your guess is wrong...i have been in and out of cybl for about 2 years now...never assume
i wouldnt call this fluff...not with the new sarbanes -oxley standards....dont miss the boat...once the conversion is done, this will fly
welcome aboard analyze......!!!!!
i dont think so exotic...that filing has to do with past numbers...this release has to do with forward looking...when you drive on your bike which way do you look...forward or in the rear view mirror?? if this doesnt go up in the short run it is only due to the supply coming in from CD holder...all in all though this is excellent news as it gives guidance...and we all know that management's of public companies usually guide low also so that they can beat their numbers...my bet is that when we go down the road (looking forward) these numbers will not only be met, but beaten
lets go further and assume a $6 million profit in 2009 with 343 million shares outstanding....that correlates to a .33 cent stock
i think alot of these figures take the military contract into account......revenues are revenues and this is great news...we'll see if it translates into price gains...don't know of too many companies that will be profitable at this share price
the news today means that we will be profitable at the very least towards the end of this year...perhaps 3rd or 4th quarter...that is huge news....this could be the prelude to another 48 million share day....see if the Cd holder does some selling early...if we get him out of the way, this thing will run today!!!
looks as if there will be a delay in filing....maybe 2 week extension
yes should file today...unless they ask for a delay
that is incorrect...it cant be more than 267 million (under 3 cents) that is what takes us to 343 million total
if you look at the filings, you will see that under 3 cents, the conversion of past financings allow this to go an outstanding number of 343 million.....yes you are right assuming no new finanings, the number will stop there.....i am hoping that with retail and military that the cash coming in will allow the company to finance from revenues instead of debt or s-b 2 financings
doesnt take a rocket scientist to see we have to go to 343 million before this is done
hmmmm maybe volume coming...another 9 million registered
lol $1.00?? from your lips to god's ears
yes of course they do......the deal is "bankable" or factorable...take your choice.....if they need to get the financing to produce, it is easily done with the contract in hand
that is nice..we must have beaten out kubota in the bidding process
i certainly cant read into that..not sure how you can...only the MM knows if it is a short seller, or just a plain seller...quite frankly the company that did the financing is guaranteed a profit(due to the fact, that the number of shares goes up, as the price goes down)...so he/she has no reason to short sell, but just sell outright when they receive the legal opinion from the company.
there is no way from watching the market makers to know whether it is a straight seller or a short seller....that cannot be discerned
how do you know they are shorting against the box??
me bad.....it doesnt....it comes off as though it was today, that's all since they put something out on it today...all in all good news though...you would think that orders would follow
and most likely will continue to do so...the market knows we still have another 120 million shares to hit the market
sure it is relevant...but the poster alludes that is was said today...just misleading
that wasnt in today's release?? why are you quoting him as though he said that today??
thank you for clarification
analyze...why are they field testing if they already have the contract with USAF?? wasnt the product tested prior to this?? fluff pr??
check the front page and do your DD
lol what system is that???
wishful thinking.....no imminent buyout
accumulated deficits do not relate to balance sheet items such as debt....accumulated deficits total the running losses of a company....it is the bottom line of the profit/loss statement, not the balance sheet
sorry call and email went to schmidt
correction that call and e-mail went to Richard Schmidt......no response
wow i would hate to see what a broken chart looked like....LOL....the problem with technical analysis on this puppy is that it doesnt take into account the sb-2 funding...so you can analyze it till the cows come home and it probably wont matter...let me publically state that i have sent an email to Richard Brown as well as called him...with no response
yes but only filed for up to 343 million at this point
you maybe right liberty./......when this goes it is going to go thousands of percent
my apology i thought it came off of the bid
that was a sell not a buy
dont count on it.....they wont respond to emails or phone calls...sitting in their bunkers until this blows over...not very responsive management style
