Yep on the surface they look solid....
Years ago I had a lock on a product protection law firm operating in China.....based in London & Hong Kong....
I should still have the info in my one foot thick savi file...lol
Thanks BB, however I have not visited with Serge in a while.
I think the last time was around Nov of last year. I have also not been in contact with anyone with the company so how would I know what this new move is.
I have always been dismayed over the non-reoccurrence of PRs that follow up on past PRs.
There have been many deals that have been worked on that could have broke this stock loose from the doldrums. They where real deals not puff puff PRs. However nothing comes from them so far.
If memory serves me correctly Serge has been leery of China because of the theft situation their. My guess is he feels comfortable with this firm and there damn sure is a need and a market there.
That one article said there where what 240 million cars causing smog.....
4 million DVs sold at $250 would be a billion dollars in revenue...now what would that do for this stock price?
I just really don't know what this latest PR is saying to us.
.
simple answer...
I don't have a clue....no kidding........
biggest problem on the window theory to me is.....
This product is great for older cars....
The newer cars have better emissions and mileage....
The newer cars will just get better...
There are those "Greenies" who preach car pollution should
be controlled and want to until they see the price and then they
cough and sputter worse than an old auction car.
I think the biggest problem has always been the price point.
There has been a lot of money raised in stock sales over a long time to sell a good product I feel is over priced.
Nope, never a mayor of anywhere.....
But their was a CEO for Savi for one year, way back when named Greg, who had once been a mayor of one of those west Texas oil towns.
Greg left during the time of the Mario-Serge law suits....
I could,
but that don't mean Serge is gonna do what anyone says...........
well guess you don't know about that signal either....
jokes on you...
Oceans --- I think the lawsuit has already been settled...
Never was a PR about a lawsuit & I doubt there will be one about it ended...
It was without merit anyway....
Then again I could be wrong as my statement is not official...
Just the grapevine....
Show me where Tesla got govt loans....I need a link...
All the money from the Govt that Obama put to companies went bankrupt....
Next time you are frustrated please don't post a bunch of negative info that on top of being negative is wrong.....
I got tired of refuting all that junk years ago....
I want to hear something about EPA tests and
we still need to get a total audit....
Then revenues.....
I am here, thanks for thinking of me...
As far as the light at the end of the tunnel...
I heard the blub burned out....
Not much to say...
Bogey said it all - this will take revenues ...
When I was a govt bond trader and a Muni Bond Underwriter in the early 90's I had a handle of some very complicated accounting but lately this has just gone haywire to me....
Could be so and I do hope once those financials are released you come back and explain them to us...
I personally have problems understanding the figures with the way the accounting is done because of the Sarbanes Oxley Rules we have to abide by.
There is so much carry over from years ago with manipulation of stock before Savi took over there is no why this company lost 300 million or whatever that crazy number is... I have asked many times for a foot note that would explain this to average investor but have never gotten one.
I work more on share structure and gross revenue at this point and time of the company.
That was out on March 1 so I think maybe some of the positive buying have seen the last two weeks could have been from that article.....
outside of a couple of days there has been some real buying...
I copied and pasted it because sometime OC Registered has a time limit on their articles without signing up...and it has been a month from the last news...
They're fueling a revolution

With an impressive distribution deal in Dubai and an assortment of major contracts on the horizon, SaviCorp is set to surge ahead after 10 years of development.
By Amy Bentley
Published: March 01, 2014
Last year marked a critical turning point for SaviCorp, an entrepreneurial auto technology company that developed the DynoValve, a patented after-market PCV valve for vehicles that increases engine performance, saves gas and lowers emissions.
CEO Serge Monros founded the Santa Ana–based firm [savicorp.com] in 1993 and spent the last decade developing and testing the DynoValve, its flagship product. The firm reached a milestone last year by earning a profit for the first time as the company ventured into distribution and sales. SaviCorp saw almost $1 million in sales, and if several pending deals work out, Monros says he expects profits to increase tenfold this year.
“While we generated substantial revenue in the second half of 2013, we are only beginning to scratch the surface of our potential,” he says. “It took a lot of investment money to do the patents, trademarks and certifications. It’s been a climb.”
Monros, who previously worked as a senior systems analyst for Rockwell International’s Space Transportation Services Division in Downey, reflects on his early inspiration.
“I’m an inventor, and my goal is to do something for people and the environment,” he says.
Lauren Fix, a nationally recognized automotive expert, raved about the DynoValve in a review on her website, writing: “I have seen this product installed and have tested the results myself. DynoValve is the only fuel-saving product that I’ve found that actually works.”
SaviCorp is negotiating with some potentially big customers, including the Taxi & Limousine Commission in New York City and the United States Postal Service, with a proposal for the USPS to install the DynoValve on 129,000 of its 550,000 mail trucks. SaviCorp is also completing a test with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that evaluates aftermarket-retrofit devices that will improve fuel economy and reduce emissions.
Once this test is completed, Monros will move forward with another key goal: selling his products to the United States military.
SaviCorp has also partnered with Savvy Green in Dubai, the sole distributor for the DynoValve in the United Arab Emirates, and SaviCorp recently finalized a partnership with Team TSI, a major nationwide auto technology company, to perform installations of the DynoValve throughout the U.S. and Canada. All the while, Monros continues to work on developing new products.
“We have a lot of things going on,” he says.
Made in America: The DynoValve is assembled in Santa Ana, and every part used by SaviCorp is made, ?or comes from, California or Wisconsin.
I have no idea.....I am guessing it will
be after this current testing is finished or after another partnership or new order is completed....
As to what you have been reading the most important will
be reading the current year end 2013 which should be out by April 15.
We can then see where the share structure sits presently...
Interesting as I did not think it would stop the MMs but maybe I did not read enough...
However for svmi the MMs don't need to borrow stock as they have it....
But that does make me think that if they could not borrow the stock then they would have to raise the bid until someone sold so they could cover orders on the ask....
But as I have said before I believe the MMs hold several 100 million shares of svmi...
=====================
edit---they can still borrow from brokers I would think...
It would be nice if you added a URL for reference to the place you found this but to answer the second part....

Not sure why you brought this up for svmi as there is no naked short selling in this stock and there has never to my knowledge been a failure to deliver stock....
Because this stock has declined at times there have been times when posters claimed we where be short sold but they lacked understanding of the market...
1) buying stock is "going long"
2) selling stock is "going short"
3) selling stock one does not own is "naked short selling"
many people confuse 2 and 3
MMs when confronted with more buying than they can deliver sell stock they do not own (naked short selling) which is legal but they have to cover (I think in 3 days)....
MMs have a large inventory of this stock...
=========================
here is a discussion on I-Hub about it...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=98110502
Ok but you understand you replied to me...
where did I say the company told me anything...
in fact I said I have not talked with the company about the tests...
not sure what a ("char" with
the company) is but,
I get this feeling you do not think I have
the right to express my opinion in this forum.....
first you accuse me of blindly pumping the company
and now you don't seem to like me putting a disclaimer on my post....
Pal, I am not here to make you happy and I have the right
to post whatever I feel about this company as you seem to take that liberty to espouse your distaste for them.
Just my 2 cents about the
current EPA test
some are so concerned about.
If these are the same tests I am thinking about
they are very extensive and I had hoped
we had done them years ago...
They require two new identical vehicles
one which is used as a base line and the other is modified...
Seeing that this is a joint endeavor with USPS ---
I am guessing they are providing the vehicles and
because they are a govt agency as well as the
EPA, my guess it will take EPA approval to finalize the contract.
To the best of my knowledge, but feel free to check it out,
the EPA has never verified any device or "gizmo" as being able to give a car more miles per gallon....
I have no doubt that the DynoValve
will pass with flying colors
on reducing pollutants from the engine....
As to gas savings not sure the EPA wants to ever
verify any product that will accomplish that.
However if it does stand behind the SaVi claim of increased
mpgs then this will be revolutionary.
Because of the USPS I feel we will get a fair test....
Seems to me the USPS already believes the DynoValve can accomplish gas savings but needs finial EPA approval.
This is one of the most major step this company has
ever undertaken if I am correct in my assumptions.
PLEASE NOTE:
The above are my thoughts and I have not talked with anyone in the company about this mater and in fact I have not talked with the anyone with company in at least 4 months.
.
Well knowing the EPA I would guess it would
not take very long on govt time...
what?...maybe 3 years?
Is that an a attack towards me?
I have never blindly pumped this company....
In fact if anyone on this board has ever
explained the situation we are in
it is me.....
If you even remotely began to understand the
share structure this company has worked itself into
you could not even joke about a dollar a share price....
If I go overboard on anything it is standing behind
Serge because of his character and what
he has had to do to even keep this company alive....
But my backing is not blind as I have known the man over 12 years and visit with him personally as needed....
Most men in his position would have abandoned this deal and
gone on to another...
Very few if any penny stocks that have endured what this company has even remain on the exchange and still trade....
Because they have been reading your posts for the last 6 months and you scared them all off...
You got to be kidding me....
1000 to 1 reverse split 4 years ago
and then the CEO and founder died and the
stock trades at 2 cents today...
I think I have still got about 20 bucks worth...
in an old dead account....never sold cause the commission would cost more than the sell price....
I remember about 4 years ago buying a penny stock that was suppose to be hot....
Big deal on I-Hub forum for the stock and about where their office was...
Well some guy finally tracked it down in Queens New York...
Empty room above a coin operated laundry mat ...
Thanks...so it is tax day April 15 for the finial
on time filing....
I hate to say it
but it has been so long from one being on time I have forgotten the due date...
I am thinking 90 days after the end of year plus 5 day extension id needed...
hell, try google I could not find the clear cut answer...
Thanks and as to you numerous questions about past filings....
If they all get caught up by the time the audited 2013 is done...(plus the extension time) I will be happy....
Cause the 2013 audited will tell the final story of share structure and where we really stand on an up to date time scheme....
WTF..is everyone here working a 4 day week....
No posts of a Friday??
Must be nice, guess everyone is already rich....
That is the kind of trading we need everyday but I do wish the afterhours where inside the real trade time....
not real fond of form t trades....
7.5 million total shares today is close
to me wanting to see 10 million a day...
next time I am in Dubai I will do a drive by for you....
Yep I knew you just wanted to kick the company...
You already asked this once I think...
Or someone did....
I get sick of re-answering questions like this...
===================
they are headquartered in Dubai...
they are owned by a large international shipping corp
San Diego is a shell office that SaVi ships to so that
SaVi does not have to deal with shipping overseas...

Jim don't be concerned until they are selling 10 million a day.
We really need to be trading at least 20 million a day anyway...
If we traded 10 million a day we could churn the float in a year of trading.
Volume brings in buyers also and this dead volume helps no one...
Why does it have to be one seller there
is a 2.5 billion float....
Never the less someone hit the
MMs .003 ask and we closed up..
