Haha, yeah... not much of a pop, unfortunately.
What happened to all of the bullish sentiment? Are people finally waking up and smelling the financials?
Yes, the TBI (TECH Business Incubator) screwed up. We won't find that mentioned in any official filings per Ken, however. We should no longer give this company the benefit of the doubt but we can still hope for a worthwhile outcome, provided we're longs that deserve it!
Where's the shareholder network countdown? Any minute now...?!?
Resistance was $15+ from May2021 to Jan2022, (reverse/split adjusted). Prior to that, roughly $250+. Ergo, this has potential to boom, especially with the new ownership and plans for the future. Not saying it will, but it could.
#Iggy (just kidding; I welcome all viewpoints).
On a side note, it's pretty bad when even Cal from FJ sounds bearish... and he does, although "I'm not a financial advisor." What sway does the SEC have over the present set of circumstances regarding the delisting procedure(s)? Selling volume dropped dramatically ever since the lawsuit was announced, almost to the day. Coincidence? I get that production is still lacking which is terrible for future projections, but why have shorts been exercising so much caution lately? Wen $0.10 again, shorts? Or... wen moon, bulls? It seems we have a stalemate here, folks.
Be careful or someone might tattle to Daddy Ken who in turn may threaten legal action... you know, for simply stating the inconvenient truth. The shareholder network fiasco is merely the latest display of incompetence on behalf of the mismanagement team. They claim to be a TBI, as in Tech Business Incubator, but they can't even get their own shareholder network up and running. In the end, they will just block anyone from it that doesn't conform to the stringent doctrine of their cultish echo chamber. No thank you!
That's been happening for a few days, actually. It's a tech company so they should be able to figure out what's wrong. Maybe BigPoops can help them!
There's pineapple $DOGE, lemon $DOGE, coconut $DOGE...
This has sustained the latest jump from 06/21/23.
That's my motto. Serves me well!
Not much happening here it seems.
$DOGE is as $DOGE does.
Dis $BOTY still be stank, y'all?
Everything has been tanking for quite a while.
Predictable... threatening legal action in order to gag. Way to keep it classy, management! Lawsuits are one way to generate revenue, I suppose. Utterly deplorable conduct. You can flex all of the legal muscle you want, but the truth inevitably must come to light. Stifle your bruised ego and get to work for the shareholders!
Thank you for taking the time to further articulate your experiences in working for the company. Everything stated aligns cohesively with the due diligence I've been doing since my initial investment a few years ago. As you've probably surmised by now, there are a few people here that vehemently attack anyone that doesn't share in their unfettering veneration of Ken and his company. They continue to run an illegal pump-and-dump campaign, but the pesky truth just happens to inhibit that agenda. I'm about as neutral and level-headed as one can be regarding any given company, $WDLF included, and as a long I remain hopeful that eventually the mismanagement team can finally put their money where their mouth is, so to speak. That said, I'm not naive enough to ignore all of the times the mismanagement team has failed to follow through with plans described during podcasts. For years now, it's been liquidity event(s) right around the corner or imminent or just about to happen... etc. In essence, they've just been stringing long-term investors along while spending the money on lavish work environments and nice clothing. However, the devil is in the details... as in the financials. Refer to this post of mine where I outlined some inconvenient financial data as disclosed in filings: Post# 63982; in particular, "As of June 30, 2023, the Company had $31,338 of cash, an accumulated deficit of $32,864,455 and a loss from operations of $70,929." Now, why would I as a long with over $4,000 invested divulge such information? Rather than virtue signal as some here often do, I happen to have a set of objective moral standards to uphold in telling the truth at all costs. My intention is to prevent others from being in my same unfortunate position, or at least to equip them with the truth beforehand.
Hey stockdoc2, why don't you hop off that high horse of hypocrisy and show the newest member of this forum a bit of decency. You and Lakota-45 make the bashers here look like saints.
Welcome, BigPoops. What else can you say about your experiences while working for the company... good, bad, or indifferent? Much of what you've disclosed seems to contrast greatly from what the acolytes here often tout. Based on what you've said, it sounds like the meetings there are just about as meaningless as the podcasts... basically lip service with very little action. Nice office, though. Glad longs could help have it furnished so nicely, and I really appreciated them flaunting it while shareholder value plummeted to the trips.
While irritating, he has exposed a few scams.
Surprise, surprise... the reverse/split accomplished nothing (other than regaining compliance, of course).
Wish they'd boost the PPS. My average sucks!
Won't another reverse/split be necessary soon for compliance?
This could use another NVIDIA surge.
That disclosure seems somewhat bullish, all things considered.
I'm now thoroughly convinced $JAGX has no bottom.
Selling pressure continues to mount.
No action since the recent reverse/split.
Countless tickers are struggling because of the economy.
What's up birdman? Will $ATER pop soon?
This ticker needs to pop already.
Ken is incapable of miracles; just a man.
I haven't heard that theory before (regarding 25.1). I never was good at riddles.
No one replied, so I guess not? Strange though.
Who said chivalry is dead, right?
No updates from the company? It's been forever.
Yeah, like cats and dogs. He had the hierarchical advantage however and unjustifiably removed a lot of my replies.
$0.01? This used to trade for dollars.
Could be institutions loading at cheap prices, LOL.
Any news from Lovatt? I'm not on Twitter/X.
