According to their website, it’s LiveChain, Inc. that is going to the big boards:

Their white paper has been revised to reflect the new info as well (under “Who We Are”):

I think that's exactly what happened after the first run because there were several huge runners at the time. I've learned than many people don't hold because they can only trade one stock at a time, so they try to make money somewhere else, then come back to buy more shares if they're lucky before the next leg. It rarely works out that way, but that's what happens.
But I don't think any of those scenarios are playing out right now. They haven't filed a registration statement for new stock. Besides, I just don't believe they would raise money at these laughable prices. Plus, LiveChain would not dilute before the r/m completed, and Lazar would not either. The only other shares that could be entering the float are Shah's shares if they are not restricted. Even then, insiders can only sell 1% of the o/s each quarter, and those shares do not dilute the o/s. They are already counted. Oops... one other place shares could be coming from would be the $8900 note holder. Getting rid of that note before LiveChain moves in would be a good thing, and $8900 would not convert into very many shares. I personally do not think dilution is occurring for all the above reasons.
How? There was only one note for $8900 on the books according to the last filing.
One of Xu's tickers dropped a filing after hours last Friday.
You should sell me your shares, then wait for the "gap" fill.
As I've said, Lazar is a pro. This is not his first rodeo. Sounds like all of the legal stuff is getting taken care of for the transfer. We all know that lawyers work slowly, but it sounds as if we are getting close. LiveChain, here we come!
Thanks for ordering and sharing the filing.
I'm pretty sure if there was dilution, we would have traded a LOT more than 3.4 million shares. As I said, this is the first sign of profit-taking after a 10 day uptrend.
Lower your ask on your 500K shares to .014, and I will buy some.
This isn't/wasn't the run. lol. It's all been accumlation thus far for the upcoming run.
Looks like a single trader just put in a 1.8 million order, took out the bid and is now on the ask to fill the rest of his order. Good riddance. Don't need traders like that when we are at higher levels. At least the shares are being absorbed here.
Gap was filled yesterday, but go ahead and place your bids. I have mine in.
A 500k ($25k) order can certainly affect momentum in either direction, especially on low volume.
Yep, gonna break that .02 sooner or later. All we have to do is break .018 resistance.
Yes! I would seriously be shocked if we didn't break a dime on filings. Shares are tight!
Wowie! Another new 52 week high!
Oh, jeeze... those are not gaps. lol. Don't you know that wicks are counted as part of candles? A gap occurs when the low on one day occurs above the highest price of the previous day. In other words, gaps are areas where NO trading occurred. Where there are wicks, trading occurred. The high on Monday was .0146. The low yesterday was .0148. That's where the gap occurred, between .0146-.0148. That is where there was zero shares traded.

Whatever. Looks like we're heading to .02, not .0122. lol
Gap was .0146.
Gap filled. Now we can talk about other things.
It didn’t just close at the high of the day, it was the highest close of the year.
I think you could be right. Looks like all the i’s are being dotted and all the t’s are being crossed in prep for the transfer to LiveChain and, yes, Lazar is a pro.
Highest 52 week close.
Looks like buyers came out of the woodwork today.
Definitely looks doable. HDII flexing its muscle during lunch. haha
"Bleed" refers to dilution. This is just buying/selling... Being oversold due to dilution is a signal to get the hell out. Being oversold due to impatient traders is a signal to load.
"Strong" when there are $30K+ bids at the TOP of the chart is an understatement.
Nice $32K bid.
40M authorized, 4.5M issued. Shah is part of old company. I didn't follow EORZ then, so I don't know anything about him.
So much for that gap fill. Looks even thinner this time on the way up.
Nice find. Look forward to listening to it later. As the article states, all the years of groundwork are just beginning to come to fruition this year. Can’t believe people are letting go of their shares at a penny.... or even a few pennies. Thanks for posting.
I wouldn’t mind reloading another million... two if the price is right. Wonder how much competition there will be for shares.
Don’t worry... the volume will follow updates. Most OTC traders don’t like to wait around for updates, but I’ve learned that it’s always better to be in when volume shows up if you are planning to have a decent size position.
As I said, I think they are control shares, which means they won’t convert. The shares are there for the purpose of keeping control of the company.
Reverse mergers rarely go as quickly as people would like but in the end, they usually have the biggest payouts so I can wait it out. I’ve been through this enough times, and at least we know what is coming here. I think it will be worth the wait, especially with our tiny float. We already had a preview of how fast it can run when we get volume. The silver lining is this: the longer we have to wait for the completion of the merger, the shorter the wait will feel until Live Currency gets listed on the major digital currency exchanges.
