Here is their chance.... If the ocean lady is available they would even save the fuel needed to cruise from
Florida to the DR.....
Saw this post on MEXP IHUB :
Here is the phone number for the Ocean World Marina in the Dominican Republic for those of you that want to see if there is a lien on MEXP's Boat in the DR.
Please do your own DD.
Ocean World Marina • 1 (809) 970-3373
Paid posters.... Never thought of that
Have they put the ship up for sale yet.... Or filed a lien?.... Missed out on NWL... Could have made a small fortune selling it for scrap in the DR...can't win them all.
Noticed mexp touted in French financial
Sites....c'est magnifique !!
20 million share volume..... Glad I looked
In on ihub..... Must be out at sea on a rich
Treasure wreck I suspect ..... What is the
Name of the ship they are recovering?
The market makers have a lot of flexibility....
Recall crossing/ simultaneous trading where
Reps could sell stock one client sold at low
Bid..... For high bid and the full spread was
The commission for the rep and the house
To split.... Bypassing the trading department
Of course there was a $10 paper charge on
Each trade which gave the appearance of
A commission.... The insurance companies still
Hand out 40 50 sometimes up to 100%
Commissions..... But competition is fierce.
Etrade it is..... Already have an account...
Easy enough.. Do you pay offer plus 9.95?
Would be nice if one of the market makers
Would sell between bid and offer .... Was common
Back in the early OTC arena.
Hundred Million dollar company...
HR.... With some fine tuning and
An focus.... As well as actual involvement
In a bonified and visible treasure project...
The money will come and so will bigger and
Better projects and related opportunities...
I heard of a hidden treasure while i was
Spending some time at chateau d'if... And
If someone hasn't found it yet...it should be
Added to the list of potentials
HR,
A step in the right direction...btw....are you
still involved with winning brands...they too seem to
have some similar issues with their management etal.

this sort of thing is common place...dilution and other fiscal problems
abound in a highly competitive ..what have you done for the shareholders
lately world we live in.
Just curious.
too bad we couldnt do cocktails and appetizers
on the NWL while taking a harbor cruise...just as
well....salvage boats aren't that glamorous....but
the NWL seemed to be pretty well suited for investor
cruises.
An idea.... Why don't all the followers of
UNDR take a few minutes and make a list
Of all of their
QUESTIONS
CONCERNS
SUGGESTIONS
and post them on IHUB. ... This should start
Some meaningful discussion.....them it would
Be logical for those that want to get actively
Involved.... To meet up in Florida for a round
Table discussion..... Just like the knights of the
Round table used to do it...
The consultants could also show up and defend
Their fees and actions... No need to be confrontational
Everyone is on the same team.
Maybe we could make this a combination
Sunken treasure/ super bowl gathering
Bonding is good.... And serious investor
Dollars Usually flow at or shortly after these
Events
You make sense.... But the costs of staying
In compliance depends on a lot of factors ... Such
As how much of the work has to be hired out.
Also... Being on the pinks not the bulletin boards
Can make a difference.... I don't believe much when
I see filings on a lot If these low or NO cap stocks.
Is this the updated list??
Didn't colombia sign the treaty??
I am no expert just curious.
Huge compliance cost of keeping a publicly
Traded company legal.... Attys and accountants
And auditors and filings .... Don't know what costs
More .... Holding costs on a boat or a public
Company... Unfortunately the costs exist whether
Or not the company has revenue or not....many
Companies are scrambling to raise money for
This very purpose continually.... And never get
Down to the business at hand....
Capted..... At least there is no NEPOTISM
at UNDR....i .e. no underqualified relatives
on the payroll...
Where is the best discount broker
to buy shares thru.... And is there any
restricted stock available.... Reg s maybe
for my friends in France?
If nothing else..... If the investors
could have some fun and actually
share in the adventure... that would
make a big difference.... If there really is
a project off the coast of Florida... They
Should give it serious consideration....
Crawling before Walking still applies.
If you can see thru the smoke and
mirrors that go hand in hand with penny stocks
The people involved with UNDR.... Are top shelf
people.... If the company could rid itself of
the chains that bind it..... and focus on the treasure
business... not spend 98% of their time on
stock related activities.... This company could
Hum.... They need a good spring cleaning and
become the UN-PENNY STOCK treasure company.
Letting the boat go was a good thing.
STOP SIGN !!
Was thinking about picking up a few million
Shares of UNDR..... Contrarian strategy I suppose...
To the point... Went on the OTC pink site.... And
Al sorts of warnings appeared.... Including an icon
Of a stop sign warning of INSIDER TRADING
And FAILURE TO DISCLOSE etc...
Have never seen this before...
Where there is smoke....
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INSIGHT
TO SHARE ?
sanford and sons owns it now....supposedly being
sold for scrap aluminum...just a rumor...a sad one.
Great minds..... 28 million shares is not a lot
Of money at the current share price.... Was it
Private , treasury, or free trading stock which
Would indicate who benefited from the sale.
28 million share dump?
old school.....pick up the phone...or meeting in person after
sending a well thought out and constructed due diligence package
and proposal is what will get the attention and respect of bobby
goldman....he comes from THE wall street/ madison avenue school.
read his bio above......message boards and social media are not taken
as seriously as good old fashion ..straight forward business !!
The strategy that THE PRODUCERS
is based on comes to mind.... But let's give
Everyone the benefit of the doubt.... With Unesco
And a long history of Odyssey and the group
Involved with the San Jose getting blasted
In court... Treasure Hunting is by no means
A sure thing even if you find treasure.
Latin !!
just a rumor....nothing more...but thanks for the
heads up...i wish everyone a prosperous year in
the treasure biz...no reason not to coexist peacefully.
UNDR should remove the NWL from the message board
IMMEDIATELY...transparency is key now that the cat is
out of the bag...that is not to say that we wont be seeing
more of the NWL after a capable party refurbishes the
vessel...it would be a shame to sell it for scrap...but cest la vie !!
capted....it depends on what the true mission of UNDR is.....
they have been at it for 25-30 years if you follow the chain
of events....and with the exception of some hands on salvage
efforts in jamaica...they have been pre-occcupied with all of
the usual and customary hocus pocus....working on getting a
lease...working on getting financing...talking about litigating
with someone who didnt preform...buying a salvage vessel...
then using the salvage vessel as a PR tool....all of these sort of
things are just more of the boy crying wolf in my humble opinion.
we live in a transparent world...where anyone with a few minutes
and a computer or ipad can become enough of an expert to pick up
on all of this....of course there is the investor that is the hopeless
romantic who fails to listen to reason...no matter how obvious.
you probably wont get a call since there probably isnt money in
the wings no matter what developments materialize...valiant effort
on your part....not many would go to the trouble to try and be
a team player against all odds....the ship being foreclosed on
for non payment of dock fees...is not a favorable for anyone looking
at investing in UNDR for sure...and there is no guarantee that the
powers at be who control the lease will be any more motivated.
IMHO
there is a rumor that MEXP has acquired the
New World Legacy from auction by the marina
who had it in dry dock....any truth to this?
AN ADDED BONUS
if UNDR takes a leap of faith with a man
of your expertise and resources....their success
is virtualy assured...not to mention your relentless
nature...where do I send my check !!
CAPTED....YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD !!
all of the salvage groups....not just the ones
most people think about...but many international
types who were lined up to do colombian deals....are
now lined up to seek leases in the bahamas....the bahamians
aren't playing ...they arrested a treasure hunter for looting
a site just recently....and they are NOT going to make the same
mistakes the DR, Haiti, and Jamaica have.....No chance for
UNDR to get a lease there....Why not work in florida waters...build
up some momentum...maybe invite the investors down for some
nice safe fun in the sun....and take it from there.
tomorrow is after all....another day....the glass is half full in my
estimation....UNDR needs to shrug off losing the NWL....good riddance.
does anyone know who purchased the NWL ?
a man of action....bravo !!
it is admirable to come clean about the sale of
the NWL and look at the bright side of things.
the ship is considered CURSED by some and if
you think about all of the time and money and
other complications that went along with it becoming
an asset of admiralty in the first place...am not sure
that it was worth it... hindsight is 20/20 of course.
patience is indicated....
Well put !!
Not all vessels are suited for
Various recovery efforts.... The NWL
has an all aluminum hull.... Which makes
It better for mag work and navigating in
Shallow water.... But aluminum has its
Drawbacks in terms of strength in tough
Conditions.
Let someone else cover the maintenance and
Holding costs of salvage vessels....
Better to lease/ rent... Will have to retrofit
Anyway based on project at hand.
it is probably more cost effective to rent
a salvage vessel when you really need it
than just pay to keep it in dry dock for
perpetuity....it might not sit well with investors
and reduce the window dressing...but reality
is a good thing...the new world legacy is 13 years
old and would probably take a few hundred
thousand to get up and running again...it does
make for a good video..those twin mann diesels
really humm !!
Just heard a rumor that the new world
Legacy was for sale... And possibly already
Sold for $250 k....anyone heard about this?
