JMHO...I think we're gonna see some other news before Mondays earnings. Without something substantial in the earnings report people might take a negative reaction which might drop the PPS. I don't see the company letting that happening. Again JMHO

I'm not saying the company isn't fine with what the hopes are for the future of the lawsuit. But when it comes to their earnings report I really don't know if it is good enough for shaky investors or the PPS.
