Mart was the big investor in Frankie. He had tens of millions of shares and had followed Billy and the previous fellow for almost two decades during which the duo made promises of doing something in Bowleevia that would make the company viable.
Not one of their schemes came to fruition.
Haven't heard from Mart in years.

The difficult weather situations in Texas and possibly in your area are probably being caused to some extent by frozen power windmills and solar panels that can't "see" the sun because of clouds and the snow.
The pell mell rush to becoming dependent on alternative power sans reliable gas generation is showing its slip.
My opinion.
Trueheart
I feel for you guys.
The news stories about ice and snow and the plunging cold temperatures are startling. Videos show cars and trucks completely losing traction and skidding on ice-covered roads, going sideways and backwards and spinning, plowing into other vehicles.
Reports show many losing power and heat!
Please be safe and stay off the roads if you can.
Trueheart
Hey Ske and all, hope you're enjoying your day.
I just saw the news about a major storm heading your way. It's the Polar Vortex and it may have your area on its menu.
Be careful.
Trueheart
Yeah, yeah. The company upgraded equipment for Pelacayo and the big mother lode at Cerro Rico. Then there was the gold sale, the hydroelectric generators, the tin sales, gas and oil in the highlands, the airline, gold dredges, etc.
Billy and his predecessor posted their fantasies but nothing came to fruition over many years.
Play it as best you can, but until the company actually puts a shovel in the ground, processes the ore and sells it, you are at your own peril.
I had a lot of fun here after I realized that nothing had ever happened. There were the mama llamas and the coochi-coochi girls and the emaciated boy miners.
Trueehart
I don't think there is a person on the pro side who is a true believer in the viability of the company. It's merely a vehicle to make money.
The deal here as it has always been is that the pro players will buy cheap and sell high and the latecomers will buy high and sell low.
It's wash and rinse, unless the Kryenhagen Formation in the San Joaquin Valley proves to be an oil bonanza.
Trueheart
You said, "I suspect that several of the SA shills left with Jugs."
Jugs died of cancer, goddamnit!
Trueheart
Regarding NGL, it's investors and the state of the company, vindictiveness and callousness are not the qualities of a mensch.
Trueheart
EZ, good Super Bowl Sunday to you and all,
The best part of seeing the game today is I won't have to watch TV sports show hosts talk endlessly about the teams' chances given the old man vs. the kid QBs, the weather, COVID, who wants to win it more and the odds. But then, come Monday, the TV sports guys will have something to chew on for a week.
I watched the races yesterday as I popped in and out of my home while doing outside chores under clear blue skies. Snow covered the infield at Aqueduct and Oaklawn was a-splash with rain. Life and water distribution and TV sports talk shows are not fair.
Enjoy the game.
Trueheart
Yikes, Ske, that's warm, but the eighty degrees seems about right for Galveston.
Sounds like your brother is enjoying the good retirement life.
Trueheart
Hey, EZ,
Send some of the cold and snow and wet to my burg. I'm running my sprinklers!!! It's the middle of our rain season and we're down 60% so far. Seventy degrees today. The "do you have spare change" guys are wearing shorts.

Correction: $2.7 billion lawsuit bu Smartmatic.
I'm sorry about my mistake.
Trueheart
Yes, Leftovers, Jugs passed away a couple of weeks ago.
We all miss Len.
Trueheart
I'm sure you're all aware of Smartmatic's $2.3-billion lawsuits just launched against Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Fox news, Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro.
Essentially, the lawsuits are written pretty much like the Dominion lawsuits, characterizing defamation, damage to reputation and business, and threats to the company and its employees.
Their lead attorney, who is a leading lawyer in the field of defamation, said his client will have an easier time proving defamation as Smartmatic was involved only in serving Los Angeles County. The lawsuit alleges that all the parties being sued spread information that the company was involved in a nation-wide scheme to alter the election, partnering with Dominion to change the results.
If these lawsuits go to trial, as in the Dominion lawsuits, during the discovery phase both the plaintiff and the defendants will have the opportunity to present their evidence.
As of today Powell has not responded to the Dominion lawsuit while Giuliani said he will vigorously defend himself as he stated he has proof that the company, indeed, manipulated the vote.
Trueheart
I sent a card to Jugs' wife, Joann, and mentioned that we all miss him.
Trueheart
That's a nice line up of stocks, Mr. EZ. Congrats.
Exceptin' for pogey bait Boeing, at least from my $211 point of view.
The company needs to announce something huge, something big such as its engineers have discovered a way use only a teaspoon of fuel to fly from LA to New York.
Giddy up!
Trueheart
I sent a card to Jugs' wife, Joann.
I mentioned his sense of humor, especially his love of puns.
I wrote that we all miss him.
Trueheart
Ahhhh, roger that.
Trueheart
I got the Moderna COVID shot this morning at the VA. I feel lethargic but haven't experienced soreness so far.
Trueheart
Hey Ske and all,
We're about to experience different weather from yours. Mandatory evacuations have been issued for the burn areas below last year's fires. Three inches of rain are on the menu beginning tonight and flash flood and debris flow warnings are in effect.
The warmer storm is coming in from the south so it will melt the snow at higher elevations.
My home will not be affected as it is situated on a ridge at 3,200 feet.
Trueheart
ValueNIncome, thanks for your marvelous analysis of the financial and distribution prospects of NGL. It is complete as you also responded to the remark regarding the call above 20 dollars.
Perhaps the critical post actually was in reference to Boeing (BA).
Trueheart
Hey, MG,
As to Japan possibly canceling the games, he said he'd give my money back if that occurred. He'll contact me from his home in Nigeria.
I wish I could help you get the announcing assignment for "chicks in leotards" as I'm sure the infield will be filled with comely, athletic women such as Big Gerta, the German shot putter, Ja!
I hope your travels are going well.
Trueheart
Thanks, Ske.
I'm excited about return.
I had intended to tell this board about the great money-making Olympics Games opportunity but the financial adviser asked me to keep the investment hush-hush between us, saying I shouldn't even tell my sons about the bonanza I'm going to share with them. He said, "Think about the big money surprise when you tell them after the Games."
Trueheart
NGL has not performed well overall. Comparing Boeing, they're in about the same situation. I'd sell both.
Trueheart
That $10K I got the other day has become a bonanza to be.
I was talking to my brother about it in a bar the other day and a stranger who heard our conversation approached our table and politely said he couldn't help overhearing our conversation. He said he was an investment consultant of renown and had just learned about the availability of broadcasting rights to the Olympic games.
Guess what? I am now the proud owner of the radio rights for all infield events such as the pole vault, high jump and shot put. I get 100% of the ad revenue! To show he was on the level he asked for only $7,000 and said I should put the rest into a fund for my grand kids. That touched me.
I can't wait for summer.
Trueheart
Thank you, K2. I appreciate your posting the WSJ story that was a source for my post regarding the lawsuit.
Your input here is invaluable.
Trueheart
Roger that, Trinity!
Trueheart
Trinity, I appreciate your input. Apparently, I should come out of my hole more often.
Thanks,
Trueheart
My sources for information regarding the Dominion Voting Systems defamation lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani are the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
I should have posted the sources.
Trueheart
Although NGL has overall not been a good investment, Boeing still is a piss poor investment. Sell!
Trueheart
Rudy Giuliani has been sued by Dominion Voting Systems for 1.3-billion dollars, citing "irreparable damage."
The defamation lawsuit follows a cease and desist letter issued to Giuliani earlier. As you're all aware. Giuliani continued to insist that Dominion was involved in election fraud though manipulation of its machines.
Giuliani said he welcomes the lawsuit as it will allow him to look into Dominion's practices. He also said that the lawsuit is an attempt by the company to quash free speech rights.
If the suit goes to trial, at discovery Giuliani will provide his evidence.
Dominion earlier sued attorney Sidney Powell who has not responded publicly. The company stated that it would not settle with her.
Trueheart
Thanks for posting the NGL chart. It kinda, sorta looks like the BA chart for comparison.
Trueheart
Jugs is gone and he will be missed here at NGL and at other sites.
I mourn his loss.
Trueheart
Hey, you got your number four in the Pegasus.
Knicks Go was a hand ride until the stretch when Rosario tapped him a couple of times to put the horse into overdrive. I liked the camera angle showing the trio of horses just behind the winner flying out in a phalanx at the top of the stretch, the gray shutting them down.
Glad to know that Hay-sus saved your bones.
Trueheart
The Pegasus is on my TV schedule!
Good luck on your picks.
Just watched the 6th at Aqueduct. Chestertown won going away under a great ride.
I love to see 'em run.
We're expecting snow tonight
Trueheart
EZ, I read that someone in Michigan won the Mega Millions jillion dollar payout.
If you are the winner, I know that you'd want to share a teeny tiny bit of your haul with a fellow Marine. Chesty would be proud of you.
Trueheart
Jugs died Monday.
May he rest in peace.
Trueheart
Thank you.
Trueheart
I have been chasing down numbers and addresses for Jugs.
May I ask why you didn't post the news before?
Thanks.
Trueheart
I'm sorry to hear that Jugs passed away.
Indeed, he was knowledgeable. At times I would scold him for his attachment to various stocks but we settled out differences. I recall his love for his animals. I miss him.
Please pass my condolences to his wife Joann.
Trueheart (David)
