Well, I must say, I see a lot of impatient people here. Tommy Boy has not let me down yet. However, I'm sure he's let older shareholders down before. I will ride this out and see where this ticker stands at the end of the year. The reward far outweighs the risk for me.
Everything TenKay and IG says is true about BVTK, but I choose to believe in what Tom is saying currently.
"The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient." - Warren Buffett
$BVTK
Are you still here?! Good lord. Be gone already. Short this stock to the ground!
the DD is all right here. IG and TenKay do a fantastic job at pointing out what is happening right now. I will stay here until the end of the year. If nothing comes of it so be it.
He never said it was inaccurate. He said "Negative Talk" which is true it is both "Negative Talk" and "Accurate Information" for what we have at the moment. Tom has been saying deals are coming. You either believe or you don't. We know where you stand. =)
It's always darkest before the dawn. With that said, if Celluci doesn't deliver this year than this thing is going down the drain and I can see a class action taking place. He has been saying "mega deals" "closed deals" "millions" for quite some time now. I'm holding until this thing goes down.
I have a small position and I can risk the money. If this turns out to be what Tom has been claiming it will be worth it.
Went into hiding after DVG memed him to the shadow realm
THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING! QUICK THIS TICKER IS DONE FOR! oh wait. THIS TICKER IS ALIVE AND WELL. IF THERES A BIG BUY WE ARE GOING PLACES.....oh wait. THE SKY IS FALLING SHORT THE STOCK!
Tom said we’ll have revs well before May. As for the audited FINS it will probably be in May.
I’m gonna ask him these questions for you IG.
Kevin uses both emails. Nothing to worry about.
One thing is for certain. HelpComm Revenue is coming. And money makes many things better.
Still plenty of time for all of those to take place. He never put a timeframe on any of those.
So, yes we are still golden.
Not to my knowledge. And I was not here when he took the company delinquent. But that doesn't matter now as we are current and Tom is in the making money mode.
Tom is a liar or an exaggerator in your eyes. Fine.
Since I've been here, which was since last April when this ran to .0085, Tom has not done anything or said anything that has not come to fruition.
He got company current, he is meeting and making deals, he continues to be one of the most easily accessible CEO's in the OTC. He responds to anyone who will ask him a question. The only thing we're missing here is a financial statement.
He could of changed the calendar year for BVTK as to have some good revenue from Helpcomm on the audited FINS. Not necessarily a nefarious thing to do, especially if he did it at the advice of a securities lawyer.
Speculation and pessimism is what you provide, however true the claims and statements that you make are. I choose to live life being optimistic. But, thanks for being a voice of reason as well. It's best practice to weigh both sides of the coin.
agreed to disagree.
Do you know how busy he must be?
The man works like 15 hour days. He's told me he works till 12:00 AM almost every day. He is not a normal human being.
Flying around the globe to do business, meetings with presidents and members of governments, reviewing company documents and negotiating deals, preparing speeches for Universities or Government bodies, writing articles and books..I could go on.
If you think he wouldn't let something slip through the cracks, I'd have to respectfully disagree. Everyone makes a mistake now and then. Tom corrected his mistake. No big deal.
Tom does not just willy nilly make decisions because he feels like it. He has securities lawyers reviewing documents and advising him. You think he just changed the date because he felt like it?
Point well taken.
Thanks for the info TenKay. I'm holding on to my shares just to see what happens. I'm going down with the ship if that is the case.
What if it was settled for lawyers fees + $1,000,000?
Your claim is as good as ours as the agreement was confidential.
And why don't MM's typically do that? Is it a money issue?
What is the need for an MM? Why would ABHI need to use an MM to resume trading?
Of course we won’t know. It says so right in the PR. It was a confidential agreement.
I think ABHI will be trading again this year. Kevin sent me an email saying he was in contact with the SEC person who initiated the action and the SEC person told him to let the action run its course, file a form 10, the 60 days after the form 10 ABHI would be trading again.
"I had a rather lengthy conversation with the SEC person that initiated the action. His advice was to let the action run its course, file a form 10, and 60 days later ABHI would be trading again. He also said that in all his years, only 1 company contested the administrative action and they were unsuccessful."
From Kevin.
Kevin cleared that up for me. The PR said AmbiCom and Bravatek JV settle lawsuit so I assumed Tom helped
Technicolor made a pretty strong point.
Kevin said he has been in contact with the SEC person that suspended them.
Being in contact with and formally responding to the SEC with the required documents are two different things.
Kevin will respond when he has the required documents. Today ABHI took a big step forward to coming back. Kevin said they have capital now and hopefully that can be used to speed up the process with the SEC.
And I did ask Kevin. Here was his response. Verbatim.

No problem. Hopefully today was the first step to the path towards redemption.
I Emailed. Kevin Responded.
Q - 1)How does settling the lawsuit help ABHI shareholders?
A - It gives clear title to all assets to ABHI and injects non-dilutive working capital into the company
Q - 2)How do ABHI shareholders get value if ABHI is to be revoked?
A - It will allow ABHI to grow the company while it gets its stock trading again.
Q - 3)How instrumental was Tom and BVTK in helping settle the lawsuit
A - No one from Bravatek was involved in settling the lawsuit. It was done solely by Ambicom management.
Q - 4)Does the settled lawsuit now mean that ABHI holds the patent exclusively?
A - yes
Half of the company was not sold. You are misleading people.
ABHI and BVTK entered into a Joint Venture Agreement in which BVTK owns 51% of the JV and ABHI owns 49% of the JV.
ABHI still retains full control over its own company. The same with BVTK.
Joint Venture - a commercial enterprise undertaken jointly by two or more parties that otherwise retain their distinct identities.
I have 415,000 shares.
I'm going to let it play itself out. If Tom helped them settle their lawsuit to pursue business then Tom obviously thinks ABHI is something he wants to package in order to sell.
Tom dropped SMMC as soon as he found out it was shady.
I'm sure Tom would have done the same to ABHI if he didn't like what he was seeing.
However, please trade at your own risk. I can risk this. It's not much for me I bought in at .0007
The shares will be worthless in terms of Trading Power. However, not all is lost.
ABHI has a unique product with a patent. It has a product that optimizes computer speed and it doesn't require a person to run it. It runs itself.
Also, ABHI can still be acquired / bought out.
It's hardly "worthless" You wont be able to trade or have any trading power that much is for certain.
That remains to be seen. Depends on how the whole legal process plays out for ABHI.
There are a few scenarios that TenKay has thrown out.
1) They get reinstated and start trading again (Highly unlikely as they would need an MM to help them out and no MM would do that)
2) They get revoked and people who own ABHI own stock in a private company (Best thing for ABHI shareholders here would be a buyout from either BVTK or maybe a big tech company)
3) ABHI stops doing business and doors close (worst case scenario but I don't think Kevin has any plans to stop doing business as we have seen by the new pr that Tom helped Kevin settle the lawsuit so they can actively seek business)
Ambicom will still do business just wont trade in the market.
Ambicom still has a product that has a patent.
So every company that puts out a good PR are pumping! So pumping is a good thing!
Does the 3 million dollar with 4% interest to LifeTime Capsule not give you faith in HAON???
HAON is going to .01 this year...imo
For what it’s worth, I’ve asked Tom if I could post our conversations and he said “It’s a free country” I don’t think he minds it.
They already have.
Homebrew and 10k think its more dilution.
T Trades don't always mean dilution. Educate yourself - please Read!
WHAT IS A FORM T TRADE?
When a big holder wants to sell, he calls an MM. They set a target price for the trade, which will be executed in relatively small lots (usually) throughout the session, in the hope stock price won't be seriously affected. Sometimes the trades double print; that shouldn't happen. Sometimes the MM takes his fee off the top; that is reflected in the price of the T-trade.
Except for occasional late trades that print seconds after the bell, all t-trades are executed during the session, but reported after the close.
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
indeed it did. However, better days are ahead. IMO
