They welcome and are elated to have Mark Cuban as an investor. He does not and is not involved with anything to do with lawsuit and the companies decisions.
They can't say, but 2 new investors and one old or previous investor might see who in upcoming filings.
Just a thought on the CC and financials... why a CC? I don't think it's been done before for financials? It could be for one of two reasons.
First, the worst scenario, financials suck...watch out PPS.
Second, the best scenario, HOPEFULLY there is something good in the financials and the thought is to build hype for tomorrows opening.
I'm for the second :)
Another thing I wish I was better prepared for the last CC and asked the following questions.
First...I thought there was some court record (date) thingamajig which showed something about some findings to be submitted about projections of valuation for what VRNG thought was damages, due this month? If yes I wished I'd asked about the status of them. Wasn't that supposed to be important?
Next...in one of the VRNG filings it mentioned about AOL settling for $100,000. Yes I know it was only partial settlement but wouldn't they have been able to answer exactly what that $100,000 settled figure covered being it was listed in filing?
6.2 m buys to 2.7 m sells.
I'm gonna take a wild stab here...todays rise maybe has something to do with VRNG releasing their financials tomorrow? Just a wild guess!
Only telling the facts...go PIPI.
Conference Call I typed as fast as I could...do not hold me to any errors this is just a brief post
Andrew Perlman speaking...Status against Google and Nokia update on purchase of patents.
Patents...lawsuit is for what Google and others have used and continue to use damages for past and future. Depositions in the next few weeks.
90% of yesterdays offering to 3 institutional investors.
Vringo selected by Nokia for patents.
Question...How many companies are infringing patents? A number are infringing can't name at this point.
Question...Will give transcript of conference call on website? Yes
Question...Forgot exact question but it was basically the AOL $100,000 was that all there was? Can't discuss at this time but only partial settlement.
Question...Forgot exact question but answer was about Nokia patents...Nokia will participate in ongoing revenue.
Question...If google offers a buyout will you take it. Can't discuss we have the best people working on this.
Question...shares outstanding fully diluted...90 million shares
I tried so don't bang me if I got a few words or answers not exactly correct.
JMHO on what I wrote.

The whole ball of wax is the following part of the lawsuit...
On August 2, 2012, I/P Engine and defendants Google and IAC agreed to dismiss the patent infringement claims as to Google Search and IAC’s Ask Sponsored Listings.
For the avoidance of doubt, the patent infringement claims being dismissed explicitly excluded, and I/P Engine explicitly reserved and retained all rights and remedies with respect to, any and all other claims asserted in the present litigation including, without limitation, the patent infringement claims as to Google AdWords, Google AdSense for Search, Google AdSense for Mobile Search and AOL’s Search Marketplace.

JMHO...I think we're gonna see some other news before Mondays earnings. Without something substantial in the earnings report people might take a negative reaction which might drop the PPS. I don't see the company letting that happening. Again JMHO
I'm not saying the company isn't fine with what the hopes are for the future of the lawsuit. But when it comes to their earnings report I really don't know if it is good enough for shaky investors or the PPS.
Being that this stock has nothing new to present to the investors in what 6+ months, I guess rehashing already rehashed BS is the only thing left. The stock is dead, face it!
JMHO
As of 10:10 17m buys and under 1m sells. :)

Fox Business August 7, 2012
Google isn’t the only big name that Vringo, Inc. (VRNG:NASDAQ) is claiming infringed upon their patents, add AOL (AOL), Gannett (GCI), Target (TGT), and IAC (IACI) to the list; meaning any kind of court victory or settlement could send the company’s share price through the roof. Share price could jump past the $30.00 mark if the impending patent infringement suit falls in favor of VRNG. VRNG has claimed that over the last six years the company has generated $67 billion while using their patents related to how search and advertisement results are sorted. It is VRNG’s belief that they are entitled to damages on not only the $67 billion but on Google’s future earnings as well, at least for the next four years. If VRNG can prove that Google willfully infringed on their patents then the figure could be in the billions.
There is also the possibility that Google will simply try to buy VRNG or a company like Yahoo or Microsoft might step in and try to purchase VRNG. This belief has gained support as more and more people believe they could be the target of a future suit if a victory over Google is secured. Of course if Yahoo or Microsoft did purchase VRNG it wouldn’t be the end of Google’s problems. If a settlement is reached prior to trial, as most cases are, VRNG still has a number of companies on their radar and a settlement with Google could lead to a quick settlement with the others. Without question VRNG appears to be in a good position.

The settlement is partial because AOL is still named in the lawsuit as a customer of Google Inc., the main defendant in the patent suit.

JMHO...if they follow the past I'm guessing the company will (halt) the stock before releasing any numbers.

COIN-VRNG...AOL just settled with VRNG on patent lawsuit. COIN & VRNG on the move. Others will follow...GOOGLE is one the the companies involved in lawsuit.
Last time COIN spiked to $0.012
And possibly not disclosed, as to not to sway other parties involved.
But there is one thing an innie can do that an outie can't!
What happens with VRNG i.e any news can effect COIN that is being specific. The only real value of COIN is the VRNG shares it owns. 452.640 x $3.10= $1.4 m + 181,000 warrants and said value. Said figures are the specifics of COIN.
