very much worth it. i'm 190 and i learned just a few years ago. doesn't take too long either, well the basics anyway. theory is the basis and then experience does the rest.

imo, the chart may be a little screwed up and needs to be taken with a grain of salt now that the 504's are done. the decreased volume may signal some momentum indicators to go south when in fact things aren't actually that bleak for the stock as a whole. not in but just giving my two cents.

I've always been perplexed about this kind of thing. True. People can "screw up" a chart, but as much as that's true, it seems to me that you gotta look at more than the immediate PPS on stockcharts b/c that's just based on the closing price. Too many games can be played by MM's and pumpers to make a chart look deceptive - by painting it red or knocking out the next uptick right before the bell. This has always been one of the major reasons my mentors' don't believe purely in technical analysis. TA is the best thing to happen to traders IMO, but gotta look at other things and the trend itself is more important than any one day or even a week for that matter. Slower indicators usually filter out the noise on that kinda stuff for me anyway. Even after that, momo trumps everything.

yeh. it's annoying when news doesn't get to every source. i think i'm gonna make a central news site that puts it all in one place from all the major sources and eliminates duplicates.
