Nothing close to a sell off has happened. It appears that so far today the breakdown is close to this

Sells - 67,500

That is about 17,500 more sells then buys....this is all of between $400 and $500

Not much of anything going on....I did see the MMs were willing to walk it down on a bunch of 5K share transactions which is about $100 a transaction. They are more then willing to take some shares off anyone willing to give them away for .02

If any buying was to come in, it would take about 15K shares to take it back to .04......

Huge Dollar Buys coming through on GLGT

I certainly have no problem holding this for as long as it takes. I don't think there is any doubt that good things will come, the only question is when, If it stays here I will continue to add more shares as the funds become available. It's not very often that an opportunity like this comes along and I plan on taking advantage of it. The mind set of most on these boards is to get out of anything that is not moving "now". They will be the ones who jump in once the news hits and make a quick 50% gain and then look for another stock. There are a lot of very good traders who do very well trading that way and I have certainly used that strategy at times as well but this is one of those opportunities that do not come around that often. Those who get in now and are willing to hold should do very well.

NITE has sit on the bid today collecting a lot of shares for someone. There have been a number of sells at .0012 and yet he has continued to sit there collecting them. Someone is supporting this thing at .0012. I have to believe that this is a very positive sign. I have not went through the time and sales for the day to get an exact total but it's obvious that he has picked up quite a few million shares at .0012

I think it makes sense to have the holding company go public with all of the companies him and his wife have started as subsidiaries of it. If this is true this is a huge home run for shareholders of AXGI....looking forward to seeing how this all plays out.

I am assuming that Key Co & Assoc is a company that is over all of the ventures that Joe is involved with. It would certainly make since that Joe would want to take them public at some point. I am still trying to find out how many different companies are subsidiaries of Key Co but if this is the company Joe is moving into AXGI, all I can say is everyone who already holds stock here should be very happy as this unfolds. Still waiting for the person at Spyder to get back in touch with me.

When you posted this I became curious as to the possibility that this could be the company that might be taken public in AXGI. I found the contact person at the company and wrote asking if they had intentions of going public any time in the future. The reply I got back stated that Spyder Products is one of a number of companies that is under the umbrella of a mother company called Key Co. & Assoc. I am now trying to get more information from them on this company and their plans but I can tell you that the CEO of Key Co & Assoc is none other then Joe Roetheli. Some of the other facts I found on this company is the company is listed as Management Consultants and is a private company with 10 to 19 employees. Their annual sales are listed as between $1 and $2.5 million and is located in Kansas City Mo. I am now trying to get more information from them and will post whatever I find

GLGT Huge buys coming in and volume going crazy in last couple of minutes

Buys are coming in fast

There seems to be a lot of these reactivation/merger type plays the last month. There have been some real nice gains to be had on most of them, so jumping in here on this one. Let's hope we see this one run back over .01 in the next few weeks.

Well one thing that is actually mind boggling is that the price has went from .05 to .60 with basically no news....tells me that something really big is going on behind the scenes....I think a dollar is certainly in the cards before too much longer

A buy of over 12K dollars just sent the MMs running for cover....ask now .99.....I think we are seeing a pretty good indication that the float is pretty close to dry....could get interesting with any buying, maybe the right time for the PR company to come out with something

Exactly, the float is so small that a couple of people panic and the MMs are going to drop it as fast as they can to pick up those shares as cheap as possible. It is going to be a stock that has some big ups and downs but I'm looking at the big picture and hold this for big gains and not just a couple of pennies and I'm certainly not going to let a few panic sellers and a drop in price make me sell any of my shares. I have confidence that adding some shares when it drops and holding onto them for a few months will prove to show a very nice profit to those who do.

Don I'm sure you know a lot about what has went on with this company in the past and I'm also sure that you do not hold the stock in very high regard after what you have been through. We have all been there and been through companies that have given promises and nothing has happened for long periods of time. You have ever right to feel the way you do but your statement that becoming active is not any great breaking news is totally wrong. Just check some of the recent companies that have become active after years of no activity. The records of these type plays are tremendous. This is a very nice opportunity to take advantage of a situation we don't get to see all that often and the upside can be tremendous on these plays especially when the float is so small. Good luck to you in what ever you decide but step back and take a look at this from a non-biased opinion and I think you will be able to see how big this opportunity can be.

Yea it won't take very much......once that happens I think we will see an entirely different group of investors getting involved

Grabbed some earlier today as this looks like one with the reward risk ratio right where I like it.....With the tremendously small float here, this could be one of those huge gainers you hope to find a few times each year.....next few weeks should be interesting

AUCI starting to heat up again

Just a matter of time. The company is taking all of the right steps to be very successful. As I said over a year ago, there is a plan in place to make the right people very aware of this stock and the potential that is there. There are very few shares available as we saw with the buying the last few weeks. Most of the shares are tied up in hands that have no intention of selling any time soon.

The PR firm will be getting the word out to the every day investor over the next few months and I think you will see many contracts announced. More and more every day investors will become aware of this company and the potential that is there but the real meat is when the stock price gets over a dollar and investors with a little more clout can become involved. This is all my opinion but I don't think that day is very far in the future.

I loved this stock over two years ago when I started buying it and I love it even more today. Anyone who watched the trading the last month should have a pretty good idea where this is heading. Those $15,000 buys were not by speculators.


Of course this is nothing more then my opinion which means absolutely nothing, just ask my wife.

The first of what will hopefully be many contract announcements by the company. I believe this is only the beginning but like I have said in the past, this company continue to be very under valued. After making a nice steady move up from the .05 range, the stock has been consolidating here around .50 I think it is only getting warmed up but that is nothing more then my opinion.

It's been quite a while in coming but those who have kept the faith are finally going to be rewarded. With the share structure and small float the opportunity is there for this to move up quite a bit from these levels. It would seem that this is still a very good entry point.

Yea and every time he buys a block this baby moves up a few more ticks......if and when volume comes in it should move quick

NITE is buying for an individual, the question is who? Someone who knows some news is coming, someone who has an affiliation with the company or is it just an average investor like one of us who is picking up shares in anticipation of the PR campaign that seems like a sure thing. It would seem to be a positive no matter who is buying.

I started accumulating this stock over 2 1/2 years ago. I loved what I saw then and have continued to believe that patience would pay off. It now looks like they are finally ready to start getting the story out to the investing world. I still expect it to take patience for this to fully play out to the potential that is there but I knew when I started accumulating this stock that it was a long term play. At times it was hard to convince anyone that there was potential here and the company certainly did nothing to give a clue anything was happening. When a stock averages 3 or 4 trades every 3 months and one or two of those are yours, it's pretty evident that there is not much interest. Hopefully those days are now a thing of the past. There are obviously some people now accumulating and that is a pretty good indicator that it's not long until the rest of the investment world starts learning why. GLTA

Still many of us around patiently waiting and accumulating when possible....it's not if but when the price moves higher.....once we hear some news with plans, it is going to move quick and getting shares will be tough.....going to be great seeing this story unfold

It's always nice to find these that are moving up and yet there is still not talk all over the boards. Once we start getting some info and more people become aware of it, we should have a nice little ride.
