Who came up with the MM signals theory?
I concur, they need to achieve the "Current Information" tier to really move up.
I guess what really matters is how many more shares are out there waiting to be dumped on the new pr's.
We should find out shortly.
I think we're going to get a big press release this week. Just my opinion though.
I'd just be happy just to see the business plan, but, like you said, they are trying. At least we are going somewhere, can't wait to see where.
Would anyone mind posting the level 2?
Share structure will have to be addressed in one way or another before this stock can really take off. In light of the response to recent pr's I don't see it passing .05 until it is. I'm really surprised that the new management team didn't undertake a reverse merger when they took over, but, regardless, there's still room for a nice profit at these low prices.
Well I can tell you the major detrrent to biofuels, and that is the price. Their are other concerns probably, but #1 is price. As for transportation, since CPWY contracts for production, I would assume that they could find a facility within a reasonable distance of the customer. Does anyone know what type of facilities can produce their fuel?
I would also like to know what the margins are on this fuel. Does anyone know how much the company actually nets from a gallon of fuel?
I agree with you 100%. A buy back would be premature at this point. Even if the company has the cash on hand, I think there are many better ways to utilize it than a buy back, at this time anyway. Now I do believe that the company would be well served investing the time to update all filings and reporting requirements so that the stop sign can be removed from the company's listing on the OTC markets' website as soon as possible. Removing that is critical in attracting new investors and helping the company build legitimacy.

Well that's a start. Things are looking up.
Probably just as well. If everything goes as planned, then we'll probably all end up with Atlas stock anyway, but who knows.
I'm content to wait, but patience isn't my strong suit. These boards help pass the time. I too have made a pretty profit on this, but I've always thought that this was a real winner. Not just one to take a profit and run (started to have doubts after 2010).
This joint venture and possible merger is a very interesting development. Can't wait to see what happens.
I see that this board is in good hands.
Which trade provider are you using? Mine's showing that it is, but I haven't tried to place an order. Bid at .10 and ask at .40.
Sounds good to me.
I concur, if it will move us to a higher exchange it is worth doing, even at the cost of some dilution (provided that they have some contracts and revenue).
I have also thought about buying into Atlas, but ,after reviewing the ask price, I decided against it. Even with the attractive share structure I believe that .40 is too high for a company that has no revenue. What are your thoughts about this, have you placed an order?
Yes, they seemed to be very thorough in their reporting.
Thank you for the reply. It makes much more sense to me now.
Softailhog, do you know any details about this recent venture? Could you perhaps shed some light on management's reasoning in deciding to enter into this venture with this start-up company?
You have a valid question. It doesn't make sense to have to inject $100,000 into a company and then split the profits 50/50.
Any dump would probably only hurt the shareholders. After all, management did let the pps depreciate all the way down to a penny last year, and it didn't seem like they were too concerned then. They have to release financials to remain in the current information tier, so surely they'll do it.
Yeah, this company seems to be a pretty clean shell with little or no trading history. The good thing is that there are only around 17m shares, so it should be pretty easy for the stock to appreciate quickly if and when some revenues are generated.
Good morning everyone. Anyone care to guess what the day has in store for us? Hopefully we'll get some kind of news today from the company.
I think you hit the nail on the head. CPWY appears to be investing enough capital to allow operations to begin, and I would assume that CPWY will receive shares in Atlas. So, I suppose that if Atlas is successful in beginning to building shareholder value, then CPWY might wish to acquire the company to add to our bottom line. But, then again, I'm just speculating, that's the only way it would make sense to me to pursue.
I wonder when we will see some numbers from the company. It looks like management is busy doing everything except preparing financials.
I hope that this joint venture isn't in response to an inablilty of the compay to secure any contracts as of yet.
Softail, perhaps you could enlighten us as to some of the company's possible plans or projected outcomes of this joint venture.
Thank you for posting the news cheap investor. Looks like the one day that I'm not here is the day that everything happens. I have a lot of catching up to do.
Good evening everyone. Does anyone here know any details of the joint venture with CPWY?
I must admit, I have not found any news either for today.
I think this is a good buying point. Financials will probably be released in a few months, and, when they are, I believe that this stock will soar. A slow rise is better than a jump one day and a dump the next, in my opinion anyway.
I don't know, I see more subsidies disappearing as second advanced biofuels are promising profitability without it. I noticed that Florida Power and Lights is offering cost share to customers to put in solar panels, maybe there is some hope for our solar products. But who knows, I think the company will make or break itself this year before we even have to worry about an extension.
It's probably to early to speculate on whether or not the tax credit will be extended. Let us hope that management is working on a way to make the company less dependant on the credit for profitability.
Welcome to the board. Any local news about the company? Planning on adding more jobs or anything?
I suppose, like always, we'll just have to wait and see.
If anything will threaten the company's chance at large conracts with power companies, it will be their financial position and not this board.
