In my humble opinion here is how start-up public companies work:
1. The company is launched and has a lot to prove to investors. A few small swashbuckling investors, like many of us, get in early (at trips) and watch as management buys paper clips for the office and assembles a team. The stock stays low and moves sideways for months.
2. Then after a period, say a year, others start to hear about this entity ensconced in a new wave of product (Medical M) and get excited. They have a bit more cash to toss at the company and a couple of them even invest six figures.
3. Then the big day comes where it seems real stuff is happening like studies, and even a partnership with a foreign company, say in Germany. One day(s) some of the original investors, and second tier watch this small office at the end of the hall look very real and a possible player in this new economy. And the stock takes off to $3 (God i miss those days). Some of us believe we are sitting on a $100 stock (like another one we know).
4. And then a certain reality kicks in, and people start to realize we're simply not there and the news coming out is fine, but not enough because there are no sales/revenue yet. So it dips, dips again, and then....dips again. We give back boatloads of unrealized profits and sob in our sleep because that dual engine boat we were about to put on order continues to sit in the show room, not our drive-way.
5. The quiet occurs. It's like being awake at 4:30 a.m. You can't sleep and you watch the stock, day in and day out hoping for a return to the old/new days of $3 always hypothesizing on the greatness of management, the companies plans and even operations. There is no debt to speak of but still no sales, so we sit and wait latching onto any good news but being critical of stupid little things. Slowly but surely we start to hear the traffic pick up outside and the stocks graceful and aggressive ascent begins again. Revenue are reported. A few million here and there and then the big deal, and we are golden.
That is OWCP. We need to remember we bought a start-up and they take a lot of time to grow. They will fool you a bit (like those good old $3 days) but in the end, move according to real dynamics. OWCP is a decent start-up and I believe will pay off.
Go OWCP Go! I can here the rumble.
When i launched my organization i brought on an assistant as quickly as i could so i didn't have to get bogged down in uber-details on a daily basis, and instead could work he bigger stuff. ICNB has 2 paid employees and each of them are getting a conservative salary for running a company of this magnitude. He probably should change the name of her position to something like VP of operations so that people understand her/his task. i wouldn't fret over such a small thing. $100K and his $150K make sense. WE'll celebrate their remuneration when ICNB begins it's upward blast.
positive outlook. Good for you. :)
I've taken a huge hit on this stock so far. Haven't sold, however, and won't until I'm making reasonable profit. But here's how i see it:
a) Rich is right. This is a baby company, and as someone who has started and built a company i know the process he is going through, and IMO, it looks fairly healthy. The roll-out is superlative. The man is outstanding at getting product in the right places.
b) Yes there is the 63 million shares, however, if you were running a public company and all eyes were on you, always (even at 3 a.m.), it might be interesting to see how you/your company looked when you needed short term cash. Simply put: you need money to make money and at the genesis of your company, you borrow where and when you can. Not such a big deal (other than how he communicated it)
c)The product is outstanding, and appears to be selling and better yet somewhat re-selling. The front person - CB - is exuberant and representing these vino's in more of a positive way than one could ask for. The key to any company is product, sales/revenues. We definitely have product. Sales/revenues to come!!!
d) The letter to shareholders was actually a smart move. Rich is showing transparency (mostly), and muting the response when the Fins come out. He's taking hits on this board and likely in other places, so he created an offence where most would have set up a defense. Good pivot.
I am in all the way. Come hell or high water I want to see how ICNB performs. In fact, I'm excited to see the course it takes, the road it follows and hope with all my wallet that we wake up one morning and BOOM!!!! to the moon, Alice. I don't predict future prices (bugs the sh-- out of me when people do that b/c close to 100% of the time, they are wrong) but I am confident it's going to be an excellent ride. Go ICNB go. Much luck to all of us!!!!
P.s. Make sure to own shares from other companies. Balance your portfolio so that when ICNB dips badly, you're covered elsewhere. Lots of wonderful opp out there.
i have had shares in ICNB for a while now. I'm not a trader but more so an investor - despite what the 'pundits' on this board say. This is really my first time around on OTC pinkees and it is quite a ride. I'm in this come hell or high water. The fundamentals still make sense to me especially the roll out, which is magnificent and the front people (CB).
Most importantly i can attest to what is required to create a business. i have done so, successfully. It takes time, and lots of sweat. What I could not have stomached was an entire board of people/investors watching my every burp. That must cause the CEO of this and any company so much stress. Every move, every dip is reason for so many to castigate the Rich, and no doubt put him in a position of having to defend and re-defend himself. This by nature, affects confidence and might even cause a downtrend.
It is Rich's choice to go public. Agreed. It is his choice to write letters to shareholders defending himself. Agreed. And it is our choice to be analytical, and then over-analytical, and even critical.
Just recognize, his task is a very very hard one and at least in my mind, he is doing it commendably, even with a 63 million dump (which i could not give a crap about.). ICNB is a decent startup, a 'baby' with an extraordinary product. IN my mind, we'll make some cash - millions, no! but something reasonable on our investment - for a pinkee.
Go ICNB go!!!!! Go Rich/CB go!!!! You rock.
Signed Canada and an LCBO near you.
Can anyone give me a synopsis of the aftermath of Rich's letter. i was away for a couple of days. I read the letter and intuitively felt it was honest, positive and representative of what's mostly going on. I am more confident than i was about holding a ton of ICNB. A synopsis? Thanks.

For those who have been on this board for a long time let's agree to keep our dignity. Icnb is a stock we chose to invest in w rich at the helm and CB as the front woman. I am loosing a lot of money and very unhappy about it but know that it is my/our yak to hold our heads high, be respectful and carry on. I am. I'm not selling and I'm not bailing and infor one, am thankful for Richard letter yesterday. I think about what it must be like to be criticized, made fun of and called names regularly after an incredible nine month roll out. Whatever you say - thebmanshowed us his mixtape yesterday and that was good. Stay in or liquidate but let's keep our dignified as a board. Enough w thebthe meth and burger shit.
I'll tell you Richa letter worked for me. He put it out there as is and
While he didn't talk about everything I belief the guy.
im off this board for 2 days, and i think that's a good think. Ask yourself how you might relate to this stock, if you weren't caught up in the minuteau of every tick, every movement, every comment. it might be easier. Ive got a sense that this is a 'put away' stock, even for a short period of time and wait for the positive movement. GL to all of us!!! Go BVTK!!!
Question: What can we expect to happen, to see, as many other investors purchase shares in BVTK. Is the goal to get as many people as possible interested in buying this stock?
1. BVTK really is a startup. Those close to BVTK have stated that things really started to happen when Tom came on board.
2. It's also clear that BVTK is somewhat of a corporate shell, an entity that acts as the hub for securing contracts with government etc. It is not therefore a large company with lots and lots of office space and employees. Quite the opposite. But the employees it has, like Jim, are stellar as is Tom.
Stars look for stars. And they find one another.
3. The reason the price of the share continues to waffle IMO is: 1) the MMs. that's what they do and 2) because BVTK needs sales and revenues.
So if Tom came to your home to sell you shares, that's how he would likely approach it. He might say 'buy into this humble company, as if it is new. Watch and see what I can do based on my past experience of taking 4 other companies to Venus and Mars; and recognize that the journey will include the co-opting of partners and the securing of contracts.'
Then he might add, 'the fireworks (i.e. the revenue) will really kick in in the last quarter of 2017, and more so beginning 2018.'.
IMO that's what we're buying into. RS or not, BVTK appears to be a wonderful opportunity. Those who simply do not like it, or Tom more precisely, all the power to you. Go invest your money where it makes sense....to you!!!
This is one hell of a ride. I couldn't be more excited. Go Tom Go!!!! Go BVTK Go!!!! Go IHUB BVTK investors Go!!!!!
that was the evolution of my investing in BVTK as well, at least most of it. i have invested quite a bit of money into this stock, however not more than I should (according to my personal investment formulas). I am always tempted to invest more as i listen to the board members - it gets addictive - however am staying put. I am happy with my numbers of share and if this thing does catapult to the stratosphere i will be satisfied with my profit. what will be fascinating, is when it does begin taking off how do we determine our exit strategy?
lol true, but what does the addage mean: when the pubic starts tauting a stock, run the other way? when will we at BVTK know that there is just way too much interest from investors who have no idea what they are doing? when does the 'not smart' money affect the PPS of this stock, or any?
yes good answer. Thank you. That is what brought me to BVTK as well, Tom. I am still hesitant to share my knowledge of this stock - which has become pretty vast - with friends and family however. Don't like the idea of pitching a stock. you?
Bionic Man, it's a big deal to publicly express one's transition from negative to positive. Well done. Very inspiring.
Question: I have been raised, taught, that when the masses are into something, go the other way. While 900 board members are not the masses, it is a lot of very regular folk like me, with minimal to mid-knowledge of investing, saying 'BVTK is greater than a driver-less car'.
Does that scare you? HOw do you deal with the sentiment on this board being almost fully supportive of Tom and BVTK? There are dozens of board members holding a million or way more stock and that would mean very many millionaires would be made through an increase of PPS. Are you worried about the overwelming sense of support for Tom - almost shrine-like - and the stock?

excellent pennypauly. Thank you. makes my weekend far more interesting and exciting
Cheery consensus! That's what concerns me. Have you ever felt that way about a stock, that's there is way too much happiness and positivism around it. That is BVTK now. What I've learned over time, is that you should invest in the stuff that most others put down or don't want. Your thoughts?
It seems to me that BVTK has to be looked at as a startup. Even in descriptions about the company, people in the know will say that things really started to happen when Tom came on board.
It's also clear that BVTK is now somewhat of a shell, i.e. bringing on partners whereby it will act as a the hub for securing contracts with government etc. It is not therefore a large corporate company with lots and lots of office space and employees. The reason why the price of the share continues to waffle IMO is for two reasons. 1) the MMs. that's what they do and 2) because BVTK is still a humble shell, as stated, run by a man who is driven, enormously well connected and excited as hell. Simply put, it needs sales and revenues.
So if Tom came to your home to sell you shares, that's how he would likely approach it. He might say 'buy into this humble company, as if it is new. CrucialTalk's key product is used for security, in one specific instance fr cutting back on hooliganism at soccer games in Europe. Doing DD on this company you might find how impressive its operations are. Tom finds some doozer partners.

"...the company behind the technology, says its StadiumGuard solution creates a zero tolerance ethos, ensuring only named ticketholders are admitted, and that they do not appear on a black list. To use the system fans put their hand above the vein sensor positioned at one of the 36 stadium gates to gain admission."
CrucialTrak. Watch this video and others. Quite something.
I think the significance of today's news is that BVTK is creating very substantial partnerships and alliances, all leading up to mega contract (s) with government. While today's news standing on it's own, is impressive, one has to look at the entire picture to understand Tom's foldout. It really is dramatic.
His tweets are reflective of a man who his driven to accomplish something very substantial here, and to do it quickly. Notice that when CEO's of other partnering companies comment on Tom, it is generally, '....man he's fast in securing business/contracts....'.
Be comfortable with pooping.Try it out a few times, because the real poop is coming!!!!

Question: Exciting! Please, could someone explain the perceived value of this to BVTK. They've entered into a number of partnerships to date. Is this more than just another one?
the way you describe it, it sounds magical. If you are an investor in this stock, as I am, you have to believe in magic. because how we describe Tom and BVTK is often in magical terms.
where did this number come from? i'm trying to find the news
CB is an entertainer, and aside from her acquired wealthy and beauty, she has her reputation. That's it. The moment that gets shorted, she is of non-interest to agents, shows, and more so, the public. If ICNB does not blossom the way we all want it to, it is not b/c of her, and i believe, not because of Rich. She won't allow him to mess with her reputation. So go ICNB, go!!! The numbers to come will be only good. I can't believe how much i'm down on this gem, and how much I'm going to make :)
Airair, thanks!
watching stocks is like watching paint dry, so said Warren B.
so ya when something comes out that is important we get excited. Perhaps we dramatize but you would too if the wait has been lengthy, and the information positive.
Go BVTK Go!!!! I'd dance if i could.
AS stated i thank Tom for putting his own shares (cash) on the line. He responded. "Tx".
i just emailed him to thank him for his loyalty to BVTK and its shareholders, and his passion.
is the symbol actually BMIC? IS OTC OR NASDAQ?
Tom couldn't be clearer, if he was crystal. He's telling us straight out, today is the day!!!! Keep your screens on after the market has closed. Today is the day
It's THURSDAY. And I'm right now sitting around having a coffee paying attention. Couldn't be more paying attention if I was three if me. Yup, paying lots of attention. Bring it on Tom.
It's THURSDAY. And I'm right now sitting around having a coffee paying attention. Couldn't be more paying attention if I was three if me. Yup, paying lots of attention. Bring it on Tom.
am i correct you need a password to get into the Bravatek website? just tried and couldn't get in.
news will either come out now, after the market has closed, tomorrow morning or after the market has closed. :) 4 options. 4 simple straight forward options.
Go Tom Go!!! Make it a good one.
BVTK is showing respect to its shareholders. That's nice down here at the OTC pinkee stinkees. It closed beautifully and is moving forward on more than just fumes. The positive nature surrounding this company is palpable and I expect a very fun end of the week, heading into a fascinating next week. Much luck to all of us!!!! Go BVTK Go!!!!!
i think when fins come out you'll see a price drop, and that is be/c newer investors will misjudge the value of the stock into the future. That's fine. Consolidation is always helpful.
Like the other stocks I'm in, value is reflected in sales and revenue. This baby will catapult upwardly, when the contracts are listed, work on them begin, and, cash starts to pour in.
it looks sound from a technical and fundamental point of view. I wasn't at all surprised or disappointed when our BVTK rose to .008 and more, and then decided to go south for the week. At these levels profit taking is a nice thing when you can grab some. AS per fundamentals, nothing change, only getting better.
Much luck BVTK holders. We need to shop at a safe-store, to purchase a super duper safe so we can lock up our eventual cash :) Go BVTK!!!!
Question: Do you share your knowledge and enthusiasm of a stock with family, friends, colleagues etc. ? My gut sense says no too. IF IT goes up i'm a hero. if it goes down im a shmuck. Thoughts?
