Summary
Bread Loaf designed and built the original facility for The Automaster, Shelburne Vermont’s luxury automobile dealership, in 1984. In the ensuing years, we have completed multiple projects for this client, maintaining the original design language of brick, aluminum and glass, with natural light into showrooms and comfortable customer spaces.
Porsche Showroom and The Automaster Spa
In 2001, The Automaster campus was expanded north with the addition of a new building to house the Porsche dealership, as well as the Automaster Spa, a specialized shop for cleaning and detailing cars.
BMW
In 1993, a new stand-alone building was added to house the Automaster BMW dealership. This building continues the material language developed with the first building, and provides enclosure on the site for the primary exterior car display area.
Service Addition
Increased service business at The Automaster presented a challenging project opportunity for Bread Loaf in 2006. The Automaster was servicing an average of 120 cars per day in their existing service bays, and that work was not going to stop just because a new addition was being built. Throughout the Service Addition project, Automaster customer vehicles were provided access to the existing bays by a complex system of diversion barriers and timing of the construction work.

President and CEO, Thomas Scozzafava, stated, "The meeting with Bread Loaf went well, and early indications are that the proposed sites that we had in mind for our brewery could, indeed, work well for us and the community." Mr. Scozzafava continued, "Given that these engineers and architects at Bread Loaf designed and built two similar-sized breweries, that was positive news." Bread Loaf designed and built a 15,000 square foot brewery for Otter Creek Brewery in Middlebury, VT and a 25,000 square foot brewery for Catamount Brewery in Windsor, Vermont.
With its own brewery, Harbor Brewing Company would look to commence commercial production and bottling of a number of labels in its portfolio including Railroad Red, Harbor Wheat and Saint Stephen's Stout, along with seasonal beers such as Ontario Oktober Fest and Pumpkin Spice.

President and CEO Thomas Scozzafava stated, "2010 should be an exciting year for Harbor Brewing Company, as building our own brewery, where both packaged and draught product would be produced and distributed, has the potential to elevate the company into the ranks of some of the stronger and more reputable craft beer companies in this fast-growing segment." Mr. Scozzafava continued, "We think we have located the real estate that would be ideal for our brewery, and we are now in the process of interviewing potential architects for the design and approval stage of the project."
this is huge we have alot of potential here, the project it set

with the procedures they have gonna through. but having our own brewery allows the company to produce runs of both new and seasonal products, where smaller runs are more desirable." Mr. Flynn continued, "Building our own brewery would further "put us and the community on the map"! and we look forward to this stage of the company's development."
that will put a big push on, with the big project they have going. im expecting big increases because its a very fast growing segment
Seaway Valley Capital Corporation, announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire real estate that it intends to use for the construction of a full scale commercial brewery for its current and future craft beer labels.

Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (Pinksheets:SEVA - News), announced that it has begun discussions with potential architects and construction management firms for the planning and design-build phases of its proposed new brewery. Specifically, company executives met with engineers from Vermont-based Bread Loaf (www.breadloaf.com), which provides planning, design, preconstruction and construction services to clients throughout Vermont, Northern New England and Northeastern New York.

this is a big project they have alot of experience to come along strong.

Sales of 1812 Amber Ale have been strong, and the company is gearing up production for normally stronger seasonal sales in the spring and summer seasons. The company is also looking to introduce its third craft beer in bottles this spring. Finally, early stage plans for Sackets Harbor Brewing Company to build its own micro brewery in Sackets Harbor have begun.
gonna have the 3rd beer out, there projects are set and ready to take on success
thats good, yeah from the look of the chart im expecting pretty big. we have room for a big move with the side of solid potential
looks like a real keeper,
While the facility will be large enough to brew, bottle and package an assortment of beers, it will be not be anywhere near the scale of a large brewery, such as the former Miller plant in Fulton, Mr. Scozzafava said. Instead, it would be more on par with the Brewery Ommegang near Cooperstown. That brewery, housed in two barns, brews naturally carbonated Belgian-style beer. He said such breweries can become tourist destinations unto themselves.
"Ommegang is literally in the middle of the nowhere, yet people make that pilgrimage," he said.
The brewery will be "as close to Sackets as we can get it," subject to zoning approvals, Mr. Scozzafava said. He is working with architects on design plans and expects a "fairly quick assessment" on which site is best for the facility. The brewery would have 15 to 20 employees.
While 1812 Amber Ale is Harbor Brewing's flagship brand, it also has developed, produced and marketed Railroad Red Ale, 1812 Amber Ale Lite and Harbor Wheat, as well as seasonal beers. Mr. Scozzafava said having its own brewery would enable the company to introduce more brands.
"What the brewery would really allow us to do is round out our product mix much more quickly," he said. "We want to be more than a one-trick pony. 1812 is so widely accepted, and in order to protect that brand, you have to have more than one product. You have to have a stable of labels to meet changing demands."
Can I have your attention please.
