Again, in your opinion, what are the chances of a Michael Alexander with the same middle initial, same age, same wife, living in the same county. Moreover, how do you know some clerk at the courthouse didn't get mug shots messed up as they were compiled online? The chances of that happening are much greater IMO that the preceeding chain of events aforementioned.

That doesn't verify anything. I bet if you took a poll, you'd have quite a few people that couldn't completely rule out it's not him. Keep in mind that mug was probably taken in the mid 90's, at least ten years ago.

How was it verified? This means there's 2 MA's with the name middle initial, same wife, same age and living relatively next door to each other.

Looks to me like someone took a flash drive to the BBQ and hooked it up to Rufu's computer when he wasn't looking. BTW, I still am having a hard time believing that MA wasn't arrested. The likelihood of two people living in the same county, with the same name and middle initial, same age and same wife is just way to much to believe. Wow, so now our Michael Alexander is the same age. A little strange don't you think? Same town, same age, same name, same middle initial, same wife's name. Coinicidence? My theory is starting to hold some water here.

I got a picture of him from the shareholder's meeting in Texas. What we really need is a birthday or an age to prove or disprove that this guy is MA.

I am not trying to defame in any way MA. I simply was doing some digging in the Denton County records and came across this. I don't care if you think the guy in the mug shot is MA or not. I believe this is MA because I know:
1, MA resides in Denton Co. Texas.
2, MA's middle name starts with a D as per the filing yesterday.
3, MA's wife's name is Paula as per her name tag she is wearing at the shareholders's meeting on MA's web site rufusvssec.com.
4, Someone named Michael Dean Alexander and Paula Alexander had their vehicle seized by the sherrif. Therefore, I deducted that MA's middle name is Dean.
5, A month before that vehicle was seized, a Michael Dean Alexander was charged and pled guilty to possesion of marajuana.
6, That same individual was charged and pled guilty to harrassment in the 90s.
7, Unless there is another Mike and Paula Alexander living in Denton Co., then yes this is not our MA. Is it a coincedence? Maybe but it is unlikely. That's for you to decide. These are public records and I'm not making them up or trying to defame anyone. Just trying to find answers just like all of you.

Same guy had his car seized though too, a month after the marajuana charge. Listed under Michael Dean Alexander and Paula Alexander-the name of his wife, plus the attorney, Hunsucker, is the same guy for all of MA's civil dealings when you do a civil records search. It's got to be him.

Just type, alexander, michael. Dean is his middle name. There's a couple cases mixed in there with someone else when you do it that way, but for some reason it won't return any matches when you search with his middle name as well.

I did some DD on Mike Alexander last night. Seems our old pal pleaded guilty to possesion of the mary jane 4 years ago and prior to that, pleaded guilty to harassment. You should see his mug shot. It's a jewel.
