Tin, I have peace of mind. I have written my money invested in this off long ago. It has, thankfully, been recovered with other investments. Hartcourt has become such a joke that I wouldn't leave now because of my sense of humor. Take a walk back through the looking glass Tin, and see what it looks like from the real world. You'll get a kick out of it. The market has been surging forward for 2 years now and Hartcourt has...well you know what Hartcourt has done. As for me suggesting you buy a few shares. Well maybe that comes from your suggestions I exit. I'm here Tin, and I'm staying. I want to be here when you finally see the light...or when Hartcourt proves they aren't a joke. Till one or the other happens, I'll just keep chuckling...Time to go fishin'. Later...
bb
...but Tin, this board amuses me. Not venting frustration. I'm past that. Only pointing out the obvious. Didn't I congratulate you for putting the NASDAQ listing to rest. Now that IS a positive. We were counting on her coming through in one year. Now we don't have to worry about that. We can agree that, that will NOT happen. Thank you again for clearing that up. Tin, $82 will get you 1000 shares of Hartcourt today. Can you swing it? Or is it still too rich for your blood?
bb
My portfolio has increased by about $130 due to the dramatic increase in the price of my ETLK & FLTL shares...Probably be awake all night waiting to see what will happen tomorrow...These are phun stocks to own...
bb
Hartcourt is the company I bought shares of. The bright side is that volume has picked up a little. 90,000 more shares. The bad news is the price has gone down again. ETLK was .08 2 weeks ago so it has gone down since then. Up from yesterday, down from 2 weeks ago. Take your pick. Don't matter either way. We are talking pennies and about stocks going nowhere. JMHO...
bb
90 minutes to go in the trading day and we have 4000 shares traded. Interest is tapering off? Or are we waiting for the promises made at the shareholders meeting? Will be an interesting headcount there...Nice to read that we have done away with the NASDAQ deadline. One less issue to clear up at the meeting. No hurry there. Heck, some of us have been promised that since 1999/2000, so what's another 5 or 10 years. The bottom line is that we get there. Of course by then we should have close to a trillion shares in the float, so that could have an effect on the price of our shares.JMHO...
BB
yuppp, those were good times. I have a friend who reminds me of the things we did and saw. He musta been paying attention, while I was just looking...good times
bb
In 1970 I lived at 197 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. What a town it was then. Abbie Hoffman, Angela Davis, Jerry Ruben and others demonstrating and holding rallies. Cops beating the unfortunate...and the Grateful Dead playing free concerts all over town. The Doors, Airplane, Moody Bleus, Creedence...good times...Now I float back and forth between the East Coast and the Philippines. Don't trouble yourself about keeping me informed of Hartcourt's annual shareholders meetings. I won't be going to any until they get NASDAQ listed. So I guess I'll see you next year...
bb
Wasn't NAZz a band from the latter half of the 1960"s? Maybe Todd Rundgren was in it?
bb
The MM's are keeping the buyers away today...JMHO
C'mon Tin...you are here everyday propping these stocks up to a dwindling audience and you can state that you wish you had more shares of FLTL? FLTL is a 7 cent stock today, and you WISH you had more. Just make a purchase. There are plenty of shares available and if they ever run out of them DC will print more for you. You can do better than wish for them.
bb
uh-huh...well they say faith can move mountains...my bet is the $$$ will get the job done first. I don't have faith in Hartcourt so I am not a buyer, but at .09 it ain't worth selling either. Did you make any bucks off other China stocks yesterday? Pretty nice day for the ones I follow...
bb
You don't have $90 for a thousand shares? Come on...It costs more than that to take a lady out in NYC. When I'm in the Philippines, $90 is enough to eat out nightly for almost a month. I should say that I don't frequent tourist places, although the food is good there too, but get off the beaten path for real treats and sincere hospitality. Can't be beat...Anyway it is less than .09 now so maybe you can afford some now.
bb
...Looks like Hartcourt is trying to climb the hill to .10...Do you have enough faith to help it along with buys at the ask?
bb
And I think she could/should share with us how she intends doing this. You are aware the SEC will look carefully at any merger involving HRCT, that will get Hartcourt listed on a different exchange. If HRCT gets bought outright, and becomes part of another company and is not listed on any exchange as its own entity, is the only way I see them becoming any part of NASDAQ. This is not the same as a NASDAQ listing. How do you see them getting there? Realistically not vaguely...
bb
ps...You are not me. We can agree on that much...
Dilution without compensation has been a problem with Hartcourt for some time. It is nice to see others waking up to that fact. In the past my posts regarding this issue have only gotten me "chastised" by the monitors and their loyal followers. We deserve more communication from Hartcourt. We deserve to know how she plans on getting off the OTC. That may be something she should retract at the meeting. There is no way that is going to happen. Dave, when you started buying shares of Hartcourt in '99, there were 12 to 15 million shares outstanding. We had a split because our shareprice was too high for Chinese investors (LOL), so say 24 to 30 million shares. Now there are 193,000,000 shares? Wow, one for each mile distance to the sun if my memory serves me well. Anyway, too many shares...and are we better off? No. Just a lot of dilution with no compensation. I remember you stating you bought shares fairly high...let's say $10, with the split $5. You are down $4.91 a share...This company was built and rebuilt with our money. We deserve to know more than waiting for filings with the SEC...Good luck
bb
Giving the # of signings doesn't bother me in the least. They are just patting their own back and we all have done that a time or two...My area of concern is the 19% they have the option to purchase. DC's method of puchasing is with shares...Dilution is something I find unnecessary for a stock in this price range. How many millions of shares would it take to purchase 19% of this company? But all that said, at least they did sign another client.

...Yeah, cuz it bothers you...

In 6 months Mr. Chen has increased the outstanding shares by 68,000,000. I knew he could do it. He is the best at what he does. I hope he gets better results this time. His efforts are not reflected in the shareprice...or are they?
bb
...So this is a pump and dump. Thanks for clearing that up...
bb
Then why is Carrie undoing his accomplishments? His fine work?
bb
Thanks...
bb
...and we may get a piece of the pie as a dividend...
bb
...I would not call anyone ignorant for not puchasing today, but I suppose you know more shareholders than I...
bb
..the sounds of indifference, disinterest and apathy are even louder...
bb
...another 117 shares sold this morning. Must be news on the way...
bb
...OK, who sold 117 shares of ETLK at lunch today? 'fess up...
bb
How about a WOOOO HOOOO for old times sake...or shall we hold off on that...
bb
Owning Hartcourt doesn't bother me in the least. In fact sometimes when I make a little elsewhere, I can't help myself and I purchase a couple more shares. Someday maybe Hartcourt can return the favor and let me purchase stocks with Hartcourt profits...but I won't count on that happening. Tin, you do have other investments, don't you? Please say yes...
bb
Hartcourt has entertainment value to me for obvious reasons. I have said before that there are other places to make money, and I have covered my cost in Hartcourt elsewhere. If they make it, great. If they don't, so what, this isn't my life. Unfortunately the market doesn't reward companies for their intentions. It is execution that counts and Hartcourt's history dictates that it has a hard time with this. I do not wish any harm for my investment. Management has done well enough doing that for me. I think I look objectively at my investments and am not in love with any of them. Let's see how Carrie purchases her acquisitions. I'm happy with what we have and letting a quarter or 2 go by to see what we do have and what it is worth. But we have to get listed in 9 or 10 months, don't we? So things must happen and happen fast or we will be talking to another CEO...maybe...JMHO...
bb
...I bought it, I have it, and I'll do what I want with it. Thank you...
bb
That is how you decipher my post? No wonder I can't understand your blind faith...1.I expect no "POP" in Hartcourt's price. 2.I don't care if Carrie slips or not. We are a .09 stock. How much can it possibly slip? 3.I don't think we get to NASDAQ, and that is her statement to live up to, so she can do all the guesswork...
bb
...ok, so we have no problem with getting to "A", but have we been to "B" yet? Things seem the same...promises...I guess that could change in 9 or 10 months, when we do or don't get listed...
bb
...0k, I'll guess. 1.Nobody cares. 2.Nobody thinks Hartcourt is worth 9 or 10 cents. The smart ones who are following this, if any, will wait and see if Hartcourt can follow a game plan. Maybe buyers are waiting to see if Carrie's premature statement of getting listed will come true. We have 9 or 10 months to wait on that one. 3.There are many other stocks that are listed, profitable, pay dividends and even go up once in a while that are more desirable in this economy...Well there is a couple of guesses, I'm sure others will help you also...Beware some posts are deleted if they contain historical facts about Hartcout. This is the "New" Hartcourt, and some prefer that it not be confused with the last "New" Hartcourt, or the one before that, or the one before that, etc...Good luck...
bb
...We can only hope so...
bb
Hmmmmm, you a little chafed today, ec? Right away you gotta get personal...like I had something to do with Hartcourt's miserable performance. I'm just a shareholder, like you...
bb
...yupppp, those darn MM's are all over this stock now that it is under .09...
bb
Giddy-up y'all...LOL
bb
Actually, wholeheartedly may be overstating it a bit, but let's wait and see how these new acquisitions will be acquired. Then we have this, IMHO, way to premature announcement of being on NASDAQ within a year, and Tin, I don't NEED Hartcourt and/or Carrie to make it for me to LOL. I am doing a fair amount of LOLing without them, but yes, I do hope we all prosper from our investments. If my wishes were granted, Alan would have delivered on his promises and we wouldn't be having this discussion...OT, Hey Tin, thanks for not deleting my posts the last few days ;~)>>>...
bb
...then I hope this "New" Hartcourt does better than the old "New" Hartcourt...and my memory does serve me correctly. The name is the same, the company is what needs changing...
bb
ps...and Tin, don't forget what lucky5ive says, "(By the way putting LOL in your posts doesn't give you a "sense of humor".)"
