It's probably going to be a slow week this week because of Thanksgiving. I figure everyone will pretty much hold with low volume.
Agreed. There shouldn't be large volume at all. Lots of folks holding large positions (like myself in hopes for the future). Looking back, Reachout has far more of an impact than PJ. While I was excited at the potential of PJ, the fact that worth of the company is exponentially larger than PJ. PJ had the advantage of a product that we as investors could see for an end user and that it was a live product with potential advertising revenue streams. While Reachout may not have such a public facing product, Cybersecurity has been a hot topic for years and going forward. I believe their current capitalization was somewhere around $30-40 million and they're still going to acquire more in the world of MPS.
Yep. I had initial heartburn but glad I didn't sell one share. Just a gut feeling. Hope I'm right holding long on this one :)
yep. Rick did say that. I also emailed him late last week but no answer so far.
nah...I don't think so but we've got a runner. I'd be happy to finish the day in the low 0.008s to mid 0.008s.
Hopefully this will be the diamond in the rough everyone constantly searches for in the 'OTC'. My portfolio has been hammered in the last few years thanks to inflation, the economy, politics, world events/strife, etc. If this were to run and the merger confirmed would be a nice way to start 2024.
Sometimes patience is a virtue...late afternoon bargain hunters buying :)
lol let's hope not! So I take it you got in right after it had collapsed price wise from the $10+ highs? I think it had reached near $12 in the 2010-11 didn't it?
Slow and steady wins the race.
Have a great Thanksgiving btw, and to others if I forget.
I don't think there are that many of us long holders that write on this board lol but it's great company we keep. Patience is a virtue with this one. Good things hopefully will come to those that wait patiently :)
That's a great assessment wolf! I can't argue with your logic :) I'd certainly be happy with $6 a share and retire a multi-millionaire :)
Thanks as usual Gtc! I guess we'll just have to wait and see what PR and other financial reporting comes up in the coming months such as a date for the actual acquisition, etc.
I figure that the pps could be over $10 within several years of mining as dividends are given out, etc. I'd still be happy with $6-8 though in the first year or two.
Let's say the price keeps increasing per share with the current pool of investors. Isn't that a good thing for Reachout? To show that you have 'assets' via shareholders where could use to generate capital for internal investment, etc. correct? Doesn't the market cap help a company's balance sheet? In the video Rick did talk about how current YCRM investors would have opportunities for long term gains over several years and longer as additional MSP mergers take place and revenue continues to grow (i.e. dividends). Thoughts?
Bulls? How about the whole freaking herd??!
Thanks Gtc. I too was wondering what that means for us after reading that statement SEVERAL times lol.
So glad I didn't sell one share after the PJ debacle :) Maybe I'll get this one right lol.
This is exactly the news we needed. Rick directly addressing us as YCRM holders/investors :) In the video he also alluded to mergers and acquisitions happening with cybersecurity entities he's looking at over the next 'few years'. Again if this comes to fruition and you're holding long, you could be a multi-millionaire, even if it gets to be a few dollars per share.
Kevin will certainly need him in a world where capital investments and loans are tight for sure.
Where did you see that? I know they're hiring a CFO but there was no mention of financing. I also wish they'd leave race out of their announcement. I don't care if their leadership is black, brown, etc. I just want to know if these people are competent. Wish people would refrain from the wokeness. Ability to execute knows no color. For the record I'm not white either.
Any activity, administratively or otherwise is good. I noticed the newswire referenced Roswell, GA. Interesting. I thought they were based in either Utah or CA?
I've been holding (and accumulating) since early 2021. Here's to hoping that 2024 brings us into production with them finally securing financing.

That's what I was thinking. The more DD and info I find on them and Reachout, the valuation is much larger than PJ and just the nature of what they do in terms of business. I just hope that us common shareholders aren't minimized too badly if the acquisition were to actually take place. As far as running, if a signed agreement in addition to more PR were to come WITH a timeline within the next 60-90 days to execute it, I bet this hits 0.05-0.07 pps easily, and of course this is purely speculation lol. I'm wondering if they're shooting for the beginning of the year (2024) to do this from a fiscal reporting standpoint?
I was here for the last run and potential reverse merger. If people are looking for quick news, etc. you're not going to get it. The last partner was extremely engaged and even held webinars on their product (which is live and usable) on a monthly basis which I thought was unique. I thought it was a done deal but crashed at the end. It's a risk you take in the OTC. While I'm glad there's was another arrangement waiting in the wings, I'm not going to hold my breath. The one thing that Reachout has going for it is it is a business now, with employees, revenue, etc. Only time will tell.
Wish we could get some insight to any R&D going on here. That would certainly go a long way.
lol join the 90% club. It's a risk we all take on the OTC. Here's to getting news out of the blue when you least expect it, and hopefully it'll be good news!
Hmmm. Does owning a share of LBRMF qualify for a LIM share?
Agreed. An unsigned document is peculiar and I guess isn't out of the norm on the OTC but still is shady. That's certainly logical. Much appreciated your connections and ability to communicate to these stakeholders in the way you have in the past. Luckily I'm in a good place so if it even makes a short run like it did to 0.03 a few weeks ago, I'll have done well and this time I may cash a portion out to get the gains. Let's just say it makes a run to silver or more, and you keep just a million shares (bought at 0.003 or lower), you're really sitting pretty. Certainly any PR or some other communication/news will certainly go a long way. Like many have said here, Tricky Dickey has a few tricks up his sleeve. You just have to be savvy enough to recognize it.
Like you said Gtc, one thing is for sure, Rick and Harrington are well known. Would they dabble in such a risky acquisition? Maybe this is the one that comes to fruition. Still time will tell and once PR comes out. I’m holding fast.
Yep. And people still bought over ~$500K worth of it today :) Crazy.
your mom said to go back in the basement. Your lunch isn't ready yet.
Until there's a date of the acquisition announced or some other PR, I think it'll stay volatile up and down. The question is, what is the floor or ceiling until then?
pay darth maul no attention. He likes to talk to himself.
Much appreciated. I’ve already spent half an hour reading on acquisitions and what happens with preferred, common stock, etc and the risks involved. I’ll definitely go back now and read the 8K again with info between you, Gtc and what I read this morning… here’s to something actually happening this go round.
Thx Gtc. I’m not as savvy as some of you guys understanding and interpreting the 8K. Your insight and level of decorum in the discussions is invaluable. I certainly think this company has more ‘firepower’ than PJ and Rick seems to be a more proven businessman/etc than James and is well known. Their company is certainly legitimate. I’m just thankful that another arrangement was waiting in the wings. I’m thankful I didn’t sell one share last week lol. Something told me to just stay put this time. Glad I did lol.
Well that sucks. So will the ticker change in the acquisition? What else changes? Thoughts?
