This is my contention. Think about it, if you loaned $5,000,000 and your collateral for this loan was valued at approx. .0167, wouldn't you have an immediate incentive to help bring the current market price to parity with your collateral? This would be one hell of an opportunity to buy shares at a deep discount to your collateral.

Also, $5,000,000 today and a payback of $5,400,000 at the end of the loan doesn't even come close to keeping up with a distorted inflation rate of 3%(which real inflation is about 8% to 10%). Good luck.
