The webinar mentioned Ukrainian coal. There has been no discussion of this so far and I believe it may become significant. Ukraine is currently held hostage by Gazprom who has in the past reduced/stopped the flow of Russian natural gas over payment disputes in the winter. Ukraine needs to reduce its over dependence on this fuel. Ukraine has coal & forests. CCTC has a process to produce a substitute for natural gas using coal & biomass. I see some potential here for CCTC due to geopolitics & economics. Do you?
When Gemalto announced "their" enhancement to the DOD SIPRNET (OOB/MFA) was it for the transmission of PUSH notifications?
Don't forget TPG, Intel & SFOR share the same law firm Ropes & Gray. Just how small cap SFOR can afford the same high powered lawyers as multi-billion dollar Intel & TPG remains a mystery. Can it have anything to do with the statement by a TPG partner during a Bloomberg interview that " We will continue to acquire small software companies in the cyber security landscape"? Inquiring minds want to know. Long & Strong SFOR!
A good, informative webinar IMHO. Too bad about those three NDAs putting a muzzle on the CEO. I was also encouraged by the mention of presenting the technology before "the highest levels of government". Once again the non-attribution is frustrating but his statement is encouraging.
I believe what also helped was Blank Rome initiated a Markman Hearing. There was no way Microsoft would risk any of its trade secrets comming out in a court hearing IMHO.
That issue will be addressed after the second half of this year according to CEO Mark Kay. I believe the company will be profitable by then. You don't. It's as simple as that.
Reread what CEO Mark Kay had to say about the second half of this year regarding INCOME. You believe him or you don't. It's as simple as that.
The links are numerous. The info is found in the announcements of SFOR IP defense by Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray. The announcements of HSN airings. The announcements of product placement both in brick & motor stores and on-line. The release of version 3 of MT showing ongoing product improvement. Which of Mark Kay's four goals has he not been executing on?
My correspondence to POTUS, DOD & Congress wasn't wasted at all! Gemalto is simply infringing on SFOR IP as will soon be proven in court by Ropes and Gray IMHO. Uncle Sam doesn't knowingly like to deal with thieves so things will get interesting should the case go in SFOR's favor. Long & strong SFOR!
Do some DD on Gemalto's announcement of "their" recent enhancement to the DOD SIPRNET, MFA/OOB. Apparently it's not been standardized throughout DOD if Gemalto is recently announcing it. Do you wonder why Ropes and Gray are suing them for infringment on SFOR's IP?
Thank you for doing so now.
2017...Kay is delivering on his 4 prong company growth plan!
The webinar should outline the organic growth possibilities.. As far as the "if" is concerned I see it as a standard CYA statement that's all.
I believe he is alluding to organic company growth since he has set the stage for it.
Eagerly looking forward to the 7/11 webcast info update!
Having UNISYS as a strategic partner is a good thing, a very good thing! Thanks for finding and posting that most encouraging Court Filing/Docket.
Based on the first HSN showing upgrade from "Show Stopper" to "Best Seller" I expect at least two thousand units were sold. That modest number is not as important as the product awareness it created. Consequently, I expect sales figures from the 2nd HSN show to be much better.
This is a great bit of history for anyone doing their initial DD on SFOR. It is relevant to the current 7 cases. Thank you!
All we have to do is wait for those "numbers from our 7 litigations now in play". They will be a game changer IMHO. I understand some people have very tight timelines being short term traders & can't wait for those legal developments. For me it's a very simple matter. You either believe our CEO, Mark Kay as I do. Or, you don't.
Strongly agree! Your four points are the essence of much of the DD presented here. In a clear and concise way, you have presented the case for being a long term SFOR investor with patient capital. Thank you for your synopsis,
Yeah, I guess their logic must be that they stole it fair and square mistakenly believing somehow that SFOR IP was public domain!
I agree. Ropes and Gray did their DD and concluded they had a winner before they took the case. They wouldn't want anything to tarnish their most recent perfect 43-0 record IMHO.
Same here. Madams et Mansours place your bets. Like you, I'm betting on SFOR!
Bingo! Pristine-M is our ace in the hole. The landscape is littered with clean coal failures, either technical or financial. Pristine-M is one of the industry's last best shots to halt its decline & comeback to a degree IMHO. Pristine-SA is tomorrow's potential game changer that must await the success of Pristine-M on an industrial/commercial scale before it gets a staring role.
Without doubt, this is good news! My only concern is with the phrase "The US Government and private finance will encourage..."
I am delighted Piper Jaffray is fully engaged in raising the $80 million in debt financing. My only question is where's Waldo, aka the DOE in this? Why haven't they bellied up to the bar with either grant or award funds? Don't get me wrong, I appreciate their support, but where's the beef? Inquiring minds want to know.
Yeah, I couldn't believe it myself. First Gemalto touts "their" upgrade to the DOD SIPRNET, MFA/OOBA. Then this ad! One is IP infringement the other a violation of copyright law. I could not believe how brazen or ignorant of SFOR Gemalto was. They have set themselves up for a cease & desist order from the bench IMHO.
SOLID GOLD from Gold49er! This is a must read post for anyone considering investing in SFOR and a strong reinforcement to those who have already.
It doesn't surprise me. Gemalto was caught with its hand in the cookie jar once it announced "their" enhancement to the DOD SIPRNET, MFA/OOBA! (Gee, I wonder where they got that from?) Their most recent ad, which was forwarded to Mark Kay, even verged on copyright infringement IMHO. Their legal team must think they stand a better chance in front of one judge instead of 12 jurors.
Let me add my thanks to all those who have contacted their US Senators and Representatives to help get this next generation of the Defenders of our Freedom the MFA/OOBA/encryption they need on their mobile devices. The DOD cyber defense plan was submitted to the POTUS Friday. Based on the excellent DD of ZPaul and Gold49er regarding current NIST Guidelines and the WH cyber security directive I am guardedly optimistic our warfighters will get what they need to defend themselves against cyber attack and exploitation by hostile intelligence services this year. Happy independence day!
Mark Kay is attending this conference on 6/29. Gold49er posted the recent NIST Guideline that highlighted MFA/OOB. As you posted, the WH has just instructed all Federal Departments/Agencies to tighten up their cyber security. DOD's Cyber defense plan must be submitted to the POTUS EOM. I find it an interesting coincidence that the little company, with the US patent for MFA/OOB for mobile devices, (a potential replacement for the cumbersome CAC & solution to the DOD mobile device COMSEC problem) will be at that timely conference, don't you?
You're right of course. There still is a chance they might pull it all together in the future. It's just that CCTC's history has been frustrating for investors. However, hope does spring eternal! GLTA
As soon as the WH Cyber security advisor was appointed by President Trump I wrote him. Please consider doing the same. I requested he do whatever he could to help get the troops the MFA/OOBA they need on their mobile devices (in light of the BBC reported Feb Russian cyber attack on them in Eastern Europe). I am delighted to see that the man is doing his job in advising all US Government "Agencies to Tighten Up Cyber Defenses Immediately" (better late than never!) Thank you for finding and posting the link to this timely article.
Very encouraging to see MFA/OOB in NIST Special Publication 800-63-3. Thank you for finding and sharing that document with us!
How you could interpret that I did is beyond me!
Do you know what DISA is? The ACS briefer mentioned DISA in addition to an unnamed "large defense contractor". So the answer to your question is yes PD I listened to that earlier webinar, very carefully!
I'll believe that when I see an industrial scale plant in in operation!
Both Advanced Cyber Security and Alverez Associates are fully vetted vendors to the US Government and SFOR distributors. Does the term juvenile mean anything to you?
No, I'm not kidding! CCTC needs an investor, or investor group, with deep pockets to bring their technology up to an industrial scale of production.
Funny, in the webinar before the latest one the ACS briefer, CJ, specifically mentioned they are working with "a large defense contractor" Defense contractors generally work with the DOD. As far as that registration is concerned, please refer to Gold49er's post on just how quickly that can be done (within the day as I recall but ask Gold 49er to be sure).
Nah, it's back against the wall time for CCTC. They bring home the bacon or they are toast IMHO.
