do you have any experience with these plays for you to say that it could dollars? Seems to me VERY far fetched. Even with a company with value. The SEC will probably rule that the company issued a PR mentioning about the ghost shares and anybody who buying after that public statement just has to deal with the risk they took... Don't you think so?
can this stock also go up?
than this would be insiders trading? Isn't that illegal?
do you really think so?? and what made them dissapear?
maybe Cornell is not gone...
well good luck here, it has all been registered.
this is the worst stock ever!!!
is something brewing?? what is up with the pps??
well, that is also dilution you know
huge dilution!!!
and where did I mention that for you to jump to that conclusion? Do you always jump to such quick conclusion? Scares me a bit to think that you saw something in those 8K's because your 1 and 1 apparently does not make 2
I am not going to read all that since you have the knowledge and can give the infor to us directly. I am looking for other stocks to buy. If you are not willing to share that info or repost the message in which you already mentioned it, it will be the loss of the shareholders in this one. As the PPS continues to fall, it tells me two things: or that great info is a non-event, or nobody knows about it so nobody can care, and since nobody is telling us about it: good luck with this one.
I guess if you found your information on public places, you can share it. I mean, it would be in your best of interest if it would have a positive impact on PPS
what's the use of helping those shareholders? I mean, you can pump the PPS back to those levels, but in the end new people would have bought the shares from those who wanted to break even. It will have to come from the company so that the shareholders that will buy in at .15 will also continue to benefit from those buys. So for the PPS to go there, the company should communicate and perform consistently positive.
Good luck
he should have updated already much sooner instead of seeing the OS increase and PPS drop... It just is not fair for the supporters who bought in at much higher levels.
yeah, (s)he is promoting this stock but is selling himself! What a joker
yep, it is. And you either respect your shareholders, or you don't, yes?
oh, so it is you, the daytrader who is flipping this PPS down to nothing... lol
not sure, why is the company not communicating anymore about their sales?
and all of this with special thanks to the shareholders for funding
now then let's move that baby
nobody seems to be interested. Hence the sharp drop in price since the forward split (from 5 to 2)
well, you have to agree with your post given the action in this stock over the last half of year...
how can there be more buying than selling? For every buyer there is a seller
the cool aid chart like most of this board was looking at for months now
looks like this stock is death meat
higher lows, starting to look good
panic. just try to sell on the low recoveries so that you don't sell at the alltime low with the rest of the sheep.
Lower Highs and on our way to Lower Lows...
toxic financing started again
I agree, you are completely right. I don't believe that either, but WHAT is the interest rate? It can be good, but it can be bad and it is absolutely NOT GOOD to see that nobody can give the rate, yet is having so many big opinions on this stock and investing in it, while just not being capable to answer a very simple question. A question that every smart investors wants to know before just blindly throwing their money in a stock and hoping it has to be a good rate. The collateral here tells me it is a high rate. Just put two and two together. I am sure a lot of people can follow my thoughts, and are also thinking: why can't nobody just give the answer to that 1 question?? instead of just laughing with me with no counter arguments? It can be 5%, and that would be great and that would be good news for all investors, but that's just not the rate I think will be the case here. Just my honest opinion based on simple reasoning that everybody can follow.
Well just wanted to know the answer to a simple question. Good luck to you all, hope your instincts are correct.
Good luck again and good night. Take care!
the collateral is in retail, what is the interest rate?
A prudent bank can easily take their losses if some companies fail because they diversify. It would be a big mistake to conclude that this investment must be good since a big well respected bank is giving a credit facility. That's why the interest rate is just THAT important. It gives you an indication of how risky the bank sees this investment. They have a portfolio with plenty high risk investments, if some fail, they still win. It is all statistics combined with bank policy on how much return they should have in the end (statistically you look up the break even point and you decide how much more money you want to make and add that to that return on top of this hurdle rate, nothing more, nothing less)
So as the bank might receive there first couple of interest payments + some capital back but lose the rest, they will recover this from other investments or vice versa (it is no rocket science, just statistics combined with some common sense). If you as an investor invest your money in this gem based on the fact that a big bank is also invested, you might just lose all your money (unless you also diversify of course, so hope you diversify)
well, what is it? I really do not know and took my information from a previous post. No problem for me to say so, but do you know the rate? Are you invested in this stock without knowing how much return Wells Fargo will get out of your money? The profits that should go to you instead of to the bank?
that can only be confirmed if the intrest rate is low. Since nobody on this board can give the intrest rate, you don't know what the inventory is worth, and I am pretty sure that the inventory is worth very little (as in less than or a maximum of 30% of the cost of goods) This inventory is even to liquid to have credit value. If things go wrong, they can easily get rid of it at cheap prices and the bank will not see there money again. So me thinks, and I think I am very right, that the interest rate will not be low, but rather very high
me neither, except for venture capital, but what is the rate then?
Degreez answered that rate to me, but I can't believe it. But nobody on this board seems to be able to let me know the real rate, yet is invested in this stock. That is very scary
the question remains, what is the intrest rate?
if 18% would be true, on a 5 million loan, one would think that would be close to 1 million on intrests?
you find someone who works with a bank and tells you inventory in the business of Seaway is worth something. Yes maybe something, but no more than 30% of the cost of these goods. Hence the insane intrest rate
