Boy, it looks like the MM's are trying there best to slow this down.
Looks like it isn't working too well....
I have seen orders out of sequence and selling below the bid.
They are messing with this...
It looks like the block on zone D is only 600' so that hole should do for starters.
Dominion Gulf Company conducted historical exploration on the property. An aero magnetic survey
over the area was completed in 1954 in which a large anomaly was identified. Subsequently, detailed
geological and ground magnetic surveys were completed. By the fall of 1956, 68 holes had been
completed totalling 35,306 feet of diamond drilling. In 1958, an adit was driven 580 feet to obtain a
bulk sample for metallurgical extractions tests. Dominion Gulf estimated the reserves of the main
niobium zone D at 20,000,000 tons of 0.47 % Nb2O5 in a block 600 by 800 feet in size and depths of
up to 600 feet.
Thanks......
Hey Junky, Where did you find that China has so much Niobium in the ground?
Just curious. Do you have a link? I would be interested in seeing what they have over there. It is a vast country, and I am sure they have lots of resources. Sometimes it is the quality of a resource that sets it apart.
Would be an interesting read for me to see what China has.
Sometimes things aren't always what they seem on the surface.
Take coal for instance. Many many places have coal, but the coal from West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania are a much better grade, and is in huge demand even in places like China.
So while they may have resources not all of them are mineable or of useful quantity or quality.
Thanks in advance..
Yes, as a geologist....That is where his expertise lies.
Who knows the circumstance as to why he lost his license?
I don't... Maybe he was an unwitting accomplice?
The details of the case would be interesting.
And as others have said, the 50's report still provides enough information to know they have 5 billion worth of minerals at least.
So, tread lightly as far as making statements about Mr, Keevil's integrity. He hired the man to prove up existing reports.
Maybe he has history with this man, and wanted to give him an opportunity? In any case, he did what was asked of him. Now if he had come back with some outlandish report, far and away from the 50's report, I would have some concern.
Well, what makes you think that his mining expertise is gone just because he tried his hand at stock trading?
Have rocks changed in the years he was unemployed?
We knew this information on this board over a month ago.
Sometimes people try something new and fail, it happens.
But he went back to his roots and is doing okay I would say.
If you think there are problems with this stock, please feel free to sell anything you own and move on.
The rest of us here will be just fine I assure you.
GLTY on your next stock play.....
It is very funny to see that all these "issues" have been brought out as points of concern after the share price has retraced.
This is the same company with the same fundamentals as it was a few weeks ago when it was trading at .07.
These issues are not new, the companies potential and outlook has actually improved. The pull back is clearly based on nothing more than nervous sellers. The facts are what they were, and in fact reserves most probably exceed by a long shot what was originally estimated. Scott will take care of business. And he won't drag his feet. I still expect huge returns over the next few months as the picture clears on the progress made.
Ahhh, But the talk is only of one site on one property. There is a lot more in the ground on the other sites as well. Also remember there are other properties and a current JV at Deadmoose. More than meets the eye...
Hey Thanks K.....
I appreciate your taking the initiative to interact on behalf of so many.
Your a great asset when it comes to Aero.
Thanks again,
I hope to be able to listen in. I will check things here a bit more often for details.
Have a great day young lady.....
4k,
I have been a little behind on this guy, when is there to be a CC?
TIA
I read everything and I understand 100% of what is going on.
I was addressing sometimes rights concerns.
I was trying to convey that this is not a one day, or two week investment for most.
It is the penny market, and the flippers will do what they always do.
But this stock differs greatly from the normal pink stock.
The unfortunate fact is it is still on the pink sheets and it will be traded by pink sheet traders until the time come where we get on to a more respectable exchange.
I love SRSR, and think it has enormous potential, well more than potential, it has assets of huge value in the ground.
My point was it will take time to get this rolling.
Being a mining company it needs to go through the proper procedures to prove everything up.
But, you know all this and I know all this. I was just trying to help some others that are panicking to understand this.
Jim
Some, I think what Lorne was trying to convey is that this company has value in the future that short term investors are over looking.
Yes, if you have a short term window to invest here, you may be stuck with shares above the current price.
If you are looking longer term, say 2 to 3 years things look fantastic here.
This is the nature of the penny market, it is a ATM for many day traders. This in it's own is fine, but it will cause major swings with emotion on a stock, in vogue it goes up, out of vogue it goes down.
It is important to realize this is the exact reason SRSR wants to get onto an exchange with real investors with real long term goals. The pink market is anything but that.
Relax and understand that your shares are way under valued, and the company is in the process of proving the real value of what you have.
IMO
It also sounded like the drilling needed to prove up zone D is minor, based on Scott's comments. I liked that part.... shooting fish in a barrel, lol.
Oil, one answer could solve many of the questions you are asking.
Will they JV to have the reserves proven by the same company that would mine it. This would eliminate so many issues for SRSR, they would just need to sit back and ride the wave.
If they could give a small stake to a jv to do this front end work, in addition to the the future considerations as the JV of choice moving forward might just get this rolling very quickly.
Just and idea on my part.
Yes, Ed all that is needed here is volume, it flies off the hook when buyers show up. It can run fast and hard, too bad the CEO doesn't enlighten us a bit more, it could really get going then.
That was an ignorant statement.
Smart money is all over the place here. I am talking about so many core investors here who are still looking at 1000% gains on the pull back.
Doesn't look so dumb does it?
Are you angry because your trades did not work out?
I think any report that verifies the existence of $5 bill is pretty significant.
If you look at the report in it's entirety you will see that zone D isn't even the largest area showing deposits. Look at the map.
So yes this report is a major deal. Trader bought the story, investors bought the company....Traders are leaving, investors staying. Pretty simple game. Oh and by the way, the investors in most cases are still sitting on HUGE gains. Traders made a few bucks.
I would like to thank the seller @.051...was a nice place for me to add a few more shares for my stockpile.....oh and look at that they are already at .055. Thanks again.
Impatience here does not pay, this stock will dust you almost every time you try to flip it. Best way to play this guy is to buy on the dips and hold on for dear life...
Micro Man,
I appreciate your contribution here. I for one was very happy to see your post this morning.
Keep up the good work.
Kingpin,
You want to recover some, take a look at SRSR.
It is dipping hard now, wait for it to base and jump on board.
But don't wait too long, the hawk will be flying in the next week or so.
I know, go to the board and read up you will understand.
GLTY
I don't own this stock, got out before the split.
But, I do find it quite appalling that you joke and laugh at people based on this kind of information.
Just a despicable act. These people work hard for their money and when they are given bad news you revel in it.
I hope everyone here gets rich, I never wish ill will on others, but you seem to take great joy in it.
Good luck Green globe owners.
No, they were not forced to stay in business.
They did need capital, and they did make some bad marketing decisions at the time. They poured too much money into Nascar marketing at the time where they had none.
Now they are a public company that has learned some hard lessons and have moved forward.
If you have ever been a part of a start up company you would be aware of the fact that most don't come close to B/E for many years.
Take some time and investigate other start ups and see the dynamics there. Many start ups live on the edge, with no cash, no earnings, usually big losses, for many many years before they get traction. This story is the same as most struggling start ups.
It isn't what you did in the past that counts as much as what you can do in the near future. If they manage to come close to break even this quarter it would be an amazing turn around.
Stop dwelling on the past, as it is what it is. The future is the focus here, and we will see how much progress has been made in a short 7 months. If you lack the forward looking focus, then you are certainly not the type that will find the "gems" on the market. Anyone can invest in a blue chip and make a steady income, but to hit the jackpot you must take some risk.
IMO
Well, if the volume was higher you would just say it is dilution.
So, what does it matter?
We will see facts here in the next day or so.
I sure can't wait to see something factual, the speculation has been silly by some.
It will be nice when we can see exactly what this company has been able to accomplish.
This isn't Microsoft or IBM, this is a company that has been public for a few short months. Let's see how they did.....and not just speculate as to what YOU think they are doing.
Weather, I can only talk to the electronics side of things.
As the boom for PDA, cell phones and the like started to absorb all of the worlds tantalum supply, people started looking for other materials to fill the void. Niobium may have been one choice for replacement of tantalum and during the course of experimentation the properties of Niobium were reveled.
Ceramic has become the number one replacement for tantalum caps at this point, but I can see a place for Niobium in the future as electronic devices are use lower and lower voltages everyday.
5 years ago the typical core voltage for a processor was around 3.3v to 2.5v now we are looking at core voltages of around 1.2v to 1v these are increasingly within the range of the Niobium caps
properties, and the low ESR is very desirable as well.
The niobium cap will have it's day. Sorry, you guys hit a spot where I felt like I could contribute something. I am sure most of you hear Blah Blah Blah
Niobium caps made by AVX are pretty specialized. They have applications mostly on laptops, aerospace and military uses.
The reason the niobium cap is used in most cases is the "no smoke" and or lead free properties. Also they don't "blow" as easy as tantalum and aluminum caps do.
AVX has a nice line of low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance)
niobium caps, but applications are still limited due to the low voltage ratings on these devices typically 2.5v to 6.3v. High cost is also an issue with these.
I work with capacitors everyday, and wide spread applications for these are not yet here. They are starting to gain more acceptance but until many more manufacturers come to the table with competing devices they will still be a niche component.
The good news is, they are finding more and more use for niobium in the electronics industry all the time. It has some wonderful electrical properties, and I am sure someone will find a break through use for this material in due time.
FWIIW
I am starting to get concerned with the action here.
MM's are walking this baby straight down.
If we don't get some supporting news soon, we will be starting our run from news at a much much lower base.
I can see quite a bit of price erosion going on here, support has left us. Seems many are bailing to play the next best thing.
Hoping for the Hawk to show up soon before this thing weakens anymore.
This is trading very strangely today. It is all over the place.
Bid, even, then bid .06/.066, then bid .062/.064 but price .06.
Very odd......
Is AUTO the crazy one today?
Well, Gail, I glad everyone was safe. It looks like a tough weekend for weather around our area. Be safe.
And let's hope our CEO comes out and let's us know where things stand soon.
He really doesn't need to have an event at this moment, but and update would do just fine to restore some confidence.
Happy trading!!
Yes, I bought in for the same reason too.
I bought originally on the news of an uplisting. Still haven't had an update on that for many many months.
Did you fair alright with the storms last night?
I am in Maryland, and it wasn't too bad, but I know you are south of me and it looked like the weather map had you guys in for some nasty stuff.
Yes, that has been one really long wait so far.
I don't think Benson really cares, he never puts out news it seems.
That is true, and update is a good update here.
You still haven't had any luck bringing the masses back here?
Might be a nice slow day on the markets like today that could make people jump in. Talk it up to your friends.
This thing is so easy to move with any kind of volume.
Thanks for the update, hard to change the O/S with no shares trading. Volume has been non existent.
that is right because it is 1.7b with a great number of them restricted.... fact are wonderful.
You get the right people here and they will get it to move, News or no news.
This thing has always traded on air.
Is it the same broker everytime? That would be interesting to see as well.
I have seen this a few times, and the cause has always been someone buying through a retirement account of some sort.
They impose share limits per purchase.
This is very good news, because someone is buying SRSR for their retirement.
You in truth know nothing more than anyone else what this all means.
To assume Aero is guilty of anything is making a claim you can not support.
Shane resigned, he is under investigation. Had Aero had a problem it would have come out at the same time that Shane's problem was brought to light.
You don't know what the revenues are, you just think you do.
You DD is slanted. If you had called the likes of Allied or Hencshel you would know more.
I get you beef with Peacock and his crew. I understand you want to warn the world that Peacock will take investors money.
But, as the PR stated, Javelin is gone, Peacock is gone.
The focus is now on Aero, The rest has become irrelevant.
So to keep posting Peacock this and that is old news, and frankly has become some what off topic.
So, if you would kindly keep your post about Aero and it's current independence I do believe everyone would be ok with it.
And by the way Golden gate may be the next "persons of interest" in this. All of this suing and settling was done as FCCN as a shell.
This was all debt occurred by FCCN that was settled with shares.
They brought it all to this unsuspecting company "Aero" that hungered to go public and get some debt relief. They probably knew little of the details as to how FCCN was carrying out the debt clearing.
Well, fact is if Sequoia and javelin were in bed together creating false law suits, they have no impending right to sue anyone. They will be too busy in court trying to explain themselves and trying to keep out of jail.
Now, as these past suits over unpaid debt have riled the attention of the courts as frivolous and contrived (as I believe they are intentional to relieve investors of shares and dollars)
then Aero would be the party harmed by these actions and would be within their rights to break the contract with Javelin based on the fact that Javelin knowingly entered into an illegal agreement for the benefit of Javelin and it's cohorts Sequoia.
From the looks of things Sequoia would be smart to keep a low profile and stop trying to sue everyone for unreasonable amounts.
It will surely be reviewed and scrutinized and the truth would bury them. IMO
I agree SRSR has the strength to grow on any exchange.
Also, you are correct on the fact that OTCBB is more transparent as far as filings go. The breakdown on the OTCBB is the lack of SEC enforcement on the exchange. I have seen some really sleazy things go down on the OTCBB, without repercussion from the SEC.
I feel the TSX seems to be a bit less like the wild west.
Either way we are still going to do great, but the mining community on the TSXV would be ecstatic with the news we are about to receive. But, the pinks are the pinks, traders will come and go, and always create a lopsided market. On a better exchange we will see more investors, ones that care about the capital gains taxes and the like.
I don't believe the OTCBB to be much of a step up.
I see plenty of OTCBB companies running the same scams, and with the same manipulation occurring all the time.
I truly believe the better step would be to move to the TSXV.
It will cost some money, and some actions might need to be taken to provide some minimum standards for the up listing , but it will be a much more respected way to list. IMO.
I am researching now what it will take to get onto the TSXV.
It doesn't look too terribly difficult if you have been listed on another exchange, but I can't find if they consider the Pink sheets as a real exchange or not.
