All Incomes Are Down, Revenue Up
Preliminary review
gross income down
operating income down
net income -$50k
At First It Sounded Contradictory To Me Also. I Had To Think About It.
I Don't See ANY Contradiction Either.
One says it hasn't been done yet and the other says it will.
Also guys, put a time/date stamp on when the emails were sent by J. Crimi.
I Would Say The NT 10-Q Will Be Filed Today November 16, 2010.
The last one was filed also one day later on August 16, 2010 (S/B August 15, 2010).

The Looping Error Is Simply The Forwarding Of All IR Emails Directly To Alex Tawse.
It sure does play on paranoid minds though. IR and Alex Tawse are getting the emails sent to them.
The Whole Reason A Stock Doesn't Move (such as USOG) Can Be Summed Up As Follows:
Stock prices do not move higher or lower because of fundamentals, technicals, geo-political events or global economies. Share prices fluctuate because of one thing and one thing only: investor demand.
If the demand is not there the price won't go up.
As A Further Ad Lib:
I hear investors come out and say "I have my sell limits set at such and such a price". For instance, a gal at work, who I recommended USOG to, came in one day (with a big smile on her face) saying she just put a sell limit order in for $.01. I asked "why would you sell a stock if it is going up?". Her smile, now starting to drain off her face, asked "what do you mean?". I told her you never sell a stock going up - if it's going up Let It Go Up.. For instance, from $.01 it goes to $.0105, $.011 etc. Why sell for $.01 when you could of had $.011.
She then comes back and says "I don't know what I'm doing with penny stocks". I'll just follow what you do. "Good " I told her. Sell a stock when it goes down ( downtick) and buy a stock when it goes up (uptick) momentum. (I guarantee she will keep her sell limit at $.01). A 5% trailing limit order sounds about right. You'll have to do this manually most likely.
As A Postscript.
If a stock is in a period of consolidation (like USOG is now), AND there is pending news that could be blockbusting or disastorous, then shorting the same amount of shares as you own will cause no loss should the stock break one way or the other.
For example, you buy and short 1million shares at $1.00. The price goes to $.75/share. You made $250K on the short, but lost $250K equity in the stock itself. You broke even. The tool here is if the momentum is to the upside you buy to cover the short. You now ride your stock price up.
If the momo is down, you sell your stock and ride the short down.
True You Would Average Up. However, You Are Leveraging Up Also..
Suppose you have 5 million shares averaged at $.0025. You now buy an adfitional 5 million shares at say $.0035. Your average goes up to $.0030 for the 10 million shares you now own. If the price stays at $.0035 you lose no money by averaging up. Your % yield, though, has cut in half.
If now, the price goes above $.0035, you will gain at twice the rate you did when you owned 5 million shares.
I'M Not Really Sure Either. That's Why We Have This Message Board To Solve These Problems.
Jeff Turnbull Never Filed A SEC Form 3 (initial deliverance of stock to a corporate insider i.e. corporate officer or a director). That's the reason I say he's not a corporate officer or corporate director (I'm reverse engineering this rationale).
Sure, he's an insider having alot of insider information, but his shares aren't restricted. He can sell his shares, just like you or me with NO notice. And nobody would be the wiser.
Alex Tawse Would Be Have To File SEC Form 4
change in beneficial ownership of his founders shares (restricted shares). He is a corporate officer and would have to file a SEC Form 4.
Jeff Turnbull's shares are public shares (according to ACK) and as such need not be reported either initially on SEC Form 3 or post mortem any change on SEC Form 4. He's not a corporate officer or director (He's President of Turnbull Oil) of USOG. This last paragraph I do with trepidation; I believe it to be correct.
Thanks USOG. For following My Predictions.
Bid/Ask Below Last Print. It Should Go Down.
Tick's Minus. Back Down We Go.
Looks Like A Gap This AM.
4 bids at .0033, only one ask at .0038.
I Love It When There Are Alot Of Shorts For No Reason
When the POPS come it will really POP with all those "Buy To Cover" orders.
This is the wrong stock to short, especially at this crucial time.

Just lack of interest, in a stock, that hasn't made investors rich ( millionaire style) in a couple of weeks.
I will sell a major portion at $.0149. Just below $.015 where most traders will PARK. LOL , LOL to the max.
Only PRO's opinion of course.
All LOL aside, I have no set limits or amounts or time frames in which to sell or buy. At the appropriate time, whe the popping occurs, well educated decisions will be made on selling base on a number of indicators of which I don't want to reveal.
Here's The Average Cost/Average Amount Of Oil A
typical oil well produces in the US:
An average oil well in the United States of America, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, produces about 20 BOPD. Some wells produce in the thousands of BOPD.
A small well, of 20 BOPD may cost $500,000 to drill. 20 BOPD selling at $100 produces an income of $720,000 per year. Costs to produce that oil must be taken out. Costs to produce can be royalty payments to the owner of the land, getting the oil to a refinery, taxes, maintenance and miscellaneous other fees. By subtracting these costs, we can assume that the oil is only going to produce an income of 75% of the market price of oil. Maybe less in some cases.
Suppose, the income to the producer of that oil is $75 per barrel, which would be $540,000 a year. That small well will produce for 7 to 15 years, and actually starts declining in the middle of the term until it eventually stops producing.
From the $540,000 per year, the producer pays back the investors who paid to make that well. The investors will get 75% of the revenue, or $400,000 and the producer will end up with $140,000 per year for a few years, until the well starts to decline. The investors get back their money in a little more than a year. That is an “average” well.

You think the Turnbull note was expensive, start drilling on USOG's land in Bottineau, ND.
My Pro Opinion, of course
If They Are Going To Get Any Oil From That 6 Acres
they'll have to Horizontal Drill for about 200 miles.
Is there any Proven Reserves. Do they have the mineral rights. Expensive questions. Small, oil companies in Texas, with Proven Reserves of say 10 to 100 million barrels have acreages in the thousands. USOG has 6 acres.
Very Much Doubt It's Propane (the highest mark up of all the fuels except racing),
much more likely Diesel.
Expectations:
• Revenues will increase 22% from 3Q 2009 (no biggie),
• Gross profit will follow with an INCREASE based on Net Sales - Cost of Goods Sold,
• Operating income lower than Q2 2010 due to Form10- 12G expenses etc. ( this will be a one time non recurring charge),
• Net Income or Net Profit will trac Operating Income.
Revenues and Gross profits are what to look at. If they rise, eventually so should Operating Income and Net Income.
By law 10Q's must be out within 45 days. 10K's within 90 days (so March, 2011) (late filings notwithstanding). 10Q's don't have to be audited. 10K's must be audited. No 10Q's for 4th Qtrs, they are covered by the 10K.

SEC Form 8K General Knowledge. When Filed.
Some common events that would trigger an 8-K filing:
Completion of an acquisition or sale of assets
Resignation or election of directors and key executives
Layoffs or plant shutdowns
SEC investigations
Financial changes, such as a loan default or the issuance of debt
Changes in the bylaws, articles of incorporation or the company’s fiscal year
USOG had 4 business days to file a debt default of $1.35M on Oct. 9. No filing occurred. Good sign. Good news.
No Trades Occur On The OTC Quotation After Hours.
It is strictly recording the "print" of a protected trade. Nobody, big or small, is trading after hours.
The spike up to$.0085 was based on volume of 4,000 and 10,000 shares. Just MM manipulation, probably to trigger buy/sell events or throw off charts of USOG.
Yes. The Continuation Flagpole Will Be Approx. $.0075. Added To The Base
of $.0045 would give $.012 as a breakout price continuation. It will proceed in a bullish fashion from there. Matt_Chart gave a channel high of $.02, (resistance) so your $.022 is reasonable.
A Pennant, Not A Flag.
A Flag would have it's upper and lower trend lines parrallel; a pennant's upper and lower trend lines converge. A breakout will then occur.

INO's Smart Scan Chart Analysis NOW takes the subjectiveness out of interpreting USOG's chart and giving it objectiveness.
I would correctly assume it deploys an Expert System Pattern Recognition and Chart Analysis Software. If it has a high degree of sophistication it could easily challenge human experts in the very narrow (and hence expert) chart analysis and trends.
Any human(s), with their expert opinions, want to challenge???
Thank you,

INO.com's Chart Analysis (todays alert) Proves The Presence Of A Triangle
Here's Today's Analysis (10/22/10):
UNITED STATES OIL AN (NASDAQ:USOG)
Strong Uptrend
Smart Scan Chart Analysis continues positive longer term. Look for this market to remain firm. Strong Uptrend with money management stops. A triangle indicates the presence of a very strong trend that is being driven by strong forces and insiders..
Based on a pre-defined weighted trend formula for chart analysis, USOG scored +90 on a scale from -100 (strong downtrend) to +100 (strong uptrend):
-10 Last Hour Close Below 5 hour Moving Average
+15 New 3 Day High on Friday
+20 Last Price Above 20 Day Moving Average
+25 New 3 Week High, Week Ending October 16th
+30 New 3 Month High in October
+90 Total Score
The Triangle Refers To The Pennant. Strong forces and Insiders would clearly indicate the Market Makers (probably in a tough battle amongst themselves to grab shares).
Very True. Esp. 2nd Para.

Wow. I knew a flagpole was coming but 10 hours after I write a post is a little too fast.
