You would think that shorting at these levels would be nuts because if they take it down to low(no pun intended), they would really get caught on the wrong side. Man, I missed the Hemi position, congrats on that one.
It sure looks like someone has a lot of shares to sell at .0065. What say you low?
Thanks. That's great, slow and steady.
low. just logged on. Good volume so far. At what price have most of the shares been bought at? TIA.
Thanks maddogs, you're right. China has almost a TRILLION dollars in reserves to go on a stealth shopping spree. Yes, the Unical deal was a shot in the direction of a future trade war that is on course to happen.
Great day and week considering the wreck that occurred. Great job low.
low, is .007 the wall?
Looking at the raw numbers concerning volume, it really looks like a change from weak to strong hands started taking place February 1. The magnitude change in volume is certainly suggesting that the float is definitely turning.

I agree. I was hoping for more of a gradual uptrend. Hey Low, hit the brakes.
It's getting crazy again.
Energy is the primary driver for civilized society. Why do you think governments all over the world are moving armies to strategic locations that center around oil & Ng?
DSD, you're on to it. Also, OT, hold on to your pennies, know I mean real pennies. Rumor has it that they might be revalued at a nickel.:) Good luck.
Hang in there because from a Macro-economic standpoint, the show is about to really get going, probably around mid-year. We're on our way $100+ barrel of oil no matter how much squealing about the weather Wall Street puts out. I hope you have all your bases covered.

"Insider/promoter/MM greed rules the penny market."
This Cartel rules all markets.
Seems to benefit everyone involved but the investing public. Thanks for the definitive explanation.
Given yesterday's fustercluck, today was great. Any wagers on an AH posting.
Looking great. This isn't trading like the usual momo/flipper crowd is here. This almost looks likes accumulation within a price range.
Longs, put your Lender's caps on. Think risk/reward. I could park $5,000,000 in Treasury's at close to 5% with very little risk attached to it and come out better or maybe I see something a hell of alot more valuable and determined the risk wasn't that bad. I mean really, a .10 at 3000,000,000 is $30,000,000 on an investment of $5,000,000. What type of return is that? Run the scenarious.
"Makes you wonder if they will buy stock in the open market. IMO."
This is my contention. Think about it, if you loaned $5,000,000 and your collateral for this loan was valued at approx. .0167, wouldn't you have an immediate incentive to help bring the current market price to parity with your collateral? This would be one hell of an opportunity to buy shares at a deep discount to your collateral.
Also, $5,000,000 today and a payback of $5,400,000 at the end of the loan doesn't even come close to keeping up with a distorted inflation rate of 3%(which real inflation is about 8% to 10%). Good luck.
Here's kind of a pick me upper after today to remind us why we're investing in the domestic oil patch. You see, what's headed our way will make the 95 - 99 dotcom lunacy a cakewalk in comparison.

After a day like today, pour yourself a stiff one and have a listen about our oil predicament.

Don't forget to add an extremely conservative P/E multiple on top of that dime:)
Low, if I were loaning $5,000,000 or providing a credit facility for that amount and my proposed collateral was valued at .0167, I would certainly hedge my position at the current discounted price(yes I would be buying at the cheaper price to force parity)price. At a price of .005, $725K buys the current oustanding float. This would represent taking some immediate insurance out of a little over 14% for making the loan or providing the facility. This doesn't even begin to cover my potential upside on the 300,000,000 million shares plus getting my loan paid back. Hell, the interest on the loan is peanuts.
When oil hits $100 a barrel, watch how quick they change the regulations concerning spacing.
One thing I've learned over the years when it comes to playing these paper markets is to never underestimate someone doing ,what might appear, to be something stupid. This is how Wall Street can dupe an entire strata of people. They create perceptions. So far, we're looking good. Thanks for your hard work on keeping us informed.
Another huge trade reported AH's.

Am I dreaming? Is something wrong with my streamer? What gives?
This isn't meant to you stepa but it's a decent reply to trades that are designated AH.

Jeweler: Unfortunately there is NO
Extended Trading for ATVE.
That would be the case for OBB stocks.
The actual trade was reported as $0.0365 at 4:09 EST. Many financial sites will round up on the actual.
However. When there is a "fast market" or numerous buy sell actions on the OBB at a specific time,(mulitple orders in a short span) rather than a MM place and report an incorrect time for the trade, they settle it after hours as an ammended trade.
The current Bid remains at $0.0331
The current Ask remains at $0.0350
I'm all for this stock to go up, but also do not want to puff anything.
%&^&&&& AH trading. Here it is.

Myself and you both. I was able to buy a few more(95k) at .0023. Pretty good volume today. Interesting PR today. I've got my magnifying glass out looking for something about oil production. I will fill you in if I find something.
Two or three sentences reflecting oil production numbers would have me weak-kneed.
Not a bad call Rogue, thanks:)
Nice to see a green day for a change. Now, let's see what happens AH'rs.
Low, this one's a mystery. I have been trying to time a bottom too and have gotton a bit frustrated. I will see what I can find out about this company from friends in the "patch". Thanks for your updates.
I would guesss we're getting close to a bottom and reversal of trend.

news news news I found this under significant news on fidelity
upda announced that it has 60 days to complete due dilegence for its largest acquistion to date , an oil and gas field of apox 20,000 acres with 220 producing wells and over 6 million in service equiptment located mainly in wyoming. with this acquisition the company will "exponentially increase its acreage assests and generate 22-25 million in additional annual revenues
I placed an order for 100k at .0045 to have only 25k filled. I got frustrated and pulled the rest of the order. I didn't realize that they were filling it in 5000k increments. I then tested it at 100k at .0049 and waited and it got filled in 5000k increments. I hit the ask both times. Very strange. In normal times I would think the float is pretty tight but in today's market with all the crap, you just don't know. Good luck.
