Hypothetical question... It is very likely that NEOM could be signing some big deals behind the scenes. I would love to hear from some of the board members here about the following scenario. If NEOM launches Qode and immediately announces that they have a 10 year 100 million dollar deal signed with Proctor and Gamble, what immediate impact will that have on the share price and why? Hopefully, this will generate some deep thought and get the board focused on the launch of Qode and off the current depressing share price. I look forward to everyones insight.
JP: I agree that if Vodaphone is the one whom we use in the UK, that Verizon would have to be a no brainer for the US. However, with Sprints inroads into this area, they are a real possibility.
Aztreedoc: I don't see this going below 0.06. It took me forever to pick up some shares around there. Should have a great deal of resistance there.
RetiredinFL: I agree with your post, but I am hoping that they Have been very aggressive to this point and it just isn't evident yet.
SS9173: Regarding your comment on the Elle magazine October issue... Doesn't the October issue become available a week or so earlier in the previous month? Therefore a Qode launch is very probable by the 3rd week of September. However, I remain concerned that the short-term stock price could take a hit on the launch of Qode if relationships/partnerships aren't announced with the launch of Qode. Hopefully, those silent partners will be willing to talk at that point.
Can someone post the trades that show this closed up 0.02 after hours. I can't seem to find anything that shows that.
Thanks,
Edster
Focused Fool: I agree. If a big relationship is not announced with the launch of Qode, I am afraid the stock will stagnate or go down further until revenues increase dramatically and share dilution stops and retracts. Not trying to be negative, just my gut feel.
JP: You have an email at your AOL address.eom
Nutsoc: As always, thanks for posting the update.eom
TS conspiracy theory for those who enjoy such things. TS has gotten some info that the earnings are going to be really good. So... TS is trying to scare a few people into selling so he can get more share cheap prior to the big run due to earnings or whatever other positive news he has gotten. Okay, not a very deep conspiracy...but the simple ones are more likely to be true.
or
TS is irritated with NEOM for not giving him any info in their private meeting because he has a big mouth and can't keep a secret. So, he is getting back at them.
JP: Do you still plan on attending the Markman hearing tomorrow?
Breacher: I agree. Good question. I have been wondering if they could make a plea and give up at this point and have the judge rule in NEOM's favor.

Personalizit: Good point. One could argue that they have such a significant amount of shares at this time that they are all in. Also, are there filing rules for any employee that want to buy shares? I think for general employees, that is not the case. Maybe they are buying shares and we don't know it.
I look at it from a personal point of view. Why would I sell if in the same situation?
1. I am in trouble financially and this was a way out.
2. or I see an incredible opportunity to make a great deal of money.
I tend to lean towards the incredible opportunity and maybe a combination of the two for the companies that weren't close to making money yet. But I could be wrong. Maybe they were all about to go bust or struggling immensely to find financing and we were the best option. With that being said, didn't one of the companies say they were looking at other offers and went with NEOM for mostly stock. That one sways me a little more towards the 2nd choice above.
Your situation with Check21 and the public word auction lack of details do cause me some concern. I would also note that Cornell is an obvious concern that has really frustrated me during the last several monthts. I take a similar stance as you in that the next 18 months are crucial for this company. I am willing to watch and wait a little longer as things develop. The opportunity here is just too massive to miss.

Streetstylz: You make an interesting point. We talk about people having insider information or having a certain edge of knowledge that others do not have. For example, TS or those on this board that claim to have tips. We assume because of this that there are no secrets and can't be anything big going on behind the scenes. But to your point, who predicted all those acquisitions to take place so rapidly. Nobody. These aquisitions could ultimately prove to be what makes this company into a profitable business and survive until its patents takeover. Yet who saw this dramatic shift coming. Nobody. Why did all these companies sell to NEOM for mostly shares? Maybe they are aware of the next stage of NEOM that may be bigger than any of us are forseeing. I would like to say that it is also possible that the company could drag their feet at the wrong time and miss the opportunity of a lifetime. We are still early in this game. Someone else made a point that nobody else has a system out in the marketplace like qode that is functional yet... Maybe we will be the first out there and maybe we haven't missed that opportunity yet even though it has been delayed. I will close by saying that I am currently underwater on this investment and this PPS sucks.

How does the current PPS impact NEOM as far as selling shares to cornell for more financing to support operations? I will admit with the different arrangements that they have with Cornell, I am a little confused.
Thanks in advance,
Edster
Hipcricket thought: Conspiracy theory... Maybe Hipcricket is close to closing and someone is helping keep the average price low so that they get many more shares. Compared to the average price the other companies settle for, Hipcricket could come out like a bandit.
On a serious note, how does this low PPS really impact the potential closing of the Hipcricket deal? It is definitely not the best for NEOM to have to pony up many more shares to purchase Hipcricket. Could they be postponing until the PPS goes back up? Also, was it stated by Chas that Hipcricket would close within 90 days some time back? Have we passed that time frame yet... can't find that post.
I would say a very high probability.eom
I have heard some discuss here that Jay has put the idea of a reverse merger on the table. Look at the effect of a reverse merger on FHAL. By the looks of the news, it could go to $15. I don't own any FHAL, but it is definitely interesting. I do own MOBL, and I would love for his to happen. I am afraid that MOBL has too many outstanding shares to be affected this dramatically.
If I had 10k shares, wouldn't I get $150,000.
Nutsoc: Anything from TS tonight? Thanks in advance.
Thank you cloud.eom
How can this company that has 100 million in revenue with little debt have a market cap of 53.66 million according to Yahoo!
Drmyke3: add my 504,000 to the total.
Question 6 of the FAQ implies that they will have sustained revenue in the fourth quarter that will allow for actual financial guidance. Very encouraging. I would not expect much revenue prior to the end of this year.
dlethe01: I see everything is updated with the Qcode symbol on those barcodes. That was fast. Looks like they had it already to switch after todays PR. I wonder what else they have ready to switch after some PR's?
Reminder: You need to vote your shares online by 11:59PM Eastern time tonight if you haven't already done so, or are not attending tomorrow.
Has there been any public acknowledgement by NEOM or Scanbuy that an injunction was approved by the court to keep Scanbuy from using the camera function for connecting to a website? After looking at the scanbuy site again, it has been completely revamped to eliminate the use of the camera to connect to a site. Everything must be typed into their window. They need to change the name of the company to HuntandpeckBuy.
Has anyone downloaded the scanbuy shopper and tried these codes in their window and see if they take you to the same place that the neom window takes you?
dlethe01: Nobody else seems to find this interesting, but I find it very intriguing. Definitely appears that something is happening and it appears to be going NEOM's way. Thanks for digging that up for us.
Strange how Scanbuy continues to get all this press, but nobody is asking what happened to their camera function instead of typing in the code. Kinda like that 800lb gorilla sitting in the room, but noone wants to talk about it. And this isn't the good 800lb gorilla we want at NEOM. This is the awkward kind.
JP: Thanks for the info. If they have truly ovecome these issues, we are in for the ride of a lifetime.
JP: As always, I appreciate your thoughtful insight. Regarding the hard launch of paperclick... in your opinion, what are the pieces of the puzzle left to happen before a hard launch can happen? An intentionally broad question that may require some past puzzle pieces explained. Additionally, when do you think this hardlaunch will happen this year, and what impact do you think it will have short term on the PPS. Your insights and DD are very much appreciated.
Thanks nutsoc!
SeriousMoney: Thanks for the TS post. What does he have to say about NEOM?

YJ: See the reference to Pepsi in the post I am replying to? Secret Recipe...
Lesnshawn: Secret recipe... Kentucky fried chicken is a famous secret recipe. Aren't they owned by Pepsi. Therefore Pepsi is going to be the first major brand to help launch paperclick. Pretty clear.
Lesnshawn: I have been thinking along those same lines. If the current state of affairs continues regarding the PPS, NEOM is going to need a substantial amount of money to pay the difference in share price back to the aquisitions. I believe the shares are not available for sale until 1 year after the close of the aquisition. That gives us some time. I also like it, because it puts management under a timeline they must complete or get more money.
Clawmann: I agree, however, it hasn't helped the MOBL PPS yet. I own MOBL an NEOM. The sacramento thing is hurting mobl at this point. Hopefully only short term and it will blow over and go back up.
