I wonder if Matt Damon knows who CDNL is? I didn't realise he co-founded Water.org.
http://water.org/post-v/q-matt-damon/
Water.org provides innovative, market-based solutions that change lives every day through safe water and sanitation.
I should look like a rabbit now after swallowing all the carrots that have been dangled in front of me, lol.
Ya got that right, it doesn't make good reading and certainly won't make new readers feel like investing here. I guess the only way to resolve this mess is to ask the CEO on twitter exactly what the share count will be after tranche 2 is delivered and before the R/S has to take place (within 60 days of tranche 2) and let people make their own decisions as to what they want to do after the transparency is forthcoming.
The new CFO has only just joined and I'm pretty sure he's gonna need more than a week to get everything ready to be audited so you're talking bollox. Quit with the 10k crap and just wait until it comes out, then you can rant and rave all you want because I'm as sure as I can be that it won't be pretty and could provide a buying/adding opportunity. JMO
I can't remember what the float is but I'm pretty sure it's only around 20m shares, out of 89m O/S one shareholder/investor owns 60m+ shares and then add in the directors etc and....well do the maths!
I'm betting on the latter because with any success this miniscule share structure will deliver, JMO
"One day could bring this to .01 or 1.00 depending on what people do."
Not sure about that but I think the 50ma at .008 is a possibility. JMO
I hear ya, I had to look it up and it said All OTC but I gues if you've seen other symbols that haven't had the 'E' attached then there must be a provision for Pinks.
I read it as being you can have a Pink with an 'E'. JMO
All OTC equity symbols are issued by FINRA and follow the standard four character symbol convention used by Nasdaq. A fifth character is used to indicate a particular security type or status (e.g. bankruptcy, delinquent in filings).

Major support levels over 3 years to watch for are .20/.18 with .16 being a 3 year low. Normally I'd say volume will be key but can't here because the flaming thing is illiquid and all it would take would be 3 days sustained multi 1-2k sells and we'd get there asap, lol.
One thing to note is that all the social media stuff is backed up by SEC filings (8k) and that makes a big difference and gives credibility IMO.
Here's a reply I got from camelsaremything, basically the CEO can't buy back anymore than 25% of the average daily volume, which currently is just under 18m (30 day avge) so do the maths.
For those not familiar with stock buyback here is what rule 10b-18 states-
-Manner of purchase: The issuer or affiliate must purchase all shares from a single broker or deal during a single day.
-Timing: An issuer with an average trading volume less than $1 million per day or a public float value below $150 million is unable to trade within the last 30 minutes of trading. Companies with higher average-trading-volume or public float value can trade up until the last 10 minutes.
-Price: The issuer must repurchase at a price that does not exceed the highest independent bid or the last transaction price quoted.
-Volume: The issuer can't purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume.
Longs are just lazy traders, lol.
Very funny, but as true a statement as that's been posted all day. JMO
"New longs are sweating. Shorters backed off with the anticipation of the PPS rise that has not happened. Claytrader video to come and i bet the shorters show up tomorrow!"
Thanks for that, I've gotten used to the spanish way of recording numbers and completely misinterpreted that amount.
yes let's all try to make a few bob
Agree 100% on hyping, but rationality goes both ways, negative crap not backed up by facts are equally galling. JMO
Yes so far, very refreshing!
I agree, but how many CEO's do you know that make open market purchases as well as also being committed to a buy back as part of JV financing?
Did you miss the recent form 4 where the CEO purchased over 600k shares on the open market?
GLTU also.
I think you could be right, but it looks like it's going to be about a month before anything will be sorted out, and a month of uncertainty on the OTC is a life time without good news coming in so I don't think it's over yet and expect further declines. JMO
"I see this going up tomorrow, usually a small bounce after a big sell off"
That's the name of the OTC game, minimise risk, and then monitor that risk closely.
You may very well be right and this may be 'the one', but where the OTC is concerned, I've heard that a thousand times. So I prefer to trade around a core which gives me the best of both worlds and minimises nasty surprises. JMO
I'm no expert but I always go onto the OTC site and look through news and filings appertaining to CDNL. I would suggest starting the checking out of the filings from just before xmas as a start because that will give you information on the agreements in hand, (chinese one in particular.) JMO

A trader is a very short term investor so yes I am! There are far too many traders who will see the ability to continually fail to break through the 200ma as a sign of weakness and will sell whatever profit they have. That's just trading OTC 101 (as you very well know).
"Are you saying there are people invested in CDNL that will demand the price shoots up this week or else."
Nobody, and that 8k better give the momo and volume to shoot through (and consolidate above) that 200ma (daily) or we could be in big trouble by the end of the week. JMO
"Yes, but then again, it might not. Who knows?"
I think you're right. I think we were rolled out gratis to reel new custom in and also show whether we were a going concern commodity or not but I don't think that was immediately apparent in the past pr's. I was certain we were expecting revs from last september, but hey ho, better late than never.
I agree, I've looked over all the past updates and this is the first update that I can make out that definitively says a number and rev sharing/revs coming in starting at a certain date. Yes 600k may just be the start of something big. But Mike Lee needs lessons in being on TV because he came across as being a sheep (on CNBC) as far as I'm concerned. Oh well onwards and upwards
Just from today's news I get 600k users in Ningxia province and that's it. Where do you get 3m from?
Absolutely, and I hope you make a bundle here.
With all due respect I've been hearing next qtr, next qtr for a long time and IMHO things are getting worse here (for the near term). I trade/invest on what I see not what I want to see. As I said in my post, if you or any other long want to hold indefinitely then fair play to you, but I choose a different way. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and after nearly 10 years of Ihub I think I can make an educated throw of the dice in what to do in relation to what's best for me, not you or anyone else. The fact that you and every other long disagree with that decision makes this a forum.
3 things from the 'Q' and the CC concern me:-
Dan's opening statement: "However, the year-over-year growth is a disappointment and personally I was forecasting and believing may be much higher."
"As of April 1, 2016, the Company was delinquent in making an aggregate of $2,373 of interest payments on its outstanding debt. As a result of these and other factors, the Company’s capital resources may be insufficient to enable the execution of its global business plan in the near term."
and where we are in recapitalising debt..
There's also the point that they're only "one third through the process" and "And so we are looking at the end and the completion of that with new alternatives by mid-June."
Near term ECIG goes sub .20 and will hit a 52wk low because I believe the company is in worse shape than I thought. I believe this will not be resolved in time to stop a major dip because I believe the bad news is not tied into the current pps.
For those with a fortitude of steel who willl ride this through, I wish you luck, but I will wait until we are through the other side. JMHO
Congrats to everyone who picked Day, looking unbeatable and probably everyone's pick now for the Open.
FWIW I think the next big hurdle to cross is the 50MA on the weekly chart, at .0253. Resistance traders will sell that. JMO
If or when this ever decides to make a move, we'll all see it and there will be plenty of time to make a few bob. You can keep the bottom 10-20% and the top 10-20%, I'll be happy with the 60-80% in between. JMO
Agree 100%, and why I'm out currently.
Wilcox hole in one ay 17, what a reaction, lol. High five the world!!!
Don't worry, we're in good company, 99.9% of investors and traders here have no idea either
I'm not sure what to expect, unfortunately.
