I deserve that.
Really trying to focus on COOP now that the LT is irrelavant
Yep
WMI didn't own anything though. The subs were liquidated and those proceeds should abide by the preferences.
Stash a little cash for the dog and pony show POR7
I'm just not sure everything is on the up and up.
WMI corporate governance/ liquidation preferences supercedes POR7.
This is what AZ is trying to explain.
Seems COOP will trade between $12.5-13 till news.
Absolutely no volume. The MMs just bounce around looking for day traders. I think they know if they take it much past 13, the technicals will chum up the traders and the MMs will lose their control.
IMO
Level II is frozen. Anyway to fix it?
Did anyone happen to write (and confirm receipt) to corporate regarding WMIH CH11 closure? I wish I would have paid closer attention.
"Stockholders who wish to introduce an item of business at an annual meeting of stockholders may do so in accordance with our Bylaw procedures... must provide a written notice timely received by us not sooner than December 13, 2019, but not later than January 12, 2020, at our principal executive offices."
Bingo!
Good open for COOP.
Hold $12.90 and I think we are looking up.
IMO

From COOP's 2019 annual report - Stock Holder Business Annual Meeting
"Stockholders who wish to introduce an item of business at an annual meeting of stockholders may do so in accordance with our Bylaw procedures... must provide a written notice timely received by us not sooner than December 13, 2019, but not later than January 12, 2020, at our principal executive offices."
Thats unnerving you haven't had luck in communications
COOP is the agenda.
I look forward to hearing ANYTHING from this company in regards to relevant financial info. As any investor should.
Thanks for proving my point.
Does the now irrelevant WMILT have anything to do with COOP?
I asked days ago about when earnings are coming. Crickets.
Ask about irrelevant info in the header.."leave now female"
Kinda weird
For a board that is supposedly is concerned with WAMU shareholders "fair and reasonable" the amount of vitrol I get for trying to discuss COOP is astonishing.

So move on..........
Exit ........stage left.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking me to sell my reorganized WMIH shares?
I said I was done hoping for HLCE.
I own reorganized shares, now labeled COOP.
Just trying to move on.
Admins.. at what point will you remove the WMILT info from the header? This is irrelevant information.
Ch11 was TERMINATED 1/23. No More WMILT
If COOP can get above $12.90 it is off to the races. IMO

When does Mr. Cooper Group announce earnings?
Are there any expectations?
Any acquisition this year?
Actually boarddork, I've always appreciated your input.
Do you have any guess as to why after everything has been wrapped up, we still are in the dark?
I know its hard to believe, but a lot of people probably lurked waiting for this to end.
I've been here. Reading posts and docs. I don't think those who see value/assets hidden from sight are necessarily wrong. I can only comment on what I see. Theft and deceit from beginning to end.
There was a GSA (I wasn't in the room). I released on good faith of fair and reasonable . After 11 years, the dust is settling.
I'm not out to teach anything. I have a few shares of COOP, that I received through the reorg. That is all I have.
Where is that committee today? I think MW did well already.
I think we agree
Disclosure Statement & POR7
Funny how we are not supposed to trust the trust.. except when they asked us to release.
Can the moderators remove the WMILT info from the header of this board?
Seems irrelevant now.
At what point will the topic of this board be about Nationstar/Xome and not about escrow?
How many earings will need to pass before the discussion turns to relevant topics?
Some here still can't see we are re-organized. The cards are on the table. Its done.
The same hedge funds you lambaste, will some how take you to a promise land?
I released. Though, I didn't own hundreds of thousands of shares as some here profess. I watched everything spiral down in 2008, and followed the BK looking for how/why.
I'm not sure those answers will come. If the institutions in place can steal a bank, what protects us small investors?
I released. What recourse is there if COOP (WMIH) says nothing?
I am not a lawyer. The Disclosure Statement/POR7 were very vague to me (probably on purpose). I did my best to see what others saw, mainly a company liquidating through the subsidiaries. But, I could not connect the dots to large sums of cash set aside for equity.
There are HLCE in our lives each day. Make sure you appreciate them.
Peace
1st post. I've lurked this board for 10+ years now, read so many court documents; hours upon hours invested. First and foremost, thank you to all who have contributed over the years, to help us small investors navigate through this to the end.
I've grown old, well into my 70's. This has to be the most frustrating and dissappointing saga of my late life. Today, feels like September 2008 all over again. Without any transparency from WMIH aka COOP, I have lost hope and the will to continue this journey. My common share holdings from 2008 were reduced to pennies. I have to move on. I have to let go.
Hug your family. Tell them you love them. Life is short.
May Peace Reign
