I'm hoping to have Mr. Hamm's email with photos posted in the morning.
I just got off the phone with Jack Hamm, the Mohave Mine inspector. He said he will email me soon with extensive additional information. He is just waiting to speak to his contact at Tesoro Gold Company.
About to take off for Houston. Hope INIX can close green by the time I land.
Mr. Hamm, the inspector who completed the 43-101 said he would send me some digital photos of the mine. Once I get them, I will post on the board.
Why in the world would the company release a positive PR at 2pm on Friday? Talk about taking away a potential momo play on Monday. Geez!!
The company should focus all of its time and resources to becoming profitable and pay off all its debt. RealTime should not enter the discussion again until all that has been completed.
I think its great iFinix is looking to acquire a software development company. That would be a big boost. However, I don't want to hear about RealTime until is has been thoroughly revamped, beta tested, and launched.
Once this mine starts producing and bringing in $100K a month in revenue to iFinix, INIX is going to go way up. Folks who bailed over the past few weeks will sorely regret it IMO.
iFinix Shareholder Update
PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - April 15, 2011) - iFinix Corp. (PINKSHEETS: INIX), a provider of real-time financial information and services to active traders and to the securities industry, today announced an update to its shareholders.
iFinix has recently acquired majority control of Oakbridge Management, Inc. Oakbridge has a 20% joint venture participation in the Mohave Mine, located in northwestern Arizona.
The Mohave Mine is managed by a subsidiary of the Tesoro Gold Company. Tesoro owns gold properties, with both vein and bulk tonnage exploration targets, in the western United States. The Mohave Mine has a proven ore reserve, in addition to multiple exploration targets.
Tesoro will be providing the joint venture participants with updates as to the development of the mine. This arrangement provides iFinix with the opportunity to participate in an exciting mineral resources project while maintaining primary focus on its core business lines.
iFinix Corporation has filed for a name change with the New York Secretary of State to change Oakbridge Management, Inc. to iFinix Management, Inc. The company is now headquartered at 255 Executive Drive, Plainview, NY 11803.
CEO Benhope Munroe commented, "We are fortunate to have a company with the experience of Tesoro Gold as the manager of the Mohave Mine Project. This allows the management of iFinix to maintain its focus on developing and growing its wholly owned subsidiaries, which are all still intact. iFinix Capital is in the process of recruiting representatives and building its client base. iFinix Futures and Forex is currently increasing market share and is also enjoying an increase in revenues. iFinix Software is in negotiations with a software development company to partner in the development and marketing of iFinix RealTime, and also assist in the continued development of eFinix which we hope to launch by the end of the year."

I'm not displeased with the consolidation that's taking place at the moment. Establishing a nice base at .0008 range.
If iFinix can release a PR that provides enough information concerning OakBridge especially timelines for funding, mining operations, and revenue perhaps investors will be more at ease with the whole acquisition.
All we need next week is the DTCC issue is resolved.
I'm on business travel today, but if Mr. Hamm replies to me today, I will post it first chance I have.
In my opinion, after speaking to Mr. Hamm last night, the mine is legitimate and should start operations late this year or early 2012. Revenues would start coming into iFinix a few months later. Although that means it will be a year before revs happen, it still proves that INIX is at a fantastic entry point for a long-term play.
Currently, iFinix is bringing in approximately $50,000 a month with Futures/Forex. Once "iFinix Management" revenues of $100,000+ a month start coming in, iFinix will become highly profitable, IMO.
If iFinix is able to acquire a couple more companies this year as mentioned in the PR and conference call, and they offer immediate revenue, again, INIX should go up.
IMO, INIX is a long-term play. To get in under .005 will, IMO, payoff exceptionally well in 2012.
My bad, I meant to write $1,400.
The NI 43-101 Technical Report which was filed on Tuesday by iFinix Corporation was performed on behalf of the Cottonwood Gold Company which is a subsidiary of Tesoro Gold Company. The 43-101 was prepared by:

I took the liberty this evening of calling Mr. Hamm. I explained to him who I was and why I was calling. I explained to him that I was an investor of iFinix Corp which recently acquired OakBridge Management Inc., which owns a 20% stake in the Mohave Mine. I told him that many investors were concerned the mine and the NI 43-101 was a scam.
Mr. Hamm assured me that he was very diligent and was very careful to properly catalogue all the core samples and tests. He said that he would stand by his report in front of any court or stock exchange. Mr. Hamm went on to tell me that he is absolutely certain that the proven gold reserves are there. He also said that he believes there is the potential for much larger reserves of gold on the property.
Mr. Hamm also told me that he has maintained a consulting agreement with Tesoro Gold and he will call them on my behalf to inquire about the current status of production. He told me that the delay in production is most likely due to final permitting. He said the government is slow and it could take some time to get the final permits. He said that once mining operations begin, it will take several months for the revenues to begin.
I told Mr. Hamm that I would send him an email asking him to contact Tesoro and to also provide me with digital photos of the mine property taken during his survey. He said he would send me photos and additional information on the mine. He again reassured me that the mine is there, it is not a scam, and that the gold is there. I told him that I would post his reply and photos on the iHub board along with his email address. He was fine with that.
Below is the email I sent to Mr. Hamm. I will post his reply on the board as soon as I receive it.
I also told Mr. Hamm I would forward his reply to Ben Munroe.
Jack,
I really appreciate the time you spent talking to me about the Mohave Mine. I will greatly appreciate additional information on the mine including, if possible, digital photos. You mentioned that you will contact Tesoro Gold Company to inquire about the current status of mining operations and when they are scheduled to commence.
There are a great deal of investors in iFinix Corporation, which recently acquired OakBridge Management, Inc. which owns 20% of the mine. Your reply will greatly assist in easing shareholder's concerns that iFinix acquired a "scam" gold mine. Obviously, with the current POG above $1600/oz, there are many scam gold mining companies out there.
Your comments and reassurances about the Mohave mine will be very much appreciated. I look forward to your reply.
Regards.
Its okay to post a reply from iFinix to your email. Just delete personal emails. The contact@iFinix.com is public.
I apologize for any misspellings. I'm using my Droid while in a restaurant.
I always post information when I have it. The best post of the day, IMO, belongs to lookup for his excellent DD for contacting the GM at Cottonwood.
Posting personal and private emails is a TOS violation.
I agree they need to provide more information. However, I do not think the mine is a scam or that iFinix is lying. Especially, now that lookup said he spoke to the GM and confirmed the mine.
Are you aware that iFinix is based in NY however it is incorporated in Nevada? Many companies incorporate in one state but actually operate in another for tax purposes. Your attempt to prove the company is a scam and that iFinix is lying is getting old. Give the company time to release additional PRs about the acquisition and perhaps your questions will be answered.
If OakBridge is a shell for the Mohave Joint Venture, then it does not matter one bit where the office is located. Hell, it could be a P.O. Box.
The most significant fact that the Cottonwood general partner told you about funding and projection for starting mining production is that he also CONFIRMED the mine is real and its legit! Which means iFinix does own 11% of the mine and will see future revenues of $100K+ monthly early in 2012!!
Lookup,
Could you provide any additional details about your conversation with Cottonwood? If they are aware of the Mohave mining operation that's great news. If final funding only weeks away, I would think mining operations could begin well before the end of the year. Escpecially if most of the heavy equipment is already on site.
If you were able to obtain this information over the phone today, perhaps iFinix is just planning to release another PR next week to provide further details on the operations and revenue.
I realize there are company's that cook the books. All I'm saying is that I do not believe iFinix is one of them. I've been with this stock for four years so I am willing to give them another six months to prove the mining revenue is legit.
The same can also be said for the company's Q1 financials. If iFinix's books list the $3,000,000 in additional assets, then the acquisition is legit. PERIOD!! I am unwilling to believe Ben would file fraudulent financials and risk destroying his family, livelyhood, and prison time.
Until then, INIX share price is so low, investors can get a great deal.
iFinix absolutely needs to release another PR soon, next week at the latest, laying out when the mining operations will begin and when they expect revenues. Be totally transparent and keep investors informed.
I don't believe iFinix would use shares to uplist. If the company waits until 2012, the revenue from the mine should be more than enough to pay for uplisting. The company has stated several times that the AS was increased for M&A purposed only.
If iFinix can complete additional M&As this year and gains revenues and assets from them, it will also help pay for the cost of uplisting.
I'm skeptical about the OakBridge deal however that's why I am reserving judgement until I see the Q1 financials. If the $3 million is reported, then I will be pleased.
I want to see iFinix release a PR within a week updating investors on the timeline for mining operations to begin and when the company expects revenue to start coming in.
If revenue of $100,000 a month are projected starting in Jan 2012, then I want to know that information. That would be an awesome thing for iFinix's bottom-line and profitability.
It's not something that would happen this year. He's talking long-term once all the pieces are in place. Most believe the DTCC issue will be resolved within weeks.
I don't see a red flag with his wanting to uplist eventually. I want iFinix to uplist and get off the POS pinksheets.
It appears that most INIX folks are not willing to sell their shares. They seem to be giving iFinix a chance and will wait for the Q1 fins to see what the recent acquisition will do for the bottom line.
If the DTCC issue can get resolved soon, the sp will move up again.
Hopefully, iFinix will release a PR soon providing details on when the company expects revenue from the acquisition to start coming in. Can't leave us hanging on the revenue issue.
I made a mistake in my earlier post. According to Net Operating Results (listed on page 113), the estimated revenue from the mine is:
Year 1: $7,432,970
Year 2: $9,190,624
Year 3: $9,829,317
Year 4: $10,575,832
Year 5: $10,544,272
Year 6: $10,569,422
Year 7: $10,590,810
Year 8: $6,706,544
Total: $75,439,792
These estimates are based on 2010 POG @ $900/oz. Current POG is 60% higher. iFinix' 11% estimated revenue would be approximately $1.2 million in Year 1 and will grow exponentially.
Hopefully, iFinix will release additional PRs to provide information on when the mining operations will begin and when the company can expect to the see the revenues. It appears that money has been set aside for operations so it could start soon.
GO INIX
According to the NI 43-101 cover letter, the acquisition was completed on March 16, 2011 which is during Q1 and would be reported in the upcoming financials next month:
On March 16, 2011, iFinix Corporation acquired 51% of the issued and outstanding common stock of OakBridge Management, Inc, located in Florham Park, New Jersey.
A company I invest in, iFinix Corp [INIX] released a PR today stating they acquired a percentage (11%) of the Mohave Mine Joint Venture. They also filed the NI 43-101 Technical Report. Can someone PM me with an opinion?

CEO Benhope Munroe stated, "I am truly excited about this acquisition. We will be changing the name of OakBridge to iFinix Management Inc. which is headquartered in Florham Park, NJ. We are currently conducting due diligence on several potential acquisitions. If we are able to complete one or more of these acquisitions of the targeted companies, each one would cause a significant increase in our asset value. In addition to building shareholder value, there are many ancillary benefits to increasing our asset value, including, but not limited to, attaining eligibility to move up to a more senior exchange.

I will be anxiously waiting for the Q1 financials. The company will not list assets that are not proven or fraudulent. That would be illegal and mean jail time. I think everyone needs to be reminded of that. If iFinix files Q1 fins and they list the $3 million in assets from OakBridge, then that's good enough for me.
I was recently given the analogy that buying pinksheet stocks are like buying a Lottery ticket. INIX is our Lottery ticket. Ben continues to take steps to increase revenue, assets, and share value. Although not all readers of this board or investors will agree with his course of action, he is at least taking action. If he can acquire other companies that add value and revenue to the bottom line, all of us must ask ourselves the important question; "Do I want to buy an INIX lottery ticket?"
I know there are requirements for uplisting such as share price, total assets, etc. Also, the company would need to pay for audited financials. Once the revenue starts coming in, iFinix should easily be able to afford audited fins and begin the uplist process. That would get the stock off this pinksheet nightmare. Not to mention, with the increased revenue the stock could go up considerably.

Can't please everyone all the time. As long as Ben is doing honest business, this deal will be ok.
Well, their about to close the cabin door on my second flight of the day. Hoping tomorrow INIX will get back above .001.
Will take time to see how this works out. If the revenues come through, all will be great and 2012 will rock for iFinix. I'm waiting for other acquisitions to play out too. The OakBridge deal appears to be more as a financing acquisition which is just fine with me. If this allows iFinix to obtain financing and complete 2011 goals, then its a great move.
Since PR there are three more INIX boardmarks. Now 584. Still a lot of eyes and curious investors.
We've already been there and done that. No way INIX goes back to 0004
We agree to disagree then. There are many pinksheet stocks with higher AS than INIX trading much higher than 001
Once I've sold a stock, I don't waste my time continuing to post on the board. I get out and move on. So, you must have a motive for continuing to educate us INIX boobs about what losers we are for not dumping our shares so you can buy them at 0005.
If you're out of INIX, why are you wasting your time posting here? Unless, you are hoping to drive pps down so you can pick up more before any further news.
I will bet you all my shares that INIX will go above .0014
Another substantive PR and this will fly well above that level.
