SSZ,
Again, are stakeholders behind the litigation, or non-stakeholders?
Aha, so you don't know who is behind the litigation?
Well, let me ask you: the ones that ARE behind the litigation, would you consider them to be stakeholders?
Or could it be people making that effort, just for 'entertainment value'?
Other point:
I don't know buddy. Are you trying to say that Offor agrees with you?
He BRO:

If I look at the actions of the ERHC shorters, I can only say: amateurs at best.
Some shorters have the stamina of a marathon runner, I'm in awe about that.
For those non-stakeholders ERHC isn't it worth the time anymore, I would reckon.
I personally think, that one needs to move on when it looks like ERHC is not going bankrupt any time soon, and even contracts with Big Oil are signed.
If the shorters are smart they look elsewhere in the oil industry, there is serious money to be made now, with a time horizon of just one year.
A nice read for the Shorters:

You is the man, Kingpin.
But first I need more shares... hahaha.
The Doc.
Wow, I notice there are litterally FIVE shares traded today.
More words posted on Ihub than shares traded... what's new.
I think there is a reason that there are only 5 shares traded: tightly held stock seems to be the understatement of this millennium.
Nothing seems to work: VOLUME STAYS LOW.
And I'm willing to gobble up every single share, so, Shorts, please hand me your shares over.
Thanks in advance.
The ERHC Doctor
No milk today, maybe next year. .
Of course some know that this stock is shorted.
And no: no milk today!
I can factual explain that this is sheer bullshit:
I don't rule out that Shortes forgot they shorted ERHE..
Maybe they thougt they just had a bad dream..
Hahaha.. O M G
LMAO
3 strikes, and he is out?
Hahaha
Dreaming of Bullshit, that's what will be left of the shorts in the near future.
In the mean time: no shares available.
Nono, they are really among us. Its common sense.
Keep your eye on Total in the mean time.
Oh yes, there are ERHC shorters, just like there are ERHC non-stakeholders.
We witness that every single day. But they will lose their shirts on ERHC, those shorts.
Tullow showed us that a stock can explode almost out of the blue, helped by a little bit of news. Shorters trying to cover over at Tullow fueled this bomb.
With ERHC this effect will be extremely more explosive.
You could this today with Tullow, which exploded upwards because Shorts had to cover.
ERHC would explode even more, when wheels start turning.
I can cry regarding Tullow… because…
it is up incredible… while ERHC still is idle.
I can cry.
I had my finger on the trigger at 7 pennis not long ago... thought it would go lower.
Now it is at !@#$$^& GBX 26, 50% up for the day.
I had $40.000,- worth ammunition in my gun, would have been almost $160.000,- now.
I can cry.
I must give the shorts here some credit: why does it take that long with ERHC!
But this shows once again: unexpectedly a stock can literally explode!
Funny detail: people think that Tullow now shoots up because of SHORTERS that brought it down so much… all trying to cover on good news.
The Doc.

Unbelievable!
Update: while I'm posting this it went up to 65%. Incredible.
Update 2: 72% now. OMG.
Krom,
I think the phoneline was to SHORT, Fonzi.
If they take that long to get a simple phone repaired, then the company must go bankrupt.
1 + 1 = 2
Anybody want my 50 million shares?
You is the man.
Another blow to those poor bastards…
I'm starting to feel sorry for them mother t's.
I think when Peter saw oil go up again, he put the wire back in the phone, shorts making him crazy all year long...
Nobody wants my shares, I put in a 50 million sell order at market.
Not a single share was sold.
The question is dodged:

Sigh,
Sigh…
Homebrew,
Just for 'entertainment value' I respond:
Do I really have to look up the SEC quote again?
Shares are not lost when revoked.
Shares are not lost when revoked.
Shares are not lost when revoked.
Shares are not lost when revoked.
Shares are not lost when revoked.
This is a SEC QUOTE. So, consider it the truth.
Sorry mate. NO shares will be sold out of fear of losing all value.
Shorting stock is a risky business, I would never advice people to short a stock, unless you can oversee the eventual consequences.
Hope this help, my friend.
The ERHE non-stakeholders are toast. No matter what they try...
