Hey Mario, at least my posts have substance. Each addresses past errors that were never resolved, current errors, and likely future errors. I also post when I see the company heading in the right direction. The Internal Battery shipping issue needs to be honestly explained to shareholders. We as shareholders need to know how much of a problem this will be. If Rossi had always been honest in the past we would give him a lot more leeway however......
Hey Mario! It is not being unreasonable to want to know if the Internal Batteries have even shipped yet. This rollout was promised months ago. The status of the batteries is a microcosm for how the next year here at WKSP will commence. If Rossi gives an unclear response it is because he knows they are still in their country of origin C. If they are already shipping then they can be tracked and we can have a time frame. It is impossible for me to believe that the batteries could not have been fast tracked for the demonstration, at least a limited amount of them. What batteries were used in testing and did they fail after use? Where did they go? We as shareholders need to know these things.
Thanks for the response, I even agree with a portion of it. I also appreciate anything that looks like a well thought out response. I'll bet Rossi gives you no specifics to the internal battery question email. That will mean shipping has not even begun yet. If it is in transit via vessel at least we have a timeframe for delivery. This is vital information for shareholders to know because it paints a picture for future success or woes caused by shipping complications.
Today is December 11th, any update on the internal batteries? Are they currently in transit? IMO # of the vessel? Shareholders need to know? Seems like so many unimportant questions get answers here, and this one is important to our investment. We need to know just how bad things are.

@MicrocapsNews I just watched this WKSP presentation and it wasn’t a conference presentation. It was a pre recorded rehearsed infomercial . Does anyone else feel the same way? Why can’t he give us a live presentation detailing relevant details followed by a question and answer session . I would ask him about status of preorders and timelines .

@SpyderWeb99 @MicrocapsNews I’m not a fan of how Rossi communicates. He speaks in generalities and non descriptive language which sends my rip off radar into action. For someone that wants investors and his company being noticed he isn’t giving anyone the specific details investors want. There’s been no mention of how many pre-orders, no mention of specific details on the prototyping.
LUCID is a prime example of how to communicate. Rawlinson gave investors what his expectations were and then provided details on “how” he was going to get there. We get none of that from Rossi.

I totally agree !! This picture pretty much sums up why there isn’t more institutional ownership . Here is a picture of the CEO presenting at the Raymond James conference in Florida . The entire audience which probably consisted of reps from the big institutions are dressed in suits but here he is presenting in blue jeans and gym shoes . if I were in the audience , I would not take him seriously . There are two questions I would ask him if I could . The first question would be how many employees does Worksport current employ . I’m Hoping it’s more than 10 employees . The second question would be for him to show us a picture of the new warehouse production floor where they are planning to build the Terravis product . The answers to these 2 questions would tell us a lot . Yes I am bitter right now because I’m sitting on a lot of shares at a cost basis of $9.00. I’m just hoping they can BS their way up to $9.00 again and then I’m out and not looking back .

I have bought this stock at many different times. I like to buy it after it tanks, wait for the next rise then I sell when it tanks again. I did buy again after the precipitous drop after the R/S. What I don't care for is dishonesty. The """"""70""""""""Mil OEM, dishonesty about the R/S and price setting, dishonesty about production capacity, dishonesty about the supply. Where in shipping process are the Internal Batteries? If we can't get enough for the demonstration what did they use to test? Are the tests just simulations? Are all of our unassembled parts from China? Worksport would be a lot better off if they were just honest about all of these things.

I am starting to have some FOMO. I am afraid of missing out on literally hundreds of other stocks. WKSP is very close to losing what remained of my interest in this stock. Please update on the status of the internal battery shipment.
The reason why a share buyback of 4 mil or would be helpful is that the trust of WKSP shareholders has waned significantly. Trust needs to be reestablished pronto. Rossi needs to show commitment to shareholders especially after the disaster of the R/S. We all saw that the company collected millions while shareholders were left -45%. What you fail to understand is that the loyalty and trust WKSP shareholders had for this company was the most valuable commodity in Worksports possession. Rossi is currently not giving us the truth about the battery shipment status. Why not just tell the shareholders where the internal batteries are in the shipping process?
Smoke and Mirrors, Fluff and Puff. We're going be an OEM ohhhh, ahhhhh. The pre-assembled materials are still going to be coming from China which means we still have a major problem. We have a minor capacity factory and labor, we are not taking the automotive industry by storm, get real. TerraVis and Cor are the only thing that matters now. The internal batteries are critical to move forward and we need to know the truth on how their shipment is proceeding. If they have not shipped yet we may have a major problem and possibly an adversary in China, they may be sabotaging us on purpose for their own purposes. Rossi needs to come clean and let us know the status of the shipment, we are the shareholders. Institutions have 800,000 shares huh, WOW so impressive, most would dump at $8.00 if they could I'll wager.
Better SP today even if unearned.

Funny to see Lordstown Endurance name which is a total dumpster fire (worse that WKSP). Point is why can't we get better partners? Our partners need us more than we need them. My gut tells me Hercules is 2024 at best. Atlis probably the same. I am talking about production in numbers that make them any real use to us, not a prototype. I do like Prieto battery a LOT!!! IF they go public BUY BUY BUY. Atlis also looks like they could be pretty good in the tabless battery department. Unfortunately Atlis is probably a lot further out than they say as well. A lot of future promises similar to ............um I forgot.

Get me the IMO # for the the vessel that has the batteries. Seems by far like the most important thing to ask S. Rossi. If they are not currently shipping we should dump ASAP. These are very special batteries Hecteros, they are coming all the way from China and are very dense. Once we get the batteries nothing can get in our way!!!

Yeah, the R/S was a foolhardy move for sure. NASDAQ expects results! Standard cover business is DIW. Not sure if production goals are at all obtainable. C probably is stealing design and building as we speak. People on this site cheered everything too, at least those that are still here. The rest vamoosed.

If the batteries are shipping, on a vessel it can be tracked. The timeline for transit is nearly exact. We should be cheering the vessel into port and have a ticker for when it will arrives. This is not guesswork. This can be exciting if played right. That is, if it is already on a vessel. I am sure it is Ch to Can...long haul.

Also, for the love of all that is holy, please stop the Carbon rhetoric and start worrying about shareholders and products/products. Governments don't want products they want kickbacks which Worksport can't afford. Guess what, the contracts will never go to Worksport. Throw the Hydrogen concept in the trash, contracts will go to someone else guaranteed....put that in your pipe and puff.

I actually want this company to succeed. Over the last 18 months I have watched error after error (almost all supported by members of this board who are still here). I have watched repeated failures to meet deadlines or revenue goals. Reading back from the beginning (pre WKSP) there have been massive failures tactical and strategic, for which no retribution was paid. I have watched failure to address or apologize for root causes of problems now being faced. However, I still like the product (if it ever materializes). I still think that moving Rossi into a strictly engineering capacity would help the company. His face lowers my confidence in company every time I see it. Like a JV ball player trying to make it in the Majors.

No, I have never mentioned the next R/S, but hey it is obvious Rossi would do it to squeeze a few more bucks out of ya. Also, it is clear that not much will prop up share value for the near to mid term. I do look forward to the prototype release when we have enough batteries to charge a single unit.
Notice, nothing left in here but "yes men", that is because all of the other investors are jumping ship. These were loyal investors. The problem is every excuse they give today will be projected into 2022 and beyond. But hey, that next R/S is probably the answer :). I give honest praise and criticism, WKSP could have used a lot more of that in the past 2 years. Some people have been claiming next quarter would be a surprise for the last 5 quarters. As of the date of this release, we are waiting for the internal batteries to arrive. There have been some delays in shipping due to batteries of this energy capacity not able to be shipped conventionally. Regardless of shipping delays, management believes that it will be able to debut the Terravis COR and solar cover, demonstrating its capabilities for consumers and investors publicly before the end of 2021.

I read the article, sounds awful. We don't even have enough batteries to put together a working prototype? That is pathetic beyond words. How will this ever be produced at a level where profits can be generated? They are from China I'm sure. None of our machinery is ready. Management is also preemptively blaming, you guessed it, CV-19 for any issues they may run into. Also, it looks like there was little to 0 actual retrospective of 2021. I think we we get a lot worse before things get better. Maybe they should have been working on these problems 2019, 2020 and 2021 instead of planning how to milk shareholders for every penny they could get?
...They were involved in the up-list and R/S and have a vested interest. Todays action showed that people can only be fooled for a short time with junk food.

It is never smart to brag about WKSP. I bet you felt a lot more intelligent at $4.10 yesterday. The banana is still soft and will not firm up until revenues or partnerships with actual producers are established. The results of the tests reported yesterday are excellent and really make the product more viable than I expected. I bought at $3.70 and don't know if it was smart or stupid.
Those tests look great. Better than hoped for. Rates of charge for TerraVis are game-changing.
I don't like the stock at the moment because business performance has been poor, period. The core business model is in shambles. The TerraVis and COR product concepts I like a lot and am hopeful they will come to fruition. My main issue right now is that Rossi has gone a long way to turn this stock toxic to institutions and private buyers. I figure a good bet is to always do the opposite of what you say, you have an excellent track record for being incorrect, even as logic is carefully presented to you.
It is clear that Rossi is an engineering and manufacturing man. Unfortunately a CEO needs to know business beyond perusing stock chatrooms.

2019 is apples to oranges as we were using cheap/slave Chinese labor at that time. If it makes you feel better I think WKSP has a better chance than Ride by far. WKSP probably has a 30% chance, I suspect RIDE (LORDSTOWN MOTORS) is more like 8%.
My response was part of a conversation, I agree, hopefully the future is where its at!
