3Dicon ? And the Answer is 3dicon Corp. who filed the Patent application. Also 3dicon did not have to give Golden State 25 million shares to pay 1500 dollars of debt to them recently as it was stated here..Work the formula yourself stated in the 10Q and you will see it allowed 3dicon the company to pay the 1500 instead of giving out 25 million shares...it was extreemly clear this was the case..You have to read the entire 10Q that refered to this correctly.Its was quite simple.Have a great day!!!

I certainly wouldnt say Schott is the last hope because there are to many other things that are neding to happen as well...Hakki is working on 4 projects need to be completed as well as and we also will need future partnerships to continue to move this thing forward and getting letters of support outside of Schott from needed companies and organizations .Not to mention support form the Army and others we are pursuing..But i see where you are coming from and i think Doug made it clear that the right glass is key to C-Space working but ive never seen that as something Schott would not succed at ..So i guess my focus is really on seeing the funding coming in and continued partnerships with the right companies and organizations...But i definitly see the hugh importance of THE GLASS.So many things this project hinges on but i believe we will get there...Have a great day!!

And a follow up on the talk about patents ..the article does mention that C-Space is a tech has patents that are owned and licenced by the University of Oklahoma to 3dicon but 3Dicon has filed for patents they own themselves...the Ultra High Resolution Three -Dimentional Display, part of C-Space,filed by 3dicon July,26,2013 and Holoform Projection Display ( For digital Signage) filed by 3dicon March 21, 2014.These are owned by 3dicon as future patents will be owned by 3dicon that are filed by 3dicon Corp.

Thats not accually completely correct

Hakki is working ( on 4 projects for C-Space) with the 300,000 dollars of FUNDING 3Dicon recieved from the OCAST grant money so the funding is definitly working for us...i certainly wouldnt expect to here anything on funding for FY 2015 until sometime after the FY 2015 year begins which is October 1st 2014..As far as piggy back money from ( substities ) 2014 through sub contractors and contracts that left money on the table to be used i dont know the timming on getting the 1 million dollars expected in 2014 but sometime after October 1st till the end of the year i expect we will here something.Everyone needs to take the time and go back and listen to what Doug Frietag had to say at the june meeting(you can look at the slides as you listen to Doug) which can be found on the 3dicon website as well as listen to what Doug said in the question and answere session ,that part was VERY informitive as well...I think it would make things a lot clearer for everyone....

Accually read the blog from april 30th not aug 30th about the market value according to Victor Keen

Victor Keen said in his blog that you can find at 3dicons web site from April 30th,that when the market cap was at 75 million( 2 years ago) that there was no reason to believe that that was not a reasonable value for the technology at that time ....The 75 million dollar market cap was 2 years ago yet he believes it was an accurate for the technology then .The tech has been matured furthur since then and i believe that the 1.5 million dollar market cap now is extreemly extreemly undervalued.You might read that blog it has some good info in it..

MMs seem to working this hard ...Lots of up and down movement on heavy volumn..What does anyone know about the market makers playing this...All this volumn is definitly not dilution...

75,000 units cost 75,000 dollars...and would equal 7.5 million shares, i believe thats how the offering to raise money to pay off the Toxic investors worked. These were restricted shares of course ...The offering came at a time the stock was trading around .003 and .004 but the offering came with warrants as well..If someone were to have recieved a 1 million shares after 1 year restriction those shares would have cost them 10,000 dollars for 10,000 units at purchase equal to buying a million share at 1 cent, in the offering ( after a year passed)they could buy 500,000 shares at .0055 after 1 year passed...

Nice piece lightspeed1...I was just looking at the University of Southern Californias ICT wesite (Institute for Creative Technologies)And Labtvonline.org as well for the demonstation of thier 3D ( USC..ICT)at an Army website.At the ICT website click onto the prototype tab and then the All Prototypes tab on the left hand side and you can see what the ICT people have done with 3D teleconferancing .Remember 3dicon was asked to visit with ICT by the Army .Thier 3D is a glasses free autosterioscopic/ sweep volumn light field display that works by projecting high speed video onto a rapidly spinning mirror...Its not applicable for the many uses C-Space has and is very limited but perhaps the Army suggested we speak to them because they did this in conjuction with an Army request and perhaps they recieved funding through the Army ..Dont know but it would definitly be beneficial to speak to someone who has been commissioned by the Army to create something to get some info on how working with the Army works from a experiance standpoint...I think ICT will be quite impressed with C-Space since it is on a next generation level of 3D volumetric technology compared to ICTs Sterioscopic projection and video/ mirror based 2008 teleconferancing 3D technology which obviously has many limitations...But it does work to preform teleconferancing but it does appear to have really made it to market. C-Space with all due respect to ITC,blows this sterioscopic mirror based stuff away...With all due respect...

Check out Rockwell Collins news yesterday..Unvieled Rockwell Collins augmented reality orientation system..Rockwell an industry leading situational awareness capability for the dismounted soldier..Its a full 360 degree situational awareness capability to modern warfighters...we had discussions last march with Rockwell Collins stated in the March 17th CEO update and last june Doug listed Rockwell as one of 2 Display Integrators we might partner with.I can see why.This technology could be greatly enhanced by C-Space.Jim Stien also talked about C-Space being used in warfighters in the Schott paper he put out recently updating us 3dicons work with Schott....

Great company to invest in great things could happen here, great management as well who are obviously working thier tails off in moving the C-Space project forward...

Great entry point to own 3dicon stock...a lot of great things developing here.Many people own this stock at much higher prices because of the reverse split or perhaps bought after the Schott news came out and entered in at 2 to 3 cents but many are in below a penny and like where they at at as a shareholder..Not everybody poistion is the same...Its that way with every stock thats ever traded..

Doug said we would revisit them when he spoke at the meeting this summer and indeed they did obviously want to meet with us again becuase they did..It sounds from the news release it was a room full of interested Army personel ..you might re-read the release.

Col. Gary L. Laase was just named the new commander,this September, of the Army Research Labs ( ARL )Simulation and Training Technology Center ( STTC ).I believe Marilyn M. Freeman is the current US Armys Assistent Secretary for Research and Technology.The STTC is a division of the Army Research Lab (ARL). Col. Gary L Laase is a native of FT.Sill/ Lawton, Oklahoma and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.Its good to have him commanding the Simulation and Training Technology area at a time when there is possibility 3Dicon could be involved with them at some point.The STTC research focus is in technology for the future---Active investigation and developement is taking place in the areas that include virtual world technologies and medical simulators and simulations and augmented reality dismounted soldier training.If you know anything about these fields you can easily see how C-Space might fit in.The center also is in invesigation and developement in intelligent tutors,immersive learning environments and human agent teaming.Hopefully we will be working with STTCs new Commander Oklahoma native.
