The Important Dates of a Dividend
There are four major dates in the process of a company paying dividends:
Declaration date– This is the date on which the board of directors announces to shareholders and the market as a whole that the company will pay a dividend.
Ex-date or Ex-dividend date– On (or after) this date the security trades without its dividend. If you buy a dividend paying stock one day before the ex-dividend you will still get the dividend, but if you buy on the ex-dividend date, you won't get the dividend. Conversely, if you want to sell a stock and still receive a dividend that has been declared you need to sell on (or after) the ex-dividend day. The ex-date is the second business day before the date of record.
Date of record– This is the date on which the company looks at its records to see who the shareholders of the company are. An investor must be listed as a holder of record to ensure the right of a dividend payout.
Date of payment (payable date) – This is the date the company mails out the dividend to the holder of record. This date is generally a week or more after the date of record so that the company has sufficient time to ensure that it accurately pays all those who are entitled.

The record date or the settlement date is the gap of time it takes for your trade to be on record. So when you buy or sell a stock you will probably see in your account the settlement date and that is the record date. If you have a non-margin account and you sell a stock the funds are not available for trading or withdraw until the record date or settlement date. So all stock trades on the 5th will be on record on the record date of the 10th (3 business days)

thanks cow for the facts on the div.
for every action there is a reaction
that doesnt seem right but great if I get them.
As long as I hold some marginal securities in scottrade I have still have buying power with non-marginal stocks. Margin I guess is against the other stocks, but the buying power is there and I used it.
Well, I hated to lose the div. But with owning 3mm in the .004’s I had to let the .0008’s go. I know I’ll regret it but was in margin on those. So Murphy’s Law says we can go up now.
MLMD 5000 traded at .315
Florida135, If you would Private Reply your responses to me as some of my questions are answered in the responses that you post. I only email them if I absolutely can not find the answers to what I am looking for.
Just the numbers that were stated during the interview.
Since they extended the div. of MLMD I put in another order at .0009
Muller Media per interview..

Within "A" month we will "probably"
received from James 6/26 in regards to interview link and NS
We are working on improving the audio and posting a link.
Within "A" month we will "probably" release information about "Never
Submit" such as association or regarding casting. I don't know how it
came across on the interview but that is what I was intending to
communicate.
And BTW, we have not announced anything about the UFC or Pride, only
that we have discussions and that more news will follow about this
project.
Wasn’t there a Reg D to pay for SIIR?
Was gone all day so need to catch up on posts
how would you check the interview? do you have a link to it?

They would have a lot to gain by giving a dividend of shares of MLMD. Not only would it be a BIG boost to IPRE but if you were given lets say 100 shares of MLMD worth say .20 pps you might watch MLMD and add to your holdings. Now you own share of 2 of their companies. It would also show investors that there may be some concern for the shareholders and not just the company. I didn’t like James answer (attitude) when Simon asked about the company giving shareholders a dividend. Said that if one of the films made 100mm that may be considered. But would be nice if they considered it more.
not going to happen or a dividen would have been given in the form of shares of MLMD. a shareholder asked in interview and not an option. If you want shares of muller media you have to buy them.
Well I hope he replies to my emails without having to bother him with a phone call.
I dont understand. Did you get inside infromation?
"I got the word directly from the company"
No reply from James on the email that I sent this morning but will post the response when I receive it. From what I see is that in 2005, Ipre owned 85% interest in whiskers. Now showes owned by Muller Media. Does anyone know where I can find the facts on Whiskers?
sent an email to hopefully clarify ownership of Whiskers.
The interview touched on revenues for Whiskers and I thought I heard that revenues will be part of MLMD. Although we own 85-90% of MLMD. who owns Whiskers?
The PR’s for IPRE lists Whiskers as a feature film in post production and also on stockinfo.com and as IPRE’s film properties. Whiskers was listed as owned by IPRE long before the announcement of acquiring Muller Media
"In November 2005, we acquired the production and the right to an 85% interest in the feature film, Whiskers This film is set to begin production in the summer of 2006."
“On May 3rd we announced that Imperia Entertainment Acquires Subsidiary; Creates Family Film Division to assist with the production and release of "Whiskers": (key word assist)
And on May 3rd the news says the Muller owns Whiskers...
“the majority interest in Muller Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MLMD - News), a film distribution company, and has recapitalized Muller with Whiskers, LLC, Imperia's subsidiary that owns "Whiskers," the family feature film in pre-production. Imperia will continue to hold its equity interest in "Whiskers" through its ownership of securities in Muller.”
Yet in April and May Pr’s Whiskers is part of IPRE’s list of film properties.
That what I learned, post follows and pre precedes
I had to put the speaker to my ear for James, then Simon would say something and blow an eardrum which made it worse
I sent an email to hopefully clarifier ownership of Whiskers.
I don’t know if it was just me but I had a little trouble hearing James and Ken’s voice clearly in the interview. Simon’s voice was very clear so must have been the microphones.

The other I asked about was….
Because of tax incentives for shooting in Canada, the Canadian government will cover a big percentage of the budget. Also, sponsors who are interested in the project have already approached us and expressed interest.
Isn’t some of filming going to be done at UFC events?
Would filming at UFC events outside of Canada disqualify the above statement?
I hope not. LOL I minimized the window while it is loading as it took a few minutes
If you have not taken a view of Autograph, here is a link.
Catching up on some posts and was hoping to see a R/S update.
http://progressive.estelle.tv/Autograph/Autograph_320_A.html
There is a lot that I still need to understand with Muller Media and what Creates Family Film Division has to do with it. With IPRE’s tactics of hiding the R/S in a PR makes me a little cautious with what may be hiding in other PR’s but at this point will still hold most of what I own for now.
“On May 3rd we announced that Imperia Entertainment Acquires Subsidiary; Creates Family Film Division to assist with the production and release of "Whiskers":
WHISKERS
"Whiskers" is a family film about an intelligent seal, in danger of being euthanized for scientific study, who is released by a researcher's young daughter. As he is pursued by the "bad guys," Whiskers has various adventures with a family, and the young girl, who finds her first love through Whiskers. Whiskers is produced by Academy Award Winner Jordan Klein ("Flipper," "Jaws," "Splash").
According to a study made by the Dove Foundation of films made in the years 1989 through 2003, family films are 11 times more profitable than their R-rated counterparts. "Whiskers" is produced by Jordan Klein ("Flipper," "Jaws," "Cocoon") and follows the adventures of an intelligent sea lion and the family he befriends.

Monsoons over sunshine??? Banana you are a hoot!! Was in Arizona last August for a dance event at a resort in Carefree, AZ. Wow was it hot! but mostly indoors the whole time. Sunday night got hit with the most beautiful lightning storm I had ever seen and rain the size of golf balls.
I think that will be the plan funding through the dilution (sale) of MLMD shares.
The float is so low and lots of room for dilution.

I just hope Ken and James are not misleading IPRE shareholders with hype on Whiskers. Looking forward to seeing GREEN tomorrow and in the months to follow.
"We are excited that Imperia can take advantage of this enormous market, which targets the entire family as movie-goers, as opposed to the current 50% of the market, which is composed of 12-29 year olds who frequent 'PG' rated films," he added.
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2006--Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE - News) announced today that it has acquired the majority interest in Muller Media, Inc. The market cap should be about the same but the pps will get hammered. IMO
No hurry but the next time you send an email can you include this question? This is stated on the stockinfo site but did not hear it mentioned in the interview. If this is true, then a huge plus factor for IPRE.
“Because of tax incentives for shooting in Canada, the Canadian government will cover a big percentage of the budget. Also, sponsors who are interested in the project have already approached us and expressed interest.”

PS...this is my last question. everything else was answered in the interview. Thanks again
Florida, Thanks so much. I tried to find a re-broadcast link but I don’t think there is one yet.
One good note from the letter to Richard...
"They don't see that
once the RS is done, that there is no bad news on the horizon, and
several movies coming out."
Stockinfo site states this about budget for NS

Florida, do you know if the revenues from Whiskers will be included in IPRE’s revenues. I would need to listen to the interview again when we get a link to it. But I thought it mentioned that Whiskers revenues will go to Muller Media. Am I wrong?

excited with the future
Q: What are the present and upcoming properties of the company?
A: Here they are:
NEVER SUBMIT
We announced this film on April 20 after closing a partnership deal with a top MMA organization: http://www.allthatineed.net/pressrelease042006.html
An MMA movie aimed at the hard to reach, but big spending male demographic of 18-34.
Because of tax incentives for shooting in Canada, the Canadian government will cover a big percentage of the budget. Also, sponsors who are interested in the project have already approached us and expressed interest.
We will be shooting this movie Fall/Summer of this year.
ALL THAT I NEED (ATIN)
This was our first movie. A modest independent movie with no stars and budget under $400,000.00 that went on to be released in theatres. This allowed us to start a distribution wing for the company, so that we can release movies directly ourselves.
Around Dec 12th of 2005 I issued a shareholder letter for ATIN and how it did at the box office.
We plan to market the movie for further distribution opportunities at this year's Cannes Film Market, which is from May 17th-28th. Last year this movie got a standing ovation in screenings at the Cannes Film Market.
We are also working on a DVD that will contain bonus features such as deleted scenes, director's commentary and other bonuses. I am excited to release this special edition DVD when it is ready.
Website: www.allthatineed.net
We also just announced that IPRE has signed a distribution deal with ReelTime TV to Distribute Growing Library of Films and TV: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath% 3DCOMTEX%5Cbw%5C2006%5C04%5C20%5C77865763.html%26clientid%3D168%26 provider%3DBUSINESS_WIRE&symbol=IPRE
SAY IT IN RUSSIAN (SIIR)
We just finished shooting this movie on Super 35mm. It stars Faye Dunaway, Steven Brand and Rade Serbedzija, amongst many others, and was shot in Paris, Moscow and Los Angeles.
"Say it in Russian" is about a young American who meets a Russian girl in Paris and falls in love with her. He follows her to Moscow, where both of them become entwined in her father's dangerous situation.
We will have a trailer and promotional materials ready for Cannes, and we intend to negotiate distribution deals for the movie at that time. Distributors have already approached us. This movie is currently valued at between $10-20 million.
We have set a temporary release date for this movie of December 2006.

AUTOGRAPH
The long running and award-winning "Autograph" interview series, which currently airs on the Colours Television Network.
It won a Bronze Medal at the New York festivals in 2003 and a Gold Globe Award from the World Media Festival in Hamburg, in 2003.
"Autograph" is the celebrity interview show that sits viewers down with the A-list of Hollywood. In 26 one half hour episodes, featuring intimate interviews of notable stars, this series will remain a classic for centuries to come. Each episode digs deep and reveals who they are and what they think.
Here are some trailers for "Autograph": http://progressive.estelle.tv/Autograph/
Art, Is there a link to the interview anywhere. I listened to it on subpenny.com but would like to hear it again where they talked about muller media. I am unclear about the revenues from Whiskers.

So revenues of Whiskers will go to Muller Media? Does that mean they used IPRE’s shareholders money to acquire Muller Media but we don’t see the profits. It was listed as an IPRE feature film in post production.
