EZEE Debt use to be a mortgage company. When the housing market came to a crash, they changed over to debt consolidation/loan modification.
Did you not understand the question? I know what a FEE is. My question is how much does EZEE make after all their expenses and taxes are paid.
I wonder how much of that $3000 per client they see after all the bills and taxes are paid?

You really seem to be hung up on how big of a deal the work going on in Montana. Considering Montana has a population of less than 1 million, it would seem that any projects in the state are very insignificant.

Time to bring this board back from the dead.
Is RCCH a scam? There's been lots of chatter on the board about a uplisting to a international exchange.

I know that in the past you've been able to point out the bad ones months in advance (pnms)
TIA
I heard they were having problems with their scanner.

Companies do that all the time on the pinks and OTCBB, its actually pretty simple. Once a TA is gaged, insiders short the restricted shares they have received. The eventually cover the shares and take a profit. So now they still have the shares and they sell them when the restricted period is over.
These companies are on this exchange for a reason, because they're all looking for capital.
If you truly believe that RCC doesn't need the money, then why are they a public company?
Soon you guys will be saying, "Holden the PYRITE"
Ever hear that saying, Good companies are obvious. All DD is wasted time trying to convince yourself that you invested in a good one.
The MM have already screwed most of the investors here. They made you think that by all the shares traded in the past year, that there is this Huge NSS on the stock. I hate to burst the boards bubble, bu that's not the case. Most of that volume was MM trading the same amount of shares back and forth between them. They did this because they are the first ones to see when additional shares are being sold by the company. They have to get the price down as low as possible to get as many of these shares into the market as possible.
Save this post, you're be happy that you did.
For sake of argument, what happens if after the audit, there turns out to be only xx,xxx naked short/FTD shares. Would anyone like to explain why the stock is trading @.000x level if that is the case.
Don't be surprised in there is no bid in a few days.
I think an apology is in order for me. Many times over I was called a shorter when in reality I was just the messenger trying to tell you what was really going on here.
Week 1 - San Diego Chargers
Thanks

When this company releases current financial information, as in an SEC filing, then I'll start to believe what is released in a PR from the company. Until that point, those PRs are worth about as much as it cost to release them. IMO
Haven't been around here in awhile. After catching up on some of the recent posts, I'd say that there's quite a bit of confusion going here. What happened to dollar land, or penny land? Seems like RCCH is stuck in subpenny land. And you guys thought I was the crazy one.
That's totally true, every storm is different. Charley was farther south in the Caribbean, south of Jamaica and then first made land fall in the western part of Cubs.
Fay is north of Jamaica and riding along the southern cost of Cuba. If it starts to move farther north, over Cuba, it will probably disorganize somewhat and continue to be a tropical storm. Right now a good portion of the computer models have it making landfall between Pensacola and Gainesville.

Boots & Coots Signs 2-Year Hydraulic Workover & Safeguard Contract in Libya
Wednesday July 30, 4:30 pm ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boots & Coots International Well Control, Inc. (Amex:WEL - News) announced it has signed a multi-service contract with Libya’s Harouge Oil Operations Company. The new contract, valued at close to $15 million for a two year period, with optional one year extensions, provides for one hydraulic workover unit and a Safeguard prevention well control specialist for Harouge’s Amal field.
“In seeking economic efficiency in maintaining its field, Harouge has selected Boots & Coots’ snubbing services as a viable alternative to standard workover, along with our training and risk management services,” stated Jerry Winchester, president and chief executive officer. “We’re excited to work with Harouge and believe opportunities to extend and bundle our services under long-term contracts and provide similar programs to other oil-producing companies will continue.”
The hydraulic workover and prevention services provided under the contract give Harouge in-house first responder capabilities and will help the oil company achieve its field maintenance and production objectives.
Boots & Coots currently performs services under hydraulic workover/snubbing and/or Safeguard contracts in the North African neighboring countries, Algeria and Egypt, as well as in West Africa, the Middle-East, Venezuela, India, Oman and domestically in the US.

Typical pinksheet scenario, TA gagged now, will there be more dilution? IMO it's very likely they will max out the OS. Good Luck to you guys.
I really think OTC/pink stocks have their best years behind them now. People don't have money to throw around like they did 2, 3 or 5 years ago. And I think that has a big effect on the volatility factor and volume that these stocks use to see.
Don't get me wrong there's still going to be those 1000%+ gainers now and then. But with how volatile the big boards have been, there is probably almost the same amount of reward, with a lot lower risk to trade them instead of this garbage.
I sold this morning @.003 40,600 shares, it double printed and then upticked to .0035
According to the L2, both trades were sells.
I'm gonna buy too....looks good.
Are you serious $0.28? And it closed at .005 today...I better buy some tomorrow.
That's the same pinky response given by hundreds of CEO's. The funny part is that there are 1000's of companies listed on the AMEX, NASDQ and NYSE and they seem to be doing fine by filing their financial statements on a regular basis.
If anyone thinks that this is a company that is making millions of dollars should really re-think the entire situation.
Excellent close...those lily pads getting bigger week by week.
RCCH going down, down, down. Where she stops nobody knows!!
They aren't moving to a new exchange, I don't believe anything I read in a pinky PR.
IMO, regardless of who the company or what kind of work they do, when a stock hits the .000X area, an RS is usually just around the corner.
I'll address it...there is no doubt that some of the volume can be caused by shares going into the float. But a large portion is just MMs moving shares back and forth between each other. They create volume, drop the price a little bit and they try to get people to panic and sell their shares.
Nobody can sell because there is nothing left to sell. Nobody will be getting shares of a new company. If they were getting them, it would have been at the same time the company was dissolved.
that article had nothing to do with naked shorting. For someone that's been around ihub as long as you have been, I'd think you know what the difference is.
If the 5m in volume today isn't evidence that those shares added to the OS aren't restricted, I don't know what is. Add this to your memory bank about how mgmt can kill a low floater in less then 5 months.
3.8m in volume is not little by any means.
And don't forget all the buyers coming in from the exposure at the EPA conference, where are all the buyers at?
