Bion is just about ready to start construction on its first urea plant in Florida and a second in Louisiana. See company Technology Overview
The BioNitrogen concept is to gasify biomass feedstock and convert the resulting gas into urea. Biomass is carbon-based and composed of a mixture of organic molecules containing hydrogen, usually including atoms of oxygen, often nitrogen and also small quantities of other atoms, including alkali, alkaline earth and heavy metals. These metals are often found in functional molecules such as the porphyrins that include chlorophyll, which contains magnesium.
Our feedstock will consist primarily of agricultural residual products, including sugar cane bagasse, palm waste, rice hulls, peanut hulls, cotton byproducts and corn stover.
When received, the biomass will be dried, cleaned and ground to a consistent size and gasified. The resultant raw synthetic natural gas (syngas) will then pass through a series of cleaning steps to remove any elements that could be detrimental to the downstream processing.
The clean syngas will subsequently pass through a series of catalytic reaction stages for transformation into the desired end product. During this stage of processing, specific chemicals will be separated out and recycled to the appropriate points in the process.
As a result of the recycling, there will be no requirement for byproduct vent streams. Therefore, up to 100% of the feed carbon content can be converted to syngas and/or the final product, urea.
Beneficial Byproducts
The only byproducts of our manufacturing process will be electricity and ash, and nothing is wasted. The electricity will be used to run our plants and fly ash will be sold to cement manufacturers as a ready-mix concrete additive. Water used in the conversion process will be constantly recycled and reused.ew.

I really think this has potential. I have a small starter position and was contemplating adding soon as the 7's seems to be a safe entry to average down my original pps. thanks for your input. I've heard a few board peeps say they had or are diluting and from watching it daily I haven't seen any sign. thanks again.
Hi lowman could you break down bion for me?

I hoping the same. I'm a live and let live kinda guy. So this is their chance to start over fresh with investors and also for us with them. The first 4 days will tell. Exciting scary time! Last time I had this feeling I was riding a stack of roof trusses down to the ground. I came out on top of that one. Maybe this will go the same way and we'll all get lucky. :D go gpsi!
I hope your wrong! I hate to even guess with this cause I've been wrong the whole time. Glad my stash is small to begin with. I've been wanting to get more but with the rs I figured I'd wait till after the dust settles. If we get a good look at the unicorn this might go up fast. Just remember never a good idea to play leap frog with a unicorn.

Tuesday
I believe they saved all the juicy pr and news for after the rs because of investor sentiment. Basically starting over so lots of updates and maybe even see a glimpse of the gpsi unicorn(fins) but this coming from a koolaid drinking idiot who thought this would be in the cents range right now sooooo good luck. We're all gonna be green on Tuesday. That's all I truly know.
Tuesday and .47 here we come.
I was naive! Truly believed we were on a one way trip. A couple lies later and what seems to be a utter lack of concern for Pps has soured my view of cpsz mgmt. Still think this will be a beauty someday when they let her go. Glty
Have some patience it will come.
Hey that's me did I miss a memo or something. :)
Thanks lowman your help is much appreciated.
Hey lowman, question for you looking at the obv between July and August. In your opinion is that slight dip and the obv not mirroring the a/d due too low volume?
Hey gti could you post today's chart and Break it down for me. Trying to make my brain bigger.
As scooby doo would say it was ruff!
I feel like they should issue me a card.? Locked up in gpsi rs jail.
Sure did 989k shares
Nice effort to raise the Pps (not). I figured it was a lost cause, apparently so does mgmt. looks like everybody is going to have too ride this mother thru the rs. Hope for the best plan for the worst. ;(
I have to respectfully disagree. I count ten pv enterprises or pve's. without mentioning that we got top billing.
That would be fine bye me!
Me too!! Wonder If they're keeping Pps low too trap mofo's here??
Csti has dropped some of there 1s either we get a 20mil t trade later or they expect a run and moved1s to 2s and or sold some to another mm? Csti started the day with 34mil+ oh boy oh boy oh boy
Exciting times ahead I can't wait. Go himr!!
.0001 today ???? Tomorrow
We had 19.7mi today that's not that bad for 4 trades. Maybe some big thuggers come out tomorrow and bash the Pps up.
Has anyone wondered if the these shares are coming from the mm's and not still from Lon?
I wonder what kind of logistics the team faces to get equipment in and or lumber out?
Maybe we get some good news tomorrow??
Smokey tells the bandit we better hurry or we ain't gonna get that money. Seemed fitting here. We got a long way too go and a short time to get there. Doo do do dooo
Go himr
Himr has done a lot so far! With more to come.
Idk about everybody else? But I'm hunkered down in my bunker waiting for September or sooner for some good news. I can't wait!
GO HIMR!!
I hope so!? Everything I've gathered is telling me this gonna be huge! Idk if I can trust my gut anymore if I'm wrong about this one. I'm enjoying the ride either way. Good times!!
I think its fishy because he is a marine engineer at heart. He's probably most happy in the belly of a ship ripping out gens or overhauling a starboard engine. If he was your average penny stock scumbag ceo he'd be better at putting out pr's, or working shareholders over with a well versed routine. He's a man of the sea in my opinion doing the best he can with his particular set of skills. Idk just my thoughts. I don't want my ship guy good at working the shareholders, I want him to be good at fixing ship problems, making deals with his old motor boating buddies and so forth. :$) He is what I expect from a seaman.
He can give explanations all day. It's great he knows how we feel its pretty obvious. But nothing changes till we get merger confirmation or plan of a attack. Let him be.
Thanks IG!!
