Why so much babbling about a shitty stock with no value and no volume?
I don't know what it means but nothing is good with this company and this doesn't sound good either.
Didn't the company say they were going to release news next week? That was a few months ago. And weren't the earnings great? It's all reflected in the SP.
After new lows we get newer lows and then even lower. From what you are saying, this stock is getting better and better. At 0.0001 will it be the best?
We need another few hundred of you and we are all set. Unfortunately there is only one of you.
They announced that they will be filing on July 20th.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=55700
But I would not get my hopes up too high that this filing will create a difference.
This crap is only going one way. Shitway. It will never go up and just keep being diluted. 0.0001 is on it's way. Sorry to break the news to you, guys.
Yeah, somebody said this week.
But he said that three weeks ago.. As much as I would like this to go up I think that news will be exploited for more dilution and this thing will just keep tanking. I wish I am wrong but my gut feeling says I'm right.
Does anyone have a current OS number? According to pinksheets.com the number of outstanding shares end of march was 189,000,000. That's up over 80,000,000 from what yahoo reports.
I would assume after the events of last couple of weeks we are up another 50-100 million shares. I don't see any other explanation for the spikes in volume.
Every time the company releases a pr, however good they are, the stock crashes big time. I'm not sure that a prwill help.
Z-Man, can you run these numbers by me again?
Been busy guys. Glad to see we have a few newby posters with good posts. Keep it up guys.
Go GLUU!!!
Oops. Ask size is 323,000,000. Volume is 0. People are waiting to buy this POS. I wonder what the price is. My system has a limit of zeros it can show.
323,000,000 shares volume? Where did this come from at what price and why? Did someone raid a printing machine or what?
Good job. I hope you sell at the right moment. I'll tell you something I learned about the mod. He's as hungry and greedy as the rest of us.. Don't tell him I told you.
Any good finds in the gutter? I had been following KBLB and even held on to it for a while. I stopped believing and yesterday it came out with a good anouncement and jumped 40%. I deliberated if to buy or not. Today it's up another 50%. Another one of those "why didn't I...", You never know. Maybe I should take up shovelling snow. I'll probably make more money than what I'm making here, even if there is no snow (get the hint?).
Anybody here anymore? Not been too good lately but it looks like the selling has dried up and we have hit the bottom. This thing can move upwards very quickly but it can also go down pretty easy.
Darn, KBLB just took off. I had it and stopped believing in it and now some good news and kaboom. But that is a garbage stock. GLUU is gold.
Darn Mammoth, I posted on a down day. Sorry.
That's the million dollar question, when to sell.
My advice: Wait a month without looking and then begin to decide.
You are not here for a profit of 6 cents are you? You may get a lower entry point but you may end up chasing and doing damage.
My advice is to go with what you believe in the long run. I think you already discovered that flipping, although exciting, is not as profitable as long term holding.
Glu Mobile Inc bonds with Chinese consumers.
BEIJING - China will be the world's biggest mobile game market by 2015, surpassing the United States, according to Ray Cheng, president of Glu Mobile Inc for the China market.
Glu Mobile, a top three mobile game publisher for smartphones and tablet devices worldwide, is about to see its business expand dramatically in China between 2012 and 2013, Cheng told China Daily.
"In a few years, Glu Mobile's advantage with smartphone games may begin to bear fruit in China because the country's construction of third generation (3G) mobile network sets is about to enter a more mature stage," Cheng said.
Compared with other Chinese mobile game producers, who started to develop games for smartphones about six months ago, San Francisco-based Glu Mobile has gained wide experience in creating games on faster, data-loaded 3G mobile networks in different countries.
The smartphone game Gun Bros, which Glu Mobile launched last October, was highly popular worldwide and has been downloaded more than 5.6 million times so far. It ranks among the top five free mobile games on the lists of various application stores.
Glu Mobile expanded into the global market quickly after it was founded in 2001 and entered China in 2007. The company spent $20 million in acquiring Mig China Co Ltd, a leading Chinese mobile game developer, at the end of 2007.
The acquisition helped Glu Mobile to get a license to publish games on the platform of China Mobile Ltd, the world's biggest telecom carrier by subscriber numbers. In addition, the deal brought with it people talented at devising games and enabled Glu Mobile to establish its largest research and development center with 110 employees in China.
"More than half of our revenue was created by markets outside North America last year, and Glu Mobile is optimistic about future growth in the China market," Cheng added.
Among 859 million Chinese cell phone users, there were more than 130 million people playing mobile games in 2010, up 52.1 percent over the previous year, according to a report from domestic research firm Analysys International.
Cheng said Glu Mobile hopes to make its games more localized in the future. He discovered Chinese players love chatting and delivering opinions about games. Furthermore, Chinese people enjoy games with many competing participants.
"We report these findings to our US headquarters periodically so they can develop updates accordingly," Cheng said. The company introduced its creative marketing methods to China. Glu Mobile is good at exploiting Hollywood blockbusters to make money.
Previously, it partnered with leading entertainment brands including DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc, Activision Blizzard Inc and Time Warner Inc to develop movie-related mobile games. In 2008, Glu Mobile launched Batman, while in 2009, the hottest Glu Mobile game was Transformers.
The company developed the first Chinese movie-related mobile game - Wind Blast - in 2010. Although the cooperation achieved limited success last year, Cheng said Glu Mobile is still looking to team up with good Chinese movie-makers in the near future.
"Chinese movies usually focus on stories about love, history or modern life, which are not easy platforms for us to create games on," Cheng said.
Meanwhile, Glu Mobile is considering making use of SinaWeibo, the Chinese edition of Twitter, to promote its games. Cheng declined to reveal further details about this.

Sweet post. May you always be rich in that way and other ways also.
Just be careful of this stock. It can turn into one big spoof if it's not already.
A company with a $250,000,000 product must have sail reps, marketing etc. and has to have someone that picks up the phone. Also publications, reviews etc.
My point is that you cannot find any proof that any of these products exist and since the owners have a history of stock manipulating w/o proof there is no reason to buy (unless you are like me and your greediness gets over your judgement and you only get smarter after losing money).
Call the company and ask for details about this new product. See if you are able to talk to anyone about it or get some kind of brochure etc.
My bet is that you won't find anyone to talk to and you will never find any information.
Afterwards you can try and look up their other products and you will find the same.
But if you want to lay out your money, go ahead.
Had to wait for an up day to answer. I agree with you.
Had to wait for an up day to answer. I agree with you.
We've built our $4 base. Next peak to conquer is $5. Hopefully we can do that by the end of the week.
Slow day at the office again...zzzzz....
Call me cheap, call me old fassioned or call me childish just call me in time for dinner.
I downloaded to my ipad all the new GLU games and tried them out. I must admit I am a gamegeek and I love games on my computer or PS2. I got the ipad as a gift and my kids use it alot but I like to pick it up every once in a while and play. i loaded GTA CTW and played it for a couple of weeks until completion. These GLU games are a bit stagnant and the idea is that you play a bit and then to progress you have to start paying or download other stuff that is advertised during the game.
When i was a kid I would go to the arcade with a pile of quarters to play space invaders and thought nothing of putting in another quarter but for some reason here it bothers me that every time my player is hurt i have to pay toheal him or whatso ever. I personally would rather fork out a lump sum and then let me play for eternity. I am not sure that this new system of ingame paying will actually work but lets hope it does.
Has anyone else played these games?
What do you think?
Which can result in a short squeeze which can be quite fun (if you're not short).
I see that. I got 1.5mil on sale at 0.0001. A real bargain if anyone wants it. LOL.
If you want a good investment look where else i'm posting.
So you made a killing. LOL. I can never understand who is selling and who is buying and why at these prices. Then again, if I did understand I probably wouldn't be here. By the way, on etrade how much commission did you pay for a 2 dollar trade? I have a few bits and pieces of stocks i would love to throw out of my account so i won't see them any more but I don't want to pay the commission.
Alot of shares changing hands. Anyone know at what price? My etrade goes down to 0.0001. Is it there or below?
After 4-5 up days a slight down on low volume is healthy. Today looks to be as if we are back up again although this stock can be al over the place on any given day. It's a daytraders heaven.
I downloaded Contact killer to my ipad and it is pretty cool although I've seen many other ipad games that are cooler. On the other hand, if Angry birds is considered THE mobile game then I guess my preferences are a little different than most (maybe the fact that I am stuck stage 83 of Angry birds and cannot pass it has something to do with it).
A bunch of news has come out for GLUU today - high on the short lists, IAP rlease etc. You had better catch up.
I'll be out cycling today, so hold the fort for me. I'll be back in the pm.
Hi TLW and welcome to the GLUU board. You cannot compare between CGAQ and GLUU. I am not trying to knock down your stock but i want you to understand the beauty of GLUU as opposed to garbage stocks such as cgaq. No offense, you can make lots of money on garbage stocks.
GLU mobile trades on the main boards, has 450 employees, is trading at $4 and has an average volume of $6,000,000.
CGAQ is a pinksheet, trades for 2 cents and has an average volume of $15,000.
GLU makes applications for mobile devices, which is a very rapidly growing industry. GLU's positioning in this industry is crucial to it's success and as of now, with it's Android applications it is positioned very well and therefore we believe that it is way undervalued when trading as it is now at a market value of $200,000,000 as opposed to some of the other companies in the same field that are trading in the billions.
These are all serious reasons for investing in GLU.
I am sure that there are good reasons to believe that you can make money on cgaq but having been burnt many times with pinksheets, I do not want to take the risk.
I do hope you will do well with your investment in cgaq and I hope you will sell at the right moment. Remember, the object here is not to hold onto a good stock, we're in this game to hold onto our money.
Since this board is small and quiet, you are invited to advise of other stocks you think are worthwhile, even garbage ones .
590 inches is almost 50 feet. Did any of it melt? That's more than a tsunami. How do the rooves hold so much snow?
Boy, that moderator is tough. We had better not annoy him.
My weekend was great. I ran a 10k running race on Friday and was able to finish in one piece. I almost won but had to slow down near the end. Finished in 1803rd place but I'll beat all those guys next time. Feeling great.
I have a pretty good feeling about GLU also. I would like it to progress small steps at a time.
I hope everything is good with you too.
Mammoth, i'm warning you. We are a civilized comunity here and i will not tloerate language like that.
In GLU country it's either my way or the highway and if you can't comply with that we wil sentence you to shovel snow for the rest of the winter.
That's authoritave, no?
Looking good for today. I think by the end of this week we'll be over 5 again but I have said this before and been wrong. Has anybody downloaded Contract Killer and played with it?
We're up to 8 boardmarks. Any chance of hitting top boards on iHub? LOL. I prefer few boardmarks and many $$ in shareprice but that's just my preference.
How about some bashers or personal attacks so I can exhibit my moderator powers and maybe erase some posts or give out bans. Come on guys, try me. Make my day, punks!
A post from the Yahoo board that I liked:
All of what we are seeing is (most likely) the start of latest evolution of Gaming Business.
Evolution!
(Ignoring everything Apple/Mac since Apple Co. is irrelevant)
The Personal computer has gone from a glorified calculator.. to:
PC Computer
Desktop
*Gaming Desktop
Notebook
*Gaming Notebook
Netbook
and various tiny commercial computing solutions to many to list here.
Now comes the PAD. Where you have many aspects of the "Wiz Bang" Android phone merged into a nice sleek high resolution computing device. PAD
--------
Looking at the history of Games.. from the simple teletype computer games on mainframes - mini's - etc.. To the computer Arcade explosion of the early 1980's.
Hobby computing, Atari-Amiga-PC etc.. created the software gaming industry. ERTS is a good example of a gaming company going back to their roots on the Commodore 64.
All of this stuff kind of merges with the Console game. Console and Mobile gaming experience.
To that end.. we have the big ?? Publicly traded game companies. TTWO, ERTS, ATVI, etc..
All of which are multi-Billion dollar companies.
With some exceptions.. the business model is buying the GAME at a local STORE and playing it on your gaming device.
---------
BANG! Mobile phones can now play games. They are now loaded with useful apps.. (Useful! Now that is something new huh?) Apps and games!
The telephone customer gets these apps through the phone itself.. Which right now is mostly controlled by our friends at Apple.
------------------------------
So now connect the dots guys.
Soon everybody will have a computing pad. I guess it will do everything. Include apps from soup to nuts.. Telephone and diversions. Diversions = games.
Sure sure sure.. TTWO, ERTS, ATVI, etc.. these multi-billion dollar companies can move on over and supply their wiz bang games to the new pads.
But what do we have here now? GLUU is a company that (If left alone) has a very good chance at becoming one of those Multi-Billion dollar gaming companies.
In the next 2 years.. And I think WE can all agree that the PAD is going to take off like wildfire. Replacing the notebook, netbook, and many desktops. Why? Because it will become more useful than all those other devices. The Android Apps should give you a good idea of what I'm talking about.
While this "Shake out" of technology is happening in the consumer marketplace. GLUU is already up and running. Writing their own games and selling them!
No waiting in GAME STOP to buy or trade your game. Just connect and decide which game you're in the mood to play. And because of Fremium - Freeware games? It will be very easy to GET and begin playing a GLUU Game.
So all of this "Dollar Stock" stuff going on.. Trading - Shorting.. etc. That's happening to GLUU right now. Today even! A gain of $.40 cents?!
What is going to propel GLUU ahead of everybody else is going to be the bottom line. Sales.
While TTWO, ERTS, ATVI, etc.. all are trying to figure out what the consumer is thinking about. GLUU is already there. They are there making money.
So these prices of anything below $5 is an insult. We should be easily trading at $10 or more right now.
But ok ok.. Lets play the trading game for now. Run the price up! Then run it back down again.
The the quarters unfold. The investment community will no longer be able to ignore FREEWARE - FREMIUM game business model.
And very soon folks. The entire planet will be playing GLUU. Very very soon!
GO GLUU
