Re: What else can go wrong here? Beside missing interest payment,CFO quitting, 12 minutes ago
All OLD NEWS that took us down WEEKS ago. Now I'll explain...=P
We CHOSE to miss interest payment. I think the 8K on 12/30/11 said we have 23 mil and the interest payment was only 1.3...It's called playing hard ball with the debtors who could have BK'd us for missing the payment YET THEY DIDN'T!!! Why is that?!? Well because FTWR is more valuable with it's assests operating and in use than being sold in BK.
Did you see what making the interest payment did for ENER? Look at a 10 day chart. It was .20 up to .30 4-5 days moved to .40, then .60 and on Friday PR's making interest payment. BUSTED a buck around 1.17 dipped into .90's and up into 1.30's most of today. FACT LOOK IT UP! Now what happens if FTWR makes that payment with the PR? Add a possible debt refi that wasn't even due til the end of 2012. Reduced workforce 40% saves money, and can be brought back if new contracts come our way.
CFO gone, but available if needed durning this transition...Sounds like a buyout with that wording.
Delisting...(LOL) 180 day extension already given last month. 5 more to get over a buck. We will probably do that before the end of January. AND STAY ABOVE.
I like FTWR to 1.30's and last time it ran it went to 18.00.

Chart Makes ya think NG may have had its day with a obama win and if EPA comes out against fracking theres a short along with XOM who bought in at the top.

I'd say 19 to 22 short term.
Product never made it in 6 years because there are much better ones out there, your only perpetuating his lifestyle while he laughs at the pie in the sky investors.
Came into a lot of money, only trade stocks above $20
Find out the truth about when they sell the Company, where you would get the truth will be next to impossible,I've been lied to by IR and Management for 5 years, if shareholders will benifit and I'll buy 200 thousand shares
Go Niners
"dose not matter on the stock follow the 3 & 5 min concept and buy 3 bar or better down on 2nd bounce am buys sell 1st move to 1st turn of moving average hit of the ma-20 in most cases. Mid day to evening buy swing sell at close or hold pending but not recomended at all in down market. Most buys for a good swing in down markets will be on a 3 day"
On which minute for possible 60 touch?
My Attorney found a Canada Statute that allows shareholders to go after Management for Misappropriation of funds for both civil and CRIMINAL.So just like CKYS which I helped put the CEO away in Federal Prison and NVMG where I brought them to bankruptcy the Company's days are numbered.
Bottom line is whomever lost money was deceived and should get their dignity and money back by being pro active and not blaming others who are spending more money to help others.
DNDN get some,target 18 to 22

I hope everyone has some coal stocks for when the EPA comes down on fracking.
Blackrock bought another 6.6 million shares and now owns 12.1 percent of ANR. There was a rumor when ANR made a deal with CLF FOR $128 that blackrock wanted to buy them. That deal did not happen. Blackrock is now the biggest holder of ANR stock. With Blackrock having 12.1 percent we may either see a buyout coming or they bought it knowing a bid is coming again . Blackrock bought stock in two other coal companies(CNX,BTU) but not as much as ANR. Blackrock owns 26.5 million shares and Fidelity now owns 25.1
Eric aint far from a jail cell.
IMO Coal ain't finished yet as big money needs their money back,I think the latest EPA press release about fracking is a red flag not to be invested in NG just yet or not to hold overnite at least.Goldman is short and probably most other big players,I think it [ANR] plays out to 32 to 36 sometime this year.

All coal until the EPA gave them [coal burning power plants] untill I believe June or July to formulate plans for cleaner burning.Natural Gas is turning so both should be in play along with oil.

Thats a laugh,it all goes to so called employee's bank trading accounts,a never ending sell shares machine.
Sold per market 18.70's but missed a dollar move with 2000 shares from 18.50 to 19.50 My 18.18 was day before.
I like 21.18 but if we stall at 20 we could fill that gap at 18.20,Index's look good for 2 more days so we'll see.
If we can get 2 more up days i like 22 area but watch 20.00 and 20.67
I sold my 18.18's way to early but jumped back in a few times and holding a good chunk.

If they only cared about shareholders and not their own dream retirement this could go somewhere. Note Dennis has another million or so ready to hit anyday.
Got 18.18,I flip 1 to 4 thousand shares 2 to 10 times a day sometimes.I was up and down, mostly down from pennies until i learned from GF at this link. In this day and age ya have to be a technician.
