I think you hit the nail on the head. CPWY appears to be investing enough capital to allow operations to begin, and I would assume that CPWY will receive shares in Atlas. So, I suppose that if Atlas is successful in beginning to building shareholder value, then CPWY might wish to acquire the company to add to our bottom line. But, then again, I'm just speculating, that's the only way it would make sense to me to pursue.
