If the share registration is revoked, how will the company comply with its fiduciary duties to shareholders?

You have to own at least one share, to care. I own 50 million of them, and I don't care.

Another positive of going private is we will lose some non-stakeholders, and the shorter get to sleep under the bridge.

So, personally, I would prefer to go private.
