It’s the wrong case retard!
Haha!!!
First, you know l‘m bringing a lawsuit against you. Thank you for the additional evidence from this morning.
Second, unfortunately you conflate two separate lawsuits. Biosect was encouraging the CEO of US Stem Cell (f/n/a Bioheart) to bring lawsuits against message board posters. There’s a lawsuit involving stock manipulation as attached that does not involve me, but it does involve Biosect. Biosect owes an apology to blinded patients and investors that were wiped out. He probably owes an apology to Dr. Murphy. Read the entire obituary…US Stem Cell was a black mark on an otherwise extraordinary life.

I thought Thermo was told that revenue from Specials was ramping up, and that was a while ago.
I’m not sure who to believe anymore…
So Ex, what you’re saying is that only a handful of patients were enrolled in the Specials Program, so that explains the small top line?
You’re another one of the multi-aliases.
You’re a good man, Sky.
But please don’t let anyone order the Happy Meal.
Sky, since we’re on the topic of McDonald’s…
WHERE’S THE BEEF!!!
I want an accounting of revenue from the Specials Program.
Simple question Bio: Give me the numbers for revenue from specials.
So, how much revenue from specials was recognized and how was that revenue allocated? I would think that a certain amount is treated as a pass through. But what do I know?
Show that to me that on the financial statements, as you said it’s there somewhere.
Sky, there’s a shortage of McDonald workers. Just letting you know.
Show me in the financial reporting where the contractual terms and amount of special revenue is reported? And how much of that revenue is retained by Advent?
Maybe I’m missing something, so help me out.
Right, from the man that ran a private message board pumping a stock while he had a business arrangement with the CEO!
Sky, you know why your post is very bad?
If you’re representing the Social Media Company that’s under contract with NWBO, you know that’s not true. (The suggestive sell is very McDonald’s cashier.)
Something is definitely going on. The hens in the henhouse seem to be squawking in a panic. Let Ronald McDonald be your guide.
This kind of screed from you makes me really wonder what’s going on behind the scenes. Very atypical. There’s definitely something going on.
Just curious, but do you also post under another well known alias? I’m starting to pick up on a certain vibe. Just asking.
Ah ha, playing your hand and showing your cards, again.
I’m obviously not a short, but not sure that’s even relevant.
I see you’re just another manufactured alias.
Since Crash is posting again, maybe he can explain the status of revenue from specials. How much revenue is Advent collecting; how is that revenue allocated between Advent and NWBO; and what are the disclosures requirements for the contractual terms for how revenue from specials is treated under that contract?
Doc, the stock has suffered serious dilution by a factor of over ten times over several years. That’s all a function of management decisions and indecisions, including but not limited to their inability to attract any meaningful institutional investment or form any kind of joint venture with Big Pharma.
Interesting that the personal attacks have started again.
Hmmmm,
Just wait my Hoffy friend.
It is amazing that the Social Media Consultant wants to open that can of worms. But so be it.
Crash should decline to renew their contract at year end.
Please don’t sell.
But try not to take any advice from BiotechInvestor. I once had to try and save one investor couple from his grip.
Right, everyone is complaining about spoofing and naked shorting, but the market cap is fantastic compared to other OTC stocks.
I’m going to save that for the weekend.
Shoutout to Philip in Georgetown.
Spoofing is a terrible excuse.
NWBO actually has a very high market cap for an OTC stock. But the relentless dilution of the share count has killed the per share stock price.
Did you ever think that maybe bad or questionable business practices may have held up patient access to various DCVax treatments by a number of years?
Is that possible?
Although Norisk is on my ignore, I do have hall pass privileges. So I sometimes see his posts (as one of the many Hoffy aliases).
Let me just remind everyone that both NWBO and Toucan combined have been party to nearly 20 lawsuits as a defendant since they took control of the company. I have been using Pacer for some research as you might imagine. Happy to discuss NWBO recent lawsuit in Delaware Chancellory Court this weekend.
Crash, the stock price is 75 cents traded OTC.
Is that what you mean by winning?
You may also be brought before a court of law.
Your time will come.
And keep it up, it may happen soon rather than later.
Try to be original.
Run Bambi Run!
Haha!!!
Pick any topic I’ve raised questions about…happy to re-engage on any topic.
I actually don’t hate them. But I do want them to do the right things and manage this company in the best interest of shareholders. I do despise their Moshe Social Media Consultants and their paid trolls.
Nope, all my opinions can be supported by information in SEC filings or other reliable sources of information.
I don’t like being pick pocketed by management, so I do call them out. But they are accountable, and they should be called out.
No Jack, unfortunately I don’t give in to the Social Media Consultant’s efforts at manipulation.
I am a large shareholder — crazy as that sounds!
Awful come back…try harder next time to lie your way out of a deceit you revealed on your own!
Is that really the best you can do?
How do you think I know about the snack table at the ASM?
I’m going to suggest that this year we order out for pizza.
I want NWBO’s management to act responsibly; everybody would be better off if they acted in the best interest of shareholders and patients. Unfortunately, they seem to act mostly in their own self interest.
See the lawsuit brought against the company for self enrichment. I want them to stop that nonsense.
