LOL Exactly what my thoughts are. Add that to the fact if Vern is correct that Joe M loaned 100K and his friend loaned 200K. It must look ok to them. For the price little to lose, much to gain. If it goes BK so be it.
Just a question if anyone might know the answer.
I have never seen a stock certificate on a Pink Sheet company.
Some of these companies trade for a cent or less.
1- Could a person purchase 1,000 shares and ask for 1,000 individual stock certificates?
My advice weather it is good or bad, don't believe it. Years ago I got a call from my broker (Hornblower, Weeks....) at work telling me to sell my shares in the company I was working for because he didn't see any future. I told him he is nuts, Ford representitives are here as we speak, to give us a major contract. I bought more. Two days later the major contract was announced and the stock doubled. Less then a year later they got bought out by UT for a 1 1/2 to 1 stock swap.
Take it for what it's worth.
RVr "I have been following Globetel and Sanswire for two years, never invested as I want to see results and profit, or at least completed contracts."
WHEN YOU SEE THIS THE PRICE WILL BE MUCH HIGHER.
"I don't know which way it will go. No good or bad, but I am kind of surprised at the pink sheet and the drop from what, $4.50 or so to .20 a share over the time I have been lurking and looking."
IF YOU HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS FOR 2 YEARS WHY ARE YOU SURPRISED AT THE DROP IN PRICE?
"Globetels/Sanswire's re-org looked good,",
LOL, BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU TO BUY AT 20 CENTS.
"And as I watch, I hope, and will invest with any real news.",
YOU SAY THE RE-ORG LOOKS GOOD AND YOU WILL INVEST WITH ANY REAL NEWS.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW COULD THAT BE, IF THERE IS NO REAL NEWS WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA THE RE-ORG LOOKS GOOD. WHERE DID THAT NEWS COME FROM?
YOUR FIRST POST AND IT IS VERY QUESTIONABLE WHERE YOU ARE GOING WITH THIS. IMO
It's worth 'Billions" with hundreds of million subscribers. So far according to Vern they have 68.
Soon enough they will be worth billions if the technology doesn't become obsolete by then.
I see two scenarios here.
1- POSITIVE:
Why should Caterham put more money into this company while the SEC investigation is going on. Even GTEM may not know what the outcome will be, as this is a formal investigation that needs to be signed off in Washington. I can see Caterham making an investment after being cleared in good standing by the SEC. If this is done and NMC is signing up customers that would be a good time to announce it along with the progress of the Start and any other good news they may be accumulating. These guys are first class scammers and know how to get the best bang for their buck. Once the price goes up, more financing is done and projects are able to move faster. Stock price moves up.
2- NEGITIVE:
Caterham could also be invested in the Stored Value Card and the Trimax and setting up shells. Lose the court case deliberately, legally the Hotzone would revert back to Uli. Globetel goes bankrupt. Assets in a round about way end up with Caterham still having control of the shells and purchases the 49% assets of NMC. Stock price nearly worthless. Once again, These guys are first class scammers and know how to get the best bang for their buck.
Call me a fool but I placed my bet at .18 cents on # 1, based on risk to rewards.
I hope you are correct this time.
jfburk, Last year you posted we We have good people running this company and I feel much better about it... Now you are putting all the same people down who you looked up to and envied in the past. It's so easy to predict failures after the fact. So why criticize the messenger who predicted the failures before the fact?

It looks to me like the goal is being met for Centerline and StrateVoIP and that is what matters as both are now apparently profitable which should make all shareholders smile.
As for the Strat, whether or not it is ready for tether testing or not is irrelevant because it isnt producing any revenue. IMO Tether testing the Strat a couple weeks later means very little to me. I understand the nature of this project and would prefer to do it right and safely or wait much longer until those conditions are met. What is the big deal that this deadline has been pushed back a couple weeks? I prefer anything right now that generates profit. How about you?
As for going off on you, accept my apology. There is a lot of emotion on this board today most of which is coming from negative bashing of the SHM from people that didnt go to the SHM. I take exception to anyone telling me about a meeting that they didnt attend especially when they say it was negative and nothing came out of it. Something did come out of it and reading the posts from Mide, who I respect a lot, says it all. We have good people running this company and I feel much better about it as a result of hearing from someone that was actually there.,
nilremerlin I only asked if anyone knew, I didn't ask for the email address.
The question was "Anyone know of an email address of a NMC customer or business just to verify the system is up and running?"
No one is beating an 18 cent stock. Most here were beating it at $4.00+. The company showed nothing then and has yet to show anything now....thus the 18 cents.
Read Dumas letter to shareholders...you can't help but shake your head in disbelief. For your sake and others I just hope they can pull something positive off. Even if they did will they be able to execute it properly. With the "new" management all they have shown so far was take the strat out and float it, where the credit should go to Bob Jones as all they had to do was put some helium in it and tie it to a pickup truck, a kid could do the same with a balloon. Instead of admitting to failure they are saying they will make a small lower flying "skysat" or whatever just to keep shareholders on a string.
Another move they made was to set up an agreement with Uli/Trimax Wireless. If the management was so good why are there problems? Good management would have avoided something like this. IMO, It is an ego trip as who is the better scam artist. The best one will win.
Anyone know of an email address of a NMC customer or business just to verify the system is up and running?
No one has heard of any customer testimonials for NMC judging by the response in my past post.
Do you believe everything Vern said? Why do you only take the content of what he said that pleases you?
Customer Testimonials for NMC.
Has anyone heard of any yet?
Nerd,<<Most of what was alledged just wasn't true. The over the top promotional was and that isn't a crime,>>>
Maybe its not a crime, but it is the most blatant abuses of the media and the most severe abuse of trust that investors might have in the stockmarket.
LOL
"Very good likelihood they may considering his posting the last couple of weeks"
<<<brilliant post?>>>> "yeah, law enforcement contacts him first."
As a past officer wouldn't it be possible the SEC or Justice Dept. could have questioned Vern and leaked some info?
Nerd <<No third party has ever validated the charges.>>>
The record speaks for itself. What happened to all the prospects they had with the stored value card, Centerline, Strat flight, Germany wireless, Sanswire Europe joint venture and on and on. The third party validation is the general public and the new reorganized 18 cent shareprice. Stocks aren't 18 cents without a reason and don't blame it on the shorts, good companies hurt shorts not the other way around. One of the reason many look forward to a short squeeze..
After a long drought with GTEM, I am going to ease back in tomorrow. At .18 I think the risk to rewards are there. After never liking this company since I joined Ihub and trading it on just about every PR during it's hay day, using some forward thinking, I am seeing some light as the tunnel could be opening soon. (or closed shut)The most I can lose is $3600. gains could be unlimited.
I am going to get out of ERFW tomorrow, I am not going to get greedy after this huge run up with a 900% profit. Hopfully GTEM could do the same as this:

My favorite fun "mad money" trading stocks are:
Ivan, eght, glw, sons
My long term stocks: verizon, att, comcast, dow jones, avaya, nisource,Fidelity Growth, Magellan, International Discovery Fund and Institutional Money Market. I hardly pay any attention to these, yet there isn't a day I don't read all the GTEM ihub board and I don't own the stock. I plan on moving all Fidelity funds into the money market before the end of Aug. I feel the market cannot sustain this growth much longer. The Federal Budget deficit is getting to large, trade balance beyond control, American Infrastructure falling apart. To many people overspending because they feel wealthy because of the increased value of their home. I will be looking forward to buying a bayfront home again at Cape Cod in the next couple of years at a distressed price when people who have second homes can no longer afford them because of the rising interest rates. Just a little forward thinking, has been good for me most of my life. Been buying a lot of silver coins and sterling dinnerware sets in the past 4 years for 3 to 4 dollars an ounce and been selling over the past year mostly for scrap, still think silver is a good investment with all the use for electronics and countries like China and India becoming big users, but watching the fine line where abandoned mines will start opening up again if the price gets too high. Have too many things going on. When I need a break I enjoy the GTEM Ihub board. I sure hope everyone makes out ok. The biggest loss is not so much the loss on GTEM but having the money tied up during this record breaking stock market rally.
SEC wasn't investigating before October.
reply to:<<< I'd balance past PR's before Rob, with PR's out by Rob directed by former management, versus new PR's since Oct 2006 under new management.
JFB, it was pretty much altered at that time. See post and link:

When IR will come out with a statement like that, and GTEM awards Uli a Contract for $45K/Mo. It just has to make one believe Uli was set up like miguellara stated: Why else would they have others to build the boxes. Gtem knew exactly what they were doing I'm my opinion.
I give gtem a A+.

Evidence from this statement from Rob makes what you say easy to believe.
"When Uli stepped down as president of GlobeTel Wireless (a happy day for all of us)," http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=21386966
Can't believe IR would say something like that with a possible lawsuit going on.
Now that's interesting, if it is 2675 South Horseshoe Avenue, Suite 401, Naples, Florida. The way I read it the rent should be paid by Trimax Wireless.
Consideration To Altvater a. Office Supplies and Equipment. The title and ownership of any office supplies and equipment set forth on Exhibit B hereof, and which is located at 2675 South Horseshoe Avenue, Suite 401, Naples, Florida
Full title of any property or asset on Exhibit B and transferred to Altvater under this agreement shall be transferred to and vest in Altvater upon execution hereof and shall be taken free and clear of any liens, debts, obligations or encumbrances on the date of execution of this Agreement, and Altvater shall then be given immediate
possession of the foregoing.

An encumbrance (sometimes referred to, particularly in the United States as an incumbrance) is a legal term of art for anything that affects or limits the title of a property, such as mortgages, leases, easements, liens, or restrictions.

There is always hope as long as the company survives. Look at what this wireless company has done in the last 3 months. It ain't over til its over.

Looks like the track record for former Tim Huff co workers from MCI are doing worse then Globetel. Hopefully with our new management this will not happen to us.
On July 16, 2007, SunRocket ceased operations with no warning given to customers or employees.
SunRocket was a U.S.-based VOIP provider established in early 2004 by Joyce Dorris and Paul Erickson, former MCI executives who were coworkers for over ten years. SunRocket maintained primary offices in the United States and Canada.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SunRocket#Company_shutdown
Internet-calling providers scrambled to sign up former customers of SunRocket, which abruptly ceased operations Monday, cutting off service to some 200,000 subscribers
Skyvision This help:
Mr. Jones continued, "In three weeks, we corrected the original design and built almost
100 additional feet of the space frame. We also moved from a Dacron covering to a space
age Tedlar covering, developed a ground station communications package, and made
advances in composite materials and in method of lifting gases."

This was published in a national paper...USA Today on 8-20-2006. During the period Jones was missing. The skills shown by Doug Murch on the state of the art workbench led to him becoming President of the Sanswire Division in which shareholders have high hopes of success. Here is a refresher of the entire article.

That is a fixture/jig to bend the carbon composite to shape the tail part of the strat (I'm pretty sure.) Hopefully they didn't screw the fixture on in the wrong places for cost savings. I am no engineer like Doug Murch, but if they did that could be a reason why it is reportedly leaking. (look at the bottom 1 of the 3)

"you have NO IDEA what they are doing in the photo"
Lol, I just have to look at the picture. Ask anyone you know to look at the picture and tell you what they see in detail.
There comes a time when you have to face reality.

Those 2 people are Barry Reed, chief of flight operations, and Doug Murch, director of engineering.
The best Sanswire/Globetel has and the main people who are behind your investment's future.
Something to be proud of.
Although they may look like it....they are not disgruntled Ex-Globetel employees.....yet.
Here is a picture
of two Sanswire employees working on a fixture. One is drinking a beverage and lining up a board with his foot. The other guy is lining up the board. Now he is going to have to screw the board in place with his power drill. Look how far away the drill is..... Think he will be able to reach it and keep the board aligned. I wouldn't put much faith in these guys getting the Start free floating. Remember this was also a pose for a national newspaper. Personally I would have fired both of them just for getting caught being photographed like this.

ohhhh! i love pictures.... wonder if i can get copies????????????????
Thanks Low, appreciate your thoughts and response.
Lowtrade, while I agree with you post about setting goals. I usually have a set goal. How do you feel when your goal is reached quickly and the stock keeps rising. Do you break your rules once in a while? Do you ever look for that big score? Erfw is an example for me. I have been setting stop loss limits and in this case it keeps going higher. I did sell 1/3 of my stock today to lock in some profit. The other 2/3 are free shares now. Not sure what to do, ....to get greedy or just bank everything. Should I wait for a retreat and then sell? Never had a stock before with this % of gains. What do you do when a stock runs like this?
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ERFW&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p90633317065
I didn't realize it was as long ago as it was, way back in Nov. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=14870467. I asked Low about it again in Feb. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=17488380. I checked my records and I did make 4 swing trades this year. I got lucky and started buying again and seeing the volume increasing, news coming out and the stock going up so I decided to let it ride. I'd like to get Low's opinion as I see it as anticipation for a good improvement in the financial's do out soon. I don't think they will be better and am thinking of selling before earnings come out. I am not good at reading charts, I have got in .12-.16. just before the increase. Can't really say if this is a real company yet, but unlike GTEM they are doing business with real named banks and the State Police along with minor fiber to the home contracts.
I am not recommending buying as I won't ever pump any stock, because I don't care for any company, I only want to make money. (or not lose much)
Low, ERFW, been holding sinse the last time you recommended. Really taking off, do you think it has much more upward potential left? Thanks
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ERFW&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p90633317065
The Peralta's have to be very impressed having Globetel for a partner.
From May 10th when the shipment of 83 HotZone 4010 devices arrived until July 9th, 3 links were installed.
Not much progress compared to what they did in 2 weeks of the CWID trials.
So why isn't the buildout going much quicker?
"Additionally, and I don't think anyone picked up on this from Monday's release (reach of Hotzone units in distance shocks!), the JV does not need as many units as first thought to cover their entire Mexican rollout...significantly reducing the hardware order and service install pressure exponentially.
Gee...cost of goods down, speed of coverage area up per square kilometer= Higher net profits per subscriber on initial subs.
Not a bad week of news so far."
Now this is getting out of hand. How can anyone believe anything? Rob said he would not respond to emails that reference a post. Someone is not being truthful here.

Public Service announcement. Rob has advised me today he will no longer respond to emails that reference a post on this board.
So don't waste your time asking him his opinion on posts made here.
LOL. That should cut his email volume by about 2/3rd's.

"4. Another reason Globetel might be fighting to get the equipment back is if Uli declared a default and properly served Globetel with a default notice. If such is the case, the agreement stated that Uli could hold as collateral any inventory or test equipment until the default is cured."
Hmmm....nice way to shift all the assets of the Hotzone to Trimax....Globetel sues Trimax...loses the case....goes BK.....K boy's shifted assets to the shell. Default never cured.
Reminds me of the time I sued my partner and wanted to lose the case. He won and was happy, I lost, was happy, partnership dissolved and got the large contract I was working on with no partner.
Been told many times, I am a lot smarter then I lead people to believe. LOL.
