No, your L2 is slow. Ask up to .0458. Why would it start lower? Everyone and their mother wants to load up. lol
Exactly!
.0453 x .0455
Nope, bid and ask moving up above Friday's close already. Expect a gap.
I know... another 6 hours still... sheesh! lol
There are certain gaps that if you wait to fill, will cause you to miss some really big runs. Look up breakout gaps and runaway gaps to understand why these gaps occur and why they may never fill.
We are now the #1 board on iHub, and board marks are up by almost 100 since Friday. All that's good, but as we all know by the dollar volume that's being traded on a daily basis, ICLD is much bigger than iHub.
Wrong! You're posting results for 2015. They actually posted a $2.07 million net profit in the last quarter. They're cleaning up their books quite nicely.
That wasn't a nightmare. That was a premonition.
Many traders won't hold stocks over the weekend, so if we were able to move up 60% on a Friday, there's no reason for us not to move up at least that much on Monday. A 125% gain takes us to a dime (doesn't have to happen in one day, although it could).
The volume speaks volumes. We are gearing up for an epic run. I wish Monday would hurry up and get here so we could get started. lol
That is true. There are people (and institutions) who only invest in big board stocks and are always on the hunt for those that are undervalued or up and coming. Finding a truly undervalued stock or one that is positioned for better than average growth is not that easy on the major exchanges. This will attract an entirely different breed of investor if/when we make it to NASDAQ... like people who can hold a stock for more than 5 minutes for one thing... lol... and people who buy on fundamentals and hold for value.
And that is no mistake!
I'm not debating contracts. I'm simply stating the $36 million backlog that was referenced in Thursday's article was from 2015.
I guess because they work together, which is another feather in ICLD's cap. But Cisco's Intercloud did not trade under its own symbol. ICLD was founded in 2006 and is separate from CSCO.
You asked this question yesterday. Cisco's Intercloud is not the same as InterCloud Systems Inc.
You are right, but it came from this article from Thursday that the poster took the info from, so it probably wasn't intentional on the part of iHub poster (I didn't notice on the first read that it referred to May, so that should have been first clue):

InterCloud Systems Inc(OTCMKTS:ICLD) has been racing up the charts in recent weeks on a massive surge of volume on huge press from the Company has they announce one valuable contract after another.
ICLD has LEGS of fire and a long history of making spectacular short term gains; a considerable short position has only created more volatility to the mix.
InterCloud Systems Inc(OTCMKTS:ICLD) is a single-source provider of end-to-end information technology (IT) and next-generation network solutions including Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) to the telecommunications service provider (carrier) and corporate enterprise markets through cloud solutions and professional services. InterCloud offers cloud and managed services, professional consulting and staffing services, and infrastructure and applications to assist its customers in meeting their changing technology demands.
InterCloud’s cloud solutions offer enterprise and service-provider customers the opportunity to adopt an operational expense model by outsourcing to InterCloud rather than the capital expense model that has dominated in recent decades in IT infrastructure management.
The big news on ICLD is their announcement on May ss backlog is now at an all-time high of over $36 Million.
CEO Mark Munro said “Our backlog of business has been steadily growing over the past twelve months. A majority of this backlog is with fortune 100 companies and other large enterprises that continue to utilize our products and services. InterCloud’s growing backlog and sales pipeline certainly seems to co1 regarding an influx of new purchase orders and long term contracts across its business segments. New businentradict our stock’s performance. As we continue to gain industry acceptance, we believe investor confidence will follow
Tuesday, 3/14.
$36 million in backlog and mostly with heavy hitters per CEO:
Around $6 million in volume yesterday... JUST YESTERDAY... definitely not just iHub penny flippers. lol. NASDAQ relisting requires only $1 per share, meaning .25 per share pre-split. If the kind of money that has been pouring into this stock continues, .25 by the end of the month is totally doable, especially with good earnings.
WOWZA! Boy, did you guys ever hold the fort down! Next week is gonna be epic!
Moving up premarket .03 x 031.
Spot on, doog!
Yayyyyyy!!!!
Too bad I won't be around most of the day, but at least I won't feel as if I have to babysit this. Next week is going to be stellar!
Yep, I think we are in for quite a ride today!
Here's the news:
InterCloud Systems Awarded New Contracts Valued at Approximately $2.4 Million
Mar 10, 2017
OTC Disclosure & News Service
-
SHREWSBURY, N.J., March 10, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterCloud Systems, Inc. (the "Company" or "InterCloud") (OTC:ICLD), a leading provider of networking orchestration and automation solutions and services, today announced that it was recently awarded approximately $2.4 million in new contracts for professional services for new and existing customers. A majority of the work is expected to begin immediately.
Mark Munro, CEO of InterCloud Systems stated: “We have announced previously that we have undertaken measures to reduce our operating expenditures, divest ourselves of non-core assets and strengthen our balance sheet. Notwithstanding these belt tightening measures, our subsidiaries continue to drive revenue and receive new contracts from some of the world’s largest service providers and enterprise customers.”
Mr. Munro continued: “We will be releasing our financials for the period ending December 31, 2016 next week. We believe that our cost cutting measures and recent debt reductions will help the Company present a stronger balance sheet and achieve a positive near term impact.”
I don't think they have their eyes on QX. They were trading on the Nas last year. I think that's where they want to get back to.
That's correct. And, yes, 400k shares would become 100k shares, but they will be worth 4x as much. So, 400k shares at .05 per share will become 100k shares at .20 per share.
It's really not a big deal. The conversion discount is just 20% and with current VWAP, the number of shares to convert $550k note will be absorbed rather effortlessly with the kind of volume we've been seeing.
In the case of ICLD, it's a good thing. If they were doing a 1000:1 r/s for the purpose of further dilution, that would be a problem. In this case, it's to improve share structure and expedite uplisting.
Why wouldn't market sentiment be positive? #82 fastest growing tech company pulling in $80 million revs (so far) with convertibles practically off the books. The stock is extremely undervalued with a market cap of $12.6 million as of yesterday's close. Even at 5x yesterday's closing price, our market cap would only be 1x revs. After the r/s and price correction, we should be trading high enough to attract institutional investors. This is very exciting!
It was a good day. Tomorrow should be even better.
Nice day. More to come. Only 2 more trading days before 10-K comes out, unless it comes out after hours, then 3 days.
Someone's gonna be crying soon, "OMG, I had 800K shares. I can't believe I let them go for less than 3 cents!" lol
A hod close would be beautiful.
I believe you are correct. I plan to be one of them.
If the company keeps executing, I'll be here!
